Abstract

The research objective is to analyse the influence of focus on customers, obsession withquality, education and training, benchmarking, teamwork and continuous improvement inquality costs. The hypothesis proposed is Customer Focus, obsession with Quality,Education and Training, Benchmarking, Teamwork and Continuous Improvement affectquality costs. The number of respondents taken in this study was 80 respondents. Theanalytical tool used is using the SPSS application program with techniques. Multipleregression analysis and hypothesis testing using f and t-test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of compensation, job stress andmotivation on job satisfaction. The method used is survey and sampling technique used isnonprobability sampling with saturated sampling. Population in this research is permanentemployee of Health Office Karawang with sample counted 100 respondent. Data analysisused in this research is using Partial Least Square (PLS). The implication of this research isto improve employee job satisfaction, the management of Karawang Health Office needs toprioritize policies related to job satisfaction. In an effort to improve employee job satisfaction,management needs to prioritize policies related to compensation, job stress and motivation.To improve employee job satisfaction, management also needs to pay attention to othersupporting factors such as organizational culture, work environment, organizational climate,organizational commitment and other factors not examined. It should be noted in order toimprove employee morale and progress of the company

Abstract

Positive values of Western management such as efficiency, discipline and respect for therole of the individual to influence the performance of the organisation. American corporatemanagement practices cannot be separated from values and rationality embraced by thecommunity. Efforts to achieve organisational effectiveness depends on environmentalfactors, one of which cultural factors. Culture is the value system embraced by theenvironment, including the work environment. Based on Hofstede's cultural dimensions, thecollectivist, Indonesia, entrepreneurial management model has the potential to develop thebusiness goals that have value and uniqueness.

Abstract

This research is a type of research based on case studies, where is the research withUSING a descriptive approach to explain variables what will be studied. The purpose of thisprogram was to find out the Queuing System Model of the Office of Central Java Province inPemalang District, to find the size pattern of service at UP3AD Central Java Province, andto test the arrival pattern Poisson distribution and whether Service Time is distributedExponential. This research is conducted by observing the rate of arrival of taxpayers perminute and also the time of service for taxpayers per minute. This study was tested usingthe Kolmogorov-Smirnov Conformity Test which was assisted by SPSS and Microsoft Excelapplications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style,intrinisk motivation on the performance of employees train company with job satisfaction asa mediating variable. The number of respondents taken in this study were 52 respondentsusing probability sampling. This study uses a survey method using a quantitative approach.The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS software.Based on the conclusion that transformational leadership style and intrinsic motivation havea positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
