Feasibility Analysis Of Lai Seedling(Durio kutejensis) in Batuah Village at Loa Janan District Kutai KartanegaraRegency.This research implementation in November until December 2012. Therespondent was Gapoktan Borneo Hijau in Batuah Village at Loa Janan District KutaiKartanegara Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine feasibility of Laiseedling in gapoktan Borneo Hijau was feasible or not.The result of the study NPV was Rp 282,996.33 > 0 this meaning that theeffort was feasible. Net B/C was 2,7 >1 this meaning that the effort was feasible. IRRwas 44,9 bigger than the value of interest 16%, this meaning that the effort wasfeasible.The value of Payback periode is 5,5 years its means the value less than timeproject, this meaning that the effort was feasible.Keyword : Seedling, Feasibility Analysis, Lai

Abstract

Doyo plants are expected to produce offspring or generations that are able to adapt well in a new growing environment. The generation of doyo accessions that managed to grow well in the new environment was then passed on as propagation material to produce the next generation so that a large number of plant propagation materials were obtained for large-scale cultivation. This study aims to observe the continued growth of doyo accessions as a result of domestication.  This  research consisted of two experiments. The first  experiment was to see the growth of tillers from 6 doyo accessions (Tenggarong, Kota Bangun, Muara Wis, Jempang, Bongan, Anggana). The second experiment was to see the growth of the first generation of doyo accessions from domestication. The planting material used was tillers of doyo accession originating from the first experiment grouped into 3 groups based on the age of the tillers: group 1 (0 - <3 months), group 2 (3 - <5 months), group 3 (5 - <7 months). Data in the first and second experiments were analyzed by the F-test (α=95%) and then tested further using the DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) test using SAS v. 11.6 software. In the first experiment, the analysis showed that the treatment of accession had no significant effect on the number of tillers at 3 to 6 months after planting (MAP), but had a very significant effect at 12 MAP. The highest average number of tillers at 12 MAP obtained at Bongan accessions (9.75 tillers), but not significantly different from Kota Bangun accessions (6.11 tillers) and Jempang (6.67 tillers), while the lowest average number of tillers was obtained at Anggana accessions (1.57 tillers) but not significantly different from Muara Wis accessions (3.33 tillers). In the second experiment, the results of the analysis showed that the treatment of accession had no significant effect on increasing the diameter of the stem, increasing the length of the leaf, and increasing the number of leaves, but significantly affected the increase in plant height at 2 MAP. In general, it can be seen that seedlings that are still young (0 - <3 months) when used as planting material have a better percentage of life and growth compared to older seeds (3 - <5 months) and (5 - <7 months).

Abstract

The aim of this research to discover the effect of swallow manure and spacing and interaction with growth and leek results (Allium fistulosum L.). The researcher conducts this research from May until July 2019 at Sumber Sari village, Loa Kulu sub-district, Kutai Kartanegara regency. This research was arranged in Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 4x3 factorial with three replications. The first was swallow manure (g) consisting of 4 levels, namely g0 (control or no treatment) g1 (0.5 kg plot-1) g2 (1.0 kg plot-1) and g3 (1.5 kg plot-1) and the second factor is the spacing (j) which consists of 3 level, namely j1 (15cm x 20 cm), j2 (20cm x 20cm), j3 (25cm x 20cm).The result showed that the effect of swallow manure had no significant by effect to the observation parameters. The highest average of yield of t ha-1 crops is g3 (1.5 kg plot-1) with an average yield of 5.40 t ha-1 and the lowest yield of crop yields t ha-1 is in g1 (0.5 kg plot-1) with an average yield 5.00 t ha-1. The result showed that plant spacing did not significantly affect the observation parameters. The treatment of j1 (15cm x 20cm) gives the highest towards the crop yield t ha-1 with an average yield of 6.03 t ha-1, besides that treatment of j3 (25cm x 20cm) gives the lowest yield towards the crop yield t ha-1 (ton) with an average of 3.71 t ha-1.The result of the interaction between the effect of swallow manure and plant spacing did not significant by affect to all the treatments.  The highest average yield of t ha-1 crops was at g2j1 (1.0 kg plot-1 and 15cm x 20cm) with a yield of 6.40 t ha-1. The lowest average yield of t ha-1 plants was g1j3 (0.5 kg plot 1 and 25 cm x 20cm) with a yield of 3.32 t ha-1.

