Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan adalah :(1). Mengetahui gambaran secara teknis budidaya tomat; (2) mengetahui berapa biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan usahatani tomat  dan titik impas (break even point) usahatani tomat di Kelurahan Landasan Ulin Utara Kecamatan Landasan Ulin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik observasi.  Metode panarikan contoh menggunakan metode sensus yaitu mengambil semua populasi petani penanam tomat di Kelurahan Landasan Ulin Utara.  Populasi petani yang menanam tanaman tomat adalah 25 orang,  kemudian keseluruhan petani tomat yang ada di desa ini  dijadikan sebagai responden pada penelitian ini.Hasil penelitian adalah Luas lahan yang digunakan responden   rata-rata 0,77  hektar dan status kepemilikan lahan adalah hak milik. Produksi rata-rata sebesar  2.796 kg/responden atau rata-rata 3.631,17 kg/ha (3,63 ton/ha).Biaya total rata-rata sebesar Rp 4.360.046,77 /responden, biaya tetap rata-rata sebesar Rp 519.446,77 /responden dan biaya variabel rata-rata sebesar Rp 3.840.600,00 /responden. Penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp 13.980.000,00 /responden, Keuntungan  yang diperoleh  dalam satu kali proses produksi sebesar Rp 9.619.953,23 /responden atau rata-rata sebesar  Rp 12.493.445,76  /ha.  Nilai break even point (BEP) dilihat dari volume produksi adalah sebesar 143,43 kg dan jumlah penjualan sebesar Rp 717.145,44 /responden.  Pada titik BEP tersebut akan terjadi titik impas dimana jumlah penjualan sama dengan jumlah produksi

Abstract

Long beans are a food favored by Indonesian people because they have sufficient nutritional content for health. topping is a way to increase production. This study aims to determine the growth response and interaction of two varieties of Long Beans with different topping times. The research was conducted in Karawang Regency in July - August 2020. The method used was a randomized block design method with a split-plot design consisting of 2 factors. the first factor was the variety (v) with 2 levels, v1 (KP-1) and v2 (Katrina) with 4 replications. The second factor is the pruning time (p) with 3 levels, p0 (without trimming), p1 (pruning 20 days afterward), and p2 pruning 40 days afterward. If the treatment shows a significantly different effect, then proceed with the LSD 5% test. The results showed that the KP-1 variety with pruning treatment of 20 days after planting gave the highest yield with 348.20 grams per plant. Meanwhile, the highest yield of Katrina variety was in the treatment without pruning with a weight of 370.70 grams per plant.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effect of different concentration of Spirulina platensis supplementation on artificial feed for zebrafish (Danio rerio) to increase growth performance and immunity from environmental pressure. The experimental research was carried out from October until November 2020. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effect of S. platensis different concentration supplementation on artificial feed for zebrafish (Danio rerio) to increase growth performance and immunity from environmental pressure. The experimental research was carried out from October 2020 until November 2020 at Aquaculture Laboratory, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, Serang, Banten. This research used a complete randomized design (CRD) consisted of 4 treatments and 3 replications. Control was commercial pellet which no S. platensis enriched (A), pellet enriched with 3% of S.platensis (B), pellet enriched with 6% of  S. platensis(C), and last treatment were pellet enriched with 9% of  S.platensis (D). The results showed that treatment C was the best dosage of S. platensis for zebrafish rearing for 40 days both growth and immunity performance. Absolute length, Specific growth rate of length, Absolute weight, Specific growth rate of weight were significantly different, but survival rate were not significantly different which were 0.646±0.112g, 0.714±0.10g, 0.102±0.020%, 1.422±0.215%, 100% respectively. Immunity performance was shown by the stress test at low pH. It was also significantly different when exposed to pH at 5 ppt among the treatment. Treatment C was the highest survival rate which was 63.33±5.77% after stress test at low pH.

Abstract

Guava leaves can be used as a natural preservative in quail carcass because they contain antimicrobial compounds such as flavonoid and tannin. This study studied the effect of using guava leaves infusion on quail carcass on the total bacteria, Enterobacteriaceae, and early spoilage.  The research used an experimental method with a completely randomized design, 3 treatments of guava leaves infusion concentration, namely P1 = 25%, P2 = 50%. And P3 = 75%, each treatment was repeated 6 times.  The application of infusion to quail carcass was carried out by immersion for 15 minutes.  Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Turkey’s test.  The results showed that the total bacteria and Enterobacteriaceae before immersion were 3.80 x 107 cfu/g and 1.90 x 104 cfu/g, respectively.  Soaking quail carcass in guava leaves infusion was able to reduce the total bacteria and Enterobacteriaceae to 72.15% and 78.50%, respectively.  The early spoilage was inversely proportional to the total bacteria and Enterobacteriaceae resulted in longer shelf life.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to the effect of row spacing on the growth of upland rice (Oryza sativa L.) Adan Krayan; and to find row spacing for better growth of upland rice Adan Krayan.The research carried out from July to October 2020 in Liang Bua Village,  Krayan Barat su-district, Nunukan Regency.The research used Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with four treatment of row spacing and five replications namely: no uniform as control (p0), 30 cm x 30 cm (p1), 40 cm x 40 cm (p2), and 50 cm x 50 cm (p3).   The result of the research revealed that : (1) row spacing treatment affected significantly to very significantly on the plant height, number of leaf and number of a tiller at 30, 60, and 90 days after planting, and (2) the best of the growth was produced in 40 cm x 40 cm.

