Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this thesis is how the problem of curriculum management in an effort to improve the quality of education in di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Samba Katung Kecamatan Katingan Tengah and how the curriculum management strategy in an effort to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Samba Katung Kecamatan Katingan Tengah.Research that the authors do is include qualitative descriptive research and in collecting data authors using interviews, observation and documentation. As for the analysis, the authors use descriptive qualitative analysis techniques, namely in the form of data written or oral from people and behavior observed so that in this case the author seeks to conduct research that is actually.The result of the research that the writer do knows that the problem of curriculum management in improving the quality of education in di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Samba Katung Kecamatan Katingan Tengah is the lack of time allocation, the number of students in one class is too much, and the lack of educational infrastructure facilities. Strategies undertaken in improving the quality of education include: Management of learning activities in subjects is organized entirely by madrasah. Madrasahs can add or change the allocation of subject time according to the needs of students, madrasas or foundations. One lesson is held for 40 minutes. Carry out remidi activities, Implementation of teaching and learning process is not only done in class but can also be in the library and in the porch of the mosque. Procurement of manuals for teachers and students. Hold meetings or deliberations for each otherexchanging information on teaching methods as well as other matters relating to the advancement of science and technology. Giving subjects English and Arabic language using the laboratory. Conducting study groups, Conducting lessons and try out to face national examinations for the third grade. Introduce information and communication technology according to the ability such as computers. The strategy to improve the quality of education is not only limited to the curriculum management but also from another aspect of improving the professionalism of teachers by taking part in MGMP activities, seminars and others.

Abstract

Nowadays, in order to obtain promotion from the rank of Group IVa to IVb, a teacher is required to provide scientific works. However, according to Ministerial Decree No. 16/2009, scientific work has become a promotion requirement from Group IIIb to IIIc; thus, the teacher must have the ability to produce scientific papers. This community service was aimed to provide knowledge and skills for teachers of SMAN 1 Palangka Raya to produce and publish scientific papers in the ISSN local journals. Participants in the activity generally consisted of junior teachers and by using training methods in the form of lectures and questions and answers, demonstrations and practice.

Abstract

Social inequality is a state of social imbalance in society that makes a very striking difference. In terms of social inequality, it is very clear from various aspects, for example in the aspect of justice it can occur. Between rich and poor people are very differentiated in any aspect, villagers who migrate to the city are also affected by this, it is true to say that "The rich will be rich, the poor will get poorer". This indifference to others is due to the overly averse gap between the "rich" and the "poor". Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Dalam tulisan membahas tentang efektivitas pembelajaran dilihat dari segi proses dan hasil dari suatu pembelajaran. Proses dan hasil dari suatu pembelajaran sendiri sering disebut dengan evaluasi. Evaluasi guna untuk mencapai suatu tujuan pendidikan dalam sebuah pembelajaran. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pencapaian hasil pembelajaran oleh setiap siswa. Informasi kedua hal tersebut pada gilirannya sebagai masukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Manfaat dilaksanakannya evaluasi proses dan hasil pembelajaran ada beberapa hal, diantaranya yang penting ádalah: (1) Memperoleh pemahaman pelaksanaan dan hasil pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan guru, (2) Membuat keputusan berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan dan hasil pembelajaran, dan (3) Meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran dalam rangka upaya meningkatkan kualitas keluaran.