Abstract

Effect of superior plant hormone ZPT (hantu) and composition of planting media on the initial growth of dragon fruit (Hylocereus costaricensis) stem cuttings.The research was began in November 2018 until February 2019, taking place in Sukodono Hamlet, Sumber Sari Village, Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research  was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 4 x 3 factorial analysis and repeated three times . The first factor is the provision of superior plant hormone ZPT (H) which consists of 4 levels, namely h0 (control or without treatment), h1 (1.5 ml L-1), h2 (3 ml L-1), and h3 (4,5 ml L-1) The second factor is the composition of the planting medium consisting of 3 levels, namely m1 (soil + cow manure (2: 1)), m2 (soil + cow manure (3: 1)), m3 (soil + cow manure (4: 1). The treatment of superior plant hormone ZPT administration had no significant effect on all parameters observed (first shoot time after planting, shoot length, number of shoots and stem circumference shoots 40, 60, and 80 days). The treatment of the composition of the planting medium has no significant effect on all parameters observed (first time shoots after planting, shoot length, number of shoots and stem circumference shoots 40, 60, and 80 days).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis usahatani jagung pada lahan tadah hujan di Kecamatan Muara Badak Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli hingga September 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yaitu penelitan dengan cara mendeskripsikan keadaan di lapangan dari sejumlah individu yang di wawancara secara langsung. yang dijadikan sampel dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kondisi usahatani jagung hibrida di Kecamatan Muara Badak berjalan dengan baik dimana sudah dapat memberikan keuntungan dimana  nilai R/C ratio >1 yaitu sebesar 1,4. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah tingkat produktivitas yang rendah akibat lahan tadah hujan yang mengalami kekeringan dimusim kemarau dan kurangnya penguasaan petani terhadap teknik budidaya serta pemasaran sehingga keuntungan yang didapat masih rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of eggshell powder fertilizer and the concentration of ZPT Root-up on the growth of super red dragon fruit stem cuttings (Hylocereus costaricensis). This research was conducted from October to December 2018 starting from the preparation of planting media to the end of the study. The research location is located in Sukodono Hamlet, Sumber Sari Village, Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.This study was arranged in a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a 3x4 factorial analysis with replications 3 times. The first treatment factor was the administration of ZPT Root-up (P) which consisted of three levels, namely: p0 = no treatment, p1 = 100 ppm Root-up, p2 = 200 ppm Root-up. The second treatment factor is the administration of eggshell powder (T) which consists of 4 levels, namely: t0 = no treatment, t1 = 12.5 grams of polybag-1 eggshell powder, t2 = 25.0 grams of polybag-1 eggshell powder, t3 = 37.5 grams of polybag-1 eggshell powder.The results showed that administration of eggshell powder fertilizer had no significant effect on the time of first shoot (day), length of shoots 40 days, number of shoots 40 days and 80 days. But it has a very significant effect on the parameters of root length (cm). The results showed that the administration of ZPT Root-up concentrations had no significant effect on the time the first shoot appeared, but had a very significant effect on shoot length 60 days, 80 days, 80 shoots, root length (cm), and root weight (g). The results showed that the effect of eggshell powder interaction and ZPT Root-up had no significant effect on any plant parameters observed.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat perkembangan  wilayah untuk pembangunan pertanian berbasis komoditas unggulan di kabupaten kutai kartanegara. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis skalogram,  analisis sentralitas, dan analisis komoditas unggulan dan andalan, dengan dukungan data sekunder dan data primer dari berbagai sumber. Sesuai hasil analisis disimpulkan; a) Pembangunan pertanian berbasis wilayah dibangun melalui tiga zona yaitu zona hulu berpusat di Kecamatan Kota Bangun, zona tengah berpusat di Kecamatan Tenggarong, dan zona pantai berpusat di Kecamatan Muara Jawa; dan b) Pembangunan pertanian dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahap, yaitu tahap pertumbuhan (tahap 1), tahap pengembangan (tahap 2), dan tahap pemantapan (tahap 3). Tahap 1 adalah penguatan on-farm didukung pengembangan industri hulu. Tahap 2 dan 3 fokus pada pengembangan industri hilir (off-farm) dan perluasan investasi pembangunan industri penunjang didukung oleh kegiatan on-farm; c) Komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara antara lain : padi sawah, jagung dan singkong (tanaman pangan); kelapa sawit dan karet (tanaman perkebunan); sapi potong, kambing, ayam kampung, ayam pedaging dan ayam petelur (peternakan); dan perikanan laut, tambak, dan keramba (perikanan); dan d) Pembangunan pertanian berbasis wilayah akan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara yaitu meningkatkan kelestarian lingkungan melalui konservasi tanah, air dan tanaman.

Abstract

Sepatin village of capture fisheries productivity has increased and decreased. This research aims to determine the productivity of fishers who use the traditional fishing gear. This research uses descriptive methods and sampling used by the purposive sampling method. The results showed that fishers catch fish if in good weather conditions. Their catch is on average shrimp, fish, crab, and small crab. The fishing zone is still around the Sepatin village archipelago 2 miles from the coast

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kontribusi sektor peternakan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan keunggulan dari sektor peternakan di Kabupaten Paser. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan data sekunder dengan sumber data dari Dinas Perternakan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Dinas Pertanian yaitu Bidang Peternakan Kabupaten Paser, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Paser berupa data runtut waktu (time series) dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2017. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan inteview dan dokumentasi. Terknik analisa data yang digunakan untuk membuktikan hipotesis adalah Kontribusi dan Location Quotient (LQ). Hasil  dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kontribusi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) sektor Peternakan terhadap Produk Dometik Regioal Bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten Paser dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2017 berkontribusi rata-rata sebesar 0,72 persen dengan nilai LQ rata-rata sebesar 2,57 persen, maka nilai LQ>1 dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Sektor Peternakan menjadi sektor unggulan (basis) di Kabupaten Paser.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pertumbuhan tanaman rumput teki (Cyperus rotundus) pada tanah terkontaminasi hidrokarbon dengan  perlakuan variasi atas tanah uji terdiri dari : 1. Kontrol tanpa limbah hidrokarbon (TP-1), 2.Penambahan limbah hidrokarbon 0.5 % (TP-2), 3. Penambahan  limbah hidrokarbon 1 % (TP-3), 4. Penambahan limbah hidrokarbon 2 % (TP-4), 5. Penambahan limbah hidrokarbon 3 % (TP-5), Penambahan limbah hidrokarbon 4 % (TP-6) dan penambahan limbah hidrokarbon 5 % (TP-7). Masing-masing tanah uji diberi perlakuan sama saat start up, yaitu dengan pemberian 0.5 gram pupuk NPK.Hasil analisis pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman rumput teki berdasarkan uji Wilayah Berganda Duncan (DMRT) pada taraf wilayah nyata student 5 % dapat disimpulkan bahwa rumput teki dapat tumbuh pada tanah terkontaminasi hidrokarbon dengan nilai TPH 0.5 %, 1 % dan 2 %, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rumput teki dapat mendegradasi tanah yang terkontaminasi hidrokarbon.