Abstract

Land use change indirectly affects soil biological fertility. Changes in forest land use into land use have an impact on the impact of soil organic matter which will affect the microorganism population. Microorganisms and carbon in general are more sensitive to changes in land use. Microorganism biomass changes more rapidly after land use changes. The research objective was to detect soil fungi and bacteria on different land uses, namely mixed forest, seasonal crop farming, and former coal mining land. This research will be conducted for 1 (one) fiscal year. This research includes the following stages: soil survey for sampling, and bacterial and fungal surveys conducted in the laboratory. The research method for observing soil properties is random sampling of soil at each land use, namely seasonal crop land, mixed garden land, secondary forest, and former coal mining land. Random sampling of soil by means of a composite. Composite soil samples were taken from 5 sub-samples at a depth of 0-30 cm and 30-60 cm, in order to obtain one composite sample for each different land use and soil depth. The results showed that the fungi found were Mucor and Trichoderma with the highest total fungal population of 3.2 x 104 Cfu / gr found in seasonal crop fields with a depth of 30-60 cm. The bacteria found were from the Genus Azotobacteraceae with the highest total population of 1.5 x 105 Cfu / gr found in seasonal plantations and secondary forest with a depth of 30-60 cm.

Abstract

 This research aims to determine the type of shallot variety and the correct dosage for maximum growth and yield of shallot plants. The research method used an experimental method with the experimental design used was a single factor randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 6 treatments, namely A (Sembrani Variety and 100). ml/polybag), B (Sembrani variety and 120 ml/polybag), C (Sembrani variety and 140 ml/polybag), D (Mente's variety and 100 ml/polybag), E (Mente's variety and 120 ml/polybag), and F (Mente's variety and 140 ml/polybag) was repeated 4 times so that there were a total of 24 experimental units. The effect of the treatment was analyzed using variance and if the F test at the 5% level was significant, then to find out the best treatment was continued with the DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) further test at the 5% level. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the types of shallot varieties with different dosages of NPK compound, on all research parameters. Treatment E gave the highest yield at plant height (44.49 cm), the weight of fresh tubers with leaves/clump (7.11 g), the weight of fresh tubers with leaves/plot (19.93 g), the weight of dry tubers with leaves/clump (5.90 g), weight dry tubers with leaves/plot (16.35 g). While treatment D gave the highest yield on the number of tillers (3.14), the number of leaves (6.97), the number of tubers (3.14). Treatment C gave the highest yield on tuber diameter (22.58 mm) and treatment A tuber length (31.48 mm).

Abstract

Pasar Raya 1 is one of the traditional markets located in the city of Salatiga. Pasar raya 1 is located on Jl. Jend. Sudirman, Kutowinangun Kidul Kec. Tingkir, Salatiga City, Central Java. Pasar Raya. This study aims to identify consumer characteristics, analyze the effect of price, service quality, lifestyle, product quality, place, promotion. This research was conducted in August - December 2020 in the City of Salatiga. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive, the sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling by determining criteria, namely anyone who has made a purchase and is willing to be interviewed. Samples were collected as many as 70 respondents, namely the criteria for beef consumers in Pasar Raya 1. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: 1. The  Characteristics of the most respondents, 64 (93%) were female, 32 (45.7%) aged 40-49 years, based on the education level of 26 people (37.1%) SMA, the factors that have a significant effect are price (X1), product quality (X4), place (X5), while for service quality (X2), lifestyle (X3), promotion (X4), do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is technically aimed at knowing the economic operation of broiler chicken cultivation regarding costs, income and business income of broiler chickens in Kapuh Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Determination of respondents was carried out by case method to 1 (one) farmer working on broiler chickens in Kapuh Village, Simpur District, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, South Kalimantan Province as respondent farmers.  Broiler chicken farming which is carried out by an independent livestock business, the breeder provides himself with all the equipment and production inputs starting from the provision of land and cages, seeds to harvesting and selling. The explicit costs of animal husbandry include costs of production facilities, depreciation of tools and labor outside the family (TKLK) with an average of Rp. 79,900,000.00. The average production obtained was 4,004 heads or 6,406.40 kg, while the price at the time of research / harvest was IDR 20,000 / kg. Receipt of Rp. 128,128,000.00 and an income of Rp. 43,503,500.00

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the revenue, the explicit cost, income and productivity of cassava variety sulawesi. This research was conducted in March – May 2021 at Tungkaran village Banjar regency. The simple random sampling method used was by observing 21  farmers in Tungkaran village who planted Cassava. The average result of the revenue is Rp. 2.468.142,86/farmer, the average explicit cost is Rp. 961.413,50/farmer, and average income Rp. 1.506.729,36/farmer and productivity 14,43 Ton/Ha. From this result of development of farming cassava sulawesi variety we believe that it has good prospect and revenue, of the average income, technical and economically