Abstract

Physical Education Learning is said to be successful if all objectives predetermined learning can be achieved (Abdulkadir, 2001). But deep in fact, there are still schools that have the results of Physical Education learning low who have not reached the predetermined standard of completeness. So is the case for grade Vb SDN 6 Palangka City Palangka Raya based on the results interviews with teachers of the Physical Education subject showed that the results Learning Physical Education for some students is not as expected or less than the predetermined standard which is 75. By using Online Learning method, students are expected to have a high interest in learning. This research was conducted online and according to a qualitative approach which is expected to improve and improve the quality of the process and results student learning in studying Physical Education. Time This research was conducted in July-September 2020/2021 Academic Year. This Research Place held at SDN 6 Palangka which is located on Jl. Tjilik Riwut Km. 1. The class It was used as a research location for the Vb class of SDN 6 Palangka, Palangka City Kingdom. The research subjects were students in class Vb SUN 6 Palangka with the number of students 30 people. Data collection techniques from research are questionnaires (questionnaire) and The data on the students' physical education learning outcomes test with learning online learning obtained from the Physical Education subject teacher. Once every 3 months at SDN 6 Palangka is carried out by Semester Offset Test (UTS) to find out the arrival where students' understanding of the physical education and physical education learning has been done taught. The results of this study indicate that the Physical Education learning response questionnaire data students with online learning in class Vb SDN 6 Palangka, Palangka Raya City that is, an average of 84.17 /% is very good based on results and washing out In this study it can be concluded that prior to online learning the results an average of 72.13 after Physical Education learning with online learning give positive and very good results, seen from the emergence of the criteria The assessment set and the average score of the assessment are very good. Middle Semester Deuteronomy (UTS) which aims to find out understanding Students of Physical Education lessons with online learning show results which was very good with an average score of 82.24. Learning outcomes are very good, no regardless of the student's response to the learning. If students respond to the learning is positive, the results obtained will be good and even increase 10.11 from before.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (i) to find out more about the implementation of the principal managerial competence at SMP Negeri 1 Palangkaraya: (i) planning, (ii) organizing, (iii) implementation, (iv) supervision, (v) to determine the factors supporters and inhibitors of the implementation of principal managerial competence in SMP Negeri 1 Palangkaraya. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and a type of case study. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation study.The results showed that (i) the principal in planning was in accordance with the planning concept and strategy (ii) the principal had organized the school in accordance with the organizing function which included the arrangement of the organizational structure of the division of labor and the placement of teachers and staff according to their respective areas of expertise. -Each. (iii) the principal in carrying out the implementation function has not been implemented properly where there are three indicators that need to be improved, namely: (a) managing school / madrasah facilities and infrastructure in order to optimize utilization, this is because there are still many facilities and infrastructure has not been fulfilled and the recording of facilities and infrastructure has not been well managed, (b) managing school / madrasah and community relationships in the context of seeking support, ideas, learning resources, and school funding, (c) managing school / madrasah administration in support of achieving goals school. (vi) the principal in carrying out supervision is appropriate, namely through monitoring the planning process, and implementing learning, then conducting evaluation and follow-up. (v) Supporting factors consisting of internal factors, the ability to lead and the personality of the principal. While external factors include the support of school residents, government, supervisors, school committees and alumni, the inhibiting factors consist of internal factors, which affect the limited funds for facilities and infrastructure, lack of administrative staff, external factors are lack of parental participation, especially the problem of funds since the program began. free education.

Abstract

President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, during his official speech at the Merdeka Palace, stated that the Indonesian people must remain vigilant at this time, even though the spread of the Covid 19 outbreak has begun to decrease. To overcome this, all people should continue to apply new habits in the order of life. Many people call this new normal order the New Normal. One of the goals of implementing the New Normal is so that people can live productively as long as there is still a pandemic outbreak of covid 19. The most effective way to prevent the covid 19 outbreak at this time is by adopting a clean and healthy lifestyle such as doing sports in an organized manner and measurable, and consume nutritious food. A clean and healthy lifestyle in schools is the implementation of certain health procedures by empowering teachers, students and the community around the school. They are expected to carry out a clean and healthy lifestyle to create healthy schools and environments as well. Based on the background above, the author conducts socialization on the Importance of a Clean and Healthy Lifestyle for Elementary School Students in Palangka Raya City during the New Normal Period. The purpose of holding this socialization activity is that it is hoped that students can carry out a healthy lifestyle in their daily lives, so that it is hoped that they will not be susceptible to contracting the Covid-19 virus. The method used in this activity is face-to-face socialization. Socialization activities are carried out by explaining the importance of a clean and healthy lifestyle. After that, a discussion session was held. This activity was carried out in several elementary schools in Palangka Raya City. Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the outreach activities for Clean and Healthy Lifestyles for Elementary School Students in Palangka Raya City during the New Normal Period, can provide education regarding the prevention of transmission of the covid-19 virus for students through routine hand washing with soap, consume nutritious food, exercise regularly and measuredly, get enough rest, keep your distance and wear a mask. This can be seen in the activeness of students asking questions during discussion sessions, and being able to answer when asked questions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, utilization, and maintenance of instructional media in SDN 2 Samba bakumpai. The research is a qualitative research design with phenomenology. Sources in the research is the principal and teachers at SDN 2 Samba bakumpai. Data collection technique were interview, observation and documentation. Analysis of data using an interactive model. This study has three outcomes. (1) Planning the learning media is an inventory of types of instructional media, merelevansikan media teaching materials, confirming media with other teachers or friends of the group, preparing a book support package from the government, and pour the planned use of the media in the learning device; (2) The use of instructional media is able to show a medium of learning makes the students more easily understand the teaching materials, instructional media were able to show increasing curiosity about the new sciences, capable of showing the learning media help teachers explain the learning material, and be able to demonstrate learning media reduces verbal learning theory; (3) Maintenance of instructional media is keeping the medium of learning material or objects in special cabinets, learning media in the form of a file stored on the computer, non-academic learning media such as marching band and tambourine are stored in a special room, and the media is damaged beyond repair maintenance direct teachers or experts .
