This study aims to examine the effect of violations of psychological contracts on satisfaction of basic psychological needs. Basic psychological needs consist of a sense of autonomy, competency and connectedness. Data were obtained from a sample of teachers and staff in schools in Purwokerto. The research method used a survey. The results showed that it is important for school administrators to pay attention to the employee psychological violations. Based on the research results showed that psychological contract breach effects the autonomy and connectedness of a person, but not the competence.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of compensation, job stress andmotivation on job satisfaction. The method used is survey and sampling technique used isnonprobability sampling with saturated sampling. Population in this research is permanentemployee of Health Office Karawang with sample counted 100 respondent. Data analysisused in this research is using Partial Least Square (PLS). The implication of this research isto improve employee job satisfaction, the management of Karawang Health Office needs toprioritize policies related to job satisfaction. In an effort to improve employee job satisfaction,management needs to prioritize policies related to compensation, job stress and motivation.To improve employee job satisfaction, management also needs to pay attention to othersupporting factors such as organizational culture, work environment, organizational climate,organizational commitment and other factors not examined. It should be noted in order toimprove employee morale and progress of the company

Autonomy support from organization, supervisor in lecturer context is still unclear and little getting attention. This study have purpose to explore how organization, supervisor should support lecturers in order to fulfill their autonomy. Autonomy is a basic psychological need that must owned by all human. This is a qualitative research. I used phenomenography to show many of autonomy supports based on the experiences of participant. The result shows that lecturers need consistent rules, procedures, and clear mechanism to do their job for supporting their autonomy. The other autonomy supports are facilitating all lecturers’ academic activity, minimizing surveillance, and procedural justice.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kegunaan dan sikap penggunaan dalam pengaruhnya terhadap intensi dan penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya pada penggunaan aplikasi PLN Daily. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PLN UP3 Tegal. Dengan populasi sebesar 160, ditetapkan sampel 115 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan simple random sampling. Hasil pengujian analisis regresi menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) menunjukkan bahwa : (1) persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap penggunaan. (2) persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi. (3) sikap penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi. (4) intensi berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya. (5) sikap penggunaan memediasi pengaruh persepsi kegunan terhadap intensi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya secara maksimal oleh pegawai dapat dicapai apabila perusahaan memperhatikan intensi pegawai untuk tetap menggunakan aplikasi PLN Daily. Perusahaan dapat mengimplementasikan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan persepsi kegunaan dan sikap penggunaan dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan intensi pegawai dalam penggunaan aplikasi PLN Daily.

This research is a quantitative study on the application of Gojek in Purwokerto. The purpose of this study was to analyze the acceptance of Gojek applications in Purwokerto using the Technology Acceptance Model. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling analysis method using the SmartPLS3 application. The results of the analysis show that (1) Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, (2) Perceive usefulness is not significant and has a negative effect user attitudes, (3) Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on user attitudes, (4) Quality has a positive effect on user attitudes,(5) Perceived usefulness is not significant and has a negative effect on behavior to use, (6) User attitude positively effect behavior to use.

Previous studies have a little attention on the impact of perceived autonomy support on the justice. This study examines the impact of perceived autonomy support from supervisor and from environment toward perceived procedural justice and interpersonal justice. Based on self interest model and basic need theory, this study hypothesized that individual’s perception of autonomy supported both from supervisor and work environment would affect his/ her perception of procedural. Based on need fulfillment theory, this study hypothesized that individuals’perception of autonomy supported both from supervisor and work environment affect interpersonal justice. This study used 234 lecturers for sample and regression analysis for analizing the data. The results support the hypotheses that the higher individual perception of autonomy supports from both supervisor and work environment is, the higher is individual perception of procedural justice and interpersonal justice. This result implicates that supervisor should build perception of autonomy support among individuals in organization by buiding trust culture, open communication culture, supportive culture to increase the individual perception of procedural and interpersonal justice.

Previous research have not paid much attention on the the mechanism of the relationship between perceived discrimination and the negative outcomes. This research examined the relationship between perception of discrimination and job satisfaction, as well as how basic psychological need satisfaction can play the role in that relationship. This study used teachers and the staff in Purwokerto for the sample. This study used purposive sampling. We choose teachers and staff that have three year experience. This study used individual level of analysis. The result showed that perceived discrimination negatively affects autonomy, relatedness and job satisfaction, but not competence. The relationship between perceived discrimination and job satisfaction was mediated by autonomy. Autonomy positively affects job satisfaction, but not both relatedness and competence. Future research should examine this relationship in other context, for example the bank employees, manufacturer, nurses, etc. Future research also need to examine this relationship that use experiment design to increase internal validity.

This study examined the relationship between entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. This hypothesis proposes that entrepreneurial passion positively affects entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, this study also hypothesizes that entrepreneurial emphasizing on entrepreneurial intention is mediated by entrepreneur self-efficacy. The present study takes a sample from housewives who run businesses in Banyumas. This study uses a convenience method for choosing 236 housewives who run businesses. This method is chosen because there is no sampling frame in this population. The results show that Entrepreneurial passion positively influences entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intention.

This study aims to determine the positive relationship between social innovation, involvement, and advocacy tourism in the villagers Community. Active support from the village community can be very important for successful tourism development if villagers become more aware of the attractive characteristics of the area and are involved in developing sustainable tourism promotion in Village. In this study, a hypothesis test of the relationship between social innovation and advocacy tourism through community involvement will be conducted. To get a comprehensive picture, the researcher will collect a research sample of 100 villagers who have the criteria for the age of 18 to 50 years and are familiar with social media. Respondents will fill out a questionnaire and answers from respondents will be analyzed using path analysis to test hypotheses.
