Pain in the first stage of labor occurs due to ischemia in uterine corpus and dilatation of the cervix (Sarwono, 2002). These sensations of pain is individual, because many factors affect, among others, the environment and cultural background (hamnah, 2003). For primiparous labor pain is a very unpleasant feeling and misery is more, because primiparous no experience and how to cope the pain (Cohen, 1991). Slow-Stroke Back Massage is an alternative therapy to reduce pain because it is easy to do. The purpose of this study is Proving ? endorphin levels through Slow-Stroke Back Massage with Comfort Theory approach in patients primigravidas Inpartu Kala I Active Phase. The study design was cross sectional with quasy Experiment Design of Post Test Only with Control Group Design. Collecting data by checking ? endorphins. Data Analysis used statistical test Mann Whitney and obtained significant value of 0.000 means there is a difference between the control group and the treatment group. Average production of endorphins control group amounted to 7.46, and amounted to 19.54 endorphin treatment groups. Slow stroke back massage easily done by anyone and effective in terms of the economy and easy method to reduce pain intensity, it needs to be socialized.

Patients with diabetes mellitus may arise anxiety that needs treatment in a comprehensive physical, psychological and social. Social support can affect the psychological anxiety by regulating the process. The purpose of research was analyze the relationship between social support and the level of anxiety in patients with diabetes mellitus. Croos sectional study design used by the respondents as many as 30 patients with purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by using a questionnaire DSKS and KMKS. The results showed that nearly half of respondents have a social support in both categories by 40% and the level of anxiety in the category was 56.7%. Based on the test results of Spearman's correlation p value = 0.000, r = 0.737, which means there was a strong relationship between social support and anxiety in patients with diabetes mellitus. Social support involves emotions and a positive assessment on the individual in the face of the problem. This support is very influential for individuals to adapt and interact with their environment. Social support can be obtained from family members, friends, relatives and caregivers who are external sources that can provide relief to the patient in dealing with and facing an issue especially concerning the illness.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease characterized by blood glucose levels than normal and impaired metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins caused by insulin deficiency relative or absolute. Chronic complications that often occur in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus is diabetic foot. The purposed of this study was to analyzed the risk factors of chronic complications (diabetic foot) in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus. The design of this research was descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. This study will be conducted in the Medical Practitioners Prolanis of Ponorogo to 75 patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus using questionnaire and observation. The result showed that only a visual impairment factors that significantly influence the incidence of diabetic foot, with p value (Chi Square) 0.119, and OR: 4. Knowing the risk factors that most influence on the incidence of chronic complications (diabetic foot) in patients with Type 2 diabetes can be a non-pharmacological preventive measures that can prevent diabetic foot are at risk of disability due to amputation and death.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease with a high incidence in Indonesia and a serious health problem in Indonesia. DM management must to do a lifetime, and it make patients not adherent and become desperate. Uncontrolled diabetes can cause complications such as blindness, kidney failure, heart failure, and stroke. Disobedience and desperation patients in treatment may be due to low selfregulation. The level of self-regulation affects the behaviors, which in this case is the management of DM. The purpose of this study is to explain about autonomous selfregulation and controlled self regulation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.The study design was descriptive. Total sample of 40 people. The research location was in Prolanis dr. Yunita and Prolanis dr. Ani Ruliana. The research instrument used a modification of Treatment Self-Regulation Questionnaire (TSRQ) for Diabetes. The results showed that 34 (85%) had a high autonomous self-regulation and 24 people (60%) had a low controlled self-regulation. Advice for health workers to give support and motivation to clients with diabetes to improve controlled self-regulation.

Background: Identifying the barriers faced by graduate nurses become one of the efforts of educational institutions and graduate nurses to evaluate the results of the low passing rate on Indonesian Nurses Competency Test (INCT). This study aims to analyze barriers of graduated nurses from Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Jember to face INCT. Methods: The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach that involves 6 people graduate nurses Faculty of Health Sciences, University of MuhammadiyahJember who did not pass INCT. Data obtained through focus group discussions and then analyzed by constant comparative method. Results: The results showed that the barriers of graduated nurses in the face of INCT consists of theimproper execution time of INCT, unfocused learning process, confusion, anxiety, an inadequate knowledge of INCT, the hesitation in the answer, the computer screen?s brightness, and an error computers. Conclusion: The results indicate that there are obstacles in the preparatory phase and during the implementation INCT that affect the success rate of graduate nurses in INCT.

