Abstract

This study is focused on analyzing students’ active participation and perceptions of the application of Student-Centered Learning to encourage active learning. This study employed a descriptive method by analyzing the data obtained from the questionnaire. The subjects of this research were students of the Management study program at higher education institutions in Banjarmasin who have been taught using these strategies. The results revealed that the students showed positive perceptions about the strategy used in the classroom. Overall, students considered actively participating in discussions or asking questions to help them understand the material better. When studying in groups, the students could discuss the material given together and share their ideas. The students also believed that participating in discussions and case studies gave them the opportunity to learn more about the real world. The students also stated that they learned to be open-minded and accept reasonable criticism through class debate. In addition, as claimed by students, other benefits of implementing Student-Centered Learning included building interactions between lecturers and students, as well as improving oral communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

Abstract

In consuming goods and services, consumers will shape their attitudes. Based on the observations made, there is a less positive attitude formed on consumers as seen by the majority of students who have and often switch to other providers, only 21.4% of students have a positive attitude by not switching to other providers and still using the provider they use. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer experience and peers on consumer attitudes either partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative research, with an ex post facto method. The population in this study were 140 students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP Universitas Jambi, batches of 2017 and 2018, and a sample of 104 people were taken by purposive sampling with the characteristics of being a provider card user. The result of this research is that consumer experience has an effect on consumer attitudes about using provider cards. Peers have an effect on consumer attitudes to using card providers. The experience of consumers and peers has a positive and significant effect on consumer attitudes in using provider cards for students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP Jambi University. Abstract

Pendidikan dan pembelajaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Namun pada kenyataannya awal tahun 2022 penyebaran virus covid-19 semakin meningkat sehingga pembelajaran kembali dilakukan secara daring. Hal ini menyebabkan peserta didik kurang memahami serta mengerti konsep materi pembelajaran yang sesungguhnya. Oleh karena itu diterapkanlah blended learning pada mata kuliah ekonomi pembangunan di era new normal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan blended learning pada mata kuliah ekonomi pembangunan di era new normal. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, survei dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu penerapan blended learning pada mata kuliah ekonomi pembangunan di era new normal mampu memberikan variasi dalam pembelajaran di era new normal sehingga proses pembelajaran pada mata kuliah ekonomi pembangunan lebih menarik dan bermakna bagi mahasiswa. Hal tersebut didukung dari segi: variasi proses pembelajaran, kolaborasi, kehadiran mahasiswa, penilaian, serta dukungan bahan ajar.

Abstract

Produktifitas kerja karyawan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba, sehingga penting sekali perusahaan untuk memahami dan menjaga agar produktifitas kerja karyawab stabil. Produktifitas karyawan dipengaruhi banyak faktor termasuk didalamnya adalah besaran kompensasi karyawan, motivasi kerja karyawan, serta kedisiplinan kerja karyawan menjadi penentunya. Tujuan penelitian adalah menguji signifikansi motivasi, upah, kedisiplinan dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada perusahaan konveksi serta mengetahui variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sebanyak 35 orang digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian yang menggunakan teknik pemilihan sampel yaitu Non-Probability Sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Analisis regresi linier berganda dialukan untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul dengan bantuan software SPSS 16.0. Kemudian, pengujian data menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, upah dan kedisiplinan masing – masing berpengaruh secara positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan perusahaan. Sehingga produktititas kerja karyawan akan meningkat jika motivasi karyawan dalam bekerja tinggi, upah yang diberikan layak dan karyawan disiplin dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya.