Most of stroke patients experienced motoric disorder, it led to the unfulfilled the basic need especially for personal hygiene deficit so family could gave support for fulfilled the patient need. Family support includes informational support, emotional support, esteem support, and instrumental support. Inadequate social support, proven to decrease mortility, easier to recover from illness among the stroke patients, better cognitive function, physical within normal limits, and a controlled emotional health. The purpose of this study was to proved the relationship between family support in meeting the needs of personal hygiene in stroke patients. There were 30 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. Data was analyzed by computer software. The majority of respondents were 55-65 year old, male, married, was not working, long-suffering stroke 1-3 years. The result showed that there was a strong relationship between support families with personal hygiene needs in people with stroke (CVA) (p=0,000, r=0,693). The patients who got family support had better personal hygiene than not. So the family members should be involved in personal hygiene fulfillment.

Hypertension, where the patient blood pressure is above normal. One of the compliance to obey by hypertensive patients is food (dietary compliance). Dietary is one of the methods to reduce the complication at hypertensive patients. This research aimed at finding out the influence of health education against the compliance. This research was pre-experiment by applying one group pre-post test design. The populations were hypertensive patient at the country of Tambar, Jombang. The samples were 30 respondents the patients who fulfill the criteria. This also used systematic simple random sampling technique. Giving a questionnaire was a data collection before the health education run. Then, it continued with health education about dietary for hypertensive. A week after the education run, the patients had to fill the questionnaire to investigate the compliance. The analysis used Wilcoxon Signed rank Test, significance level was ?<0.05.The result was 0,000 which mean that health education influenced dietary compliance for hypertensive patient. This is therefore health education should be implemented regularly in period of time to adapt with patient by applying well communication.

Adolescents have high curiosity, including the issue of sexuality. Adolescent curiosity about sexuality due to the development phase of teenagers who enter puberty characterized by the maturation of the reproductive system and the production of sex hormones. This study aims to determine the influence of attitudes about seks behaviortoward adolescent intention of doing risky sexual behavior. This study used analytic design with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were high school students in the districts of Tuban amounted to 349 people by using simple random sampling. The data collection done by using the a questionnaire. The statistical test used is ordinal logistic regression to examine the influence between variables. The result showed that there was influence adolescent attitudes toward intention in sexual behavior (p = 0.000). If the adolescent attitude positive, the teen has no intention of doing risky sexual behavior. Adolescents can maintain and improve the knowledge and a positive attitude by the way can sort and filter the information gathered from the mass media about sexual behavior

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurobehavioral disorder that most often occurs in children, which is also a chronic condition that most often affects children of school age, and is a mental disorder common in children ages 3- 5 years. Without proper treatment can be chronic depression. Social skills training is a way given to children who have difficulty interacting disorder. The goal is to improve a person's ability to interact in an environment. This exercise can improve interpersonal skills with socializing train. This study is a non-randomized quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted in kindergarten Dahlia Jember. Total sample 7 sample with purposive sampling technique. Variables - variables of the study consisted of social skills training, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder comprises. Results of the study Analysis of the difference highest increase was 26 and the lowest difference has a value of 20. Analysis Wilcoxon (? <0.05) p = 0.016. Conclusions social skills training can be done to improve the social skills of children with ADHD. This research is expected to contribute or contribute to the development of science and its applications, especially in the field of children with psychiatric problems.

Introduction: Stress among premature infants is a response showing inability on infants to regulate stimulus from environment which caused by maturity of nervous system, lack of physiology stability and lack of ability to cope the stress. Several ways to decrease stress among premature infants are giving infants developmental care interventions. This study aimed to describe the effect of developmental care on stress decreased among premature infants in Perinatology Room Regional General Hospital Dr. Haryoto Lumajang. Method: The design of this study was pre-experimental with one group pra-post test design, with 7 sample size who were taken by using total sampling technique. Independent variable of this study was developmental care and dependent variable was stress among premature infants. Data were taken by using observations sheet, then analyzed by using Wicoxon Sign Rank Test. Result: The result showed a significant value, p= 0,052.The result of this study can be concluded that there is influence of developmental care on stress decreased among premature infants. Discuss: Therefore, nurses in perinatalogy room can make it as strategy and base to implement developmental care to surmount stress amon premature infants.
