Abstract

The aim of this research was: (1) to find out the amount of income received from the tofu business; (2) to find out the value of the viability of the tofu business. This research was carried out in the IKM Dwi Berkah industry in Kancinaa Village, Pasarwajo Sub-district, Buton Regency from July to August 2019, considering that the Kancinaa Village was one of the areas of tofu business and that the area was easily reached. This type of research is a case study, so that tofu-making business owners are used as a source to gather the information needed by researchers. The data obtained were then analyzed using a profit analysis of ?= TR-TC and researchers used the R / C ratio formula to determine the feasibility of the business. The results of this research show that the profit is Rp 58,094,450/month in a single production process. In addition, the 1.51 R / C ratio was also achieved in such a way that the IKM Dwi Berkah tofu industry was competitive and viable to grow in the Kancinaa Village Pasarwajo Sub-district of Buton Regency.   Keywords: feasibility, efficiency, cost, tofu industry

Coconut farmers in Balobone village have problems, in addition to the low quality of copra as well as price fluctuations in a short time often occur in copra marketing so that it affects the marketing efficiency that is formed. For this reason, a comprehensive assessment of the most efficient copra marketing system needs to be carried out, so that it can provide a proportional income contribution for farmers. The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing copra marketing channels in Balobone Village; (2) Knowing the number of costs, margins and profits received by each marketing institution involved in copra marketing in Balobone Village; (3) Analyzing copra market performance in Balobone Village through analysis of marketing margins and producer share. The sampling procedure is carried out in an institutional approach with a snowball sampling method with the amount adjusted to field conditions and research analysis needs. Marketing channel analysis is done descriptively qualitatively to see the pattern of marketing channels formed during the copra drainage process from producer farmers to exporter traders. The conclusions of the research are (1) Farmers in marketing copra produced through 2 patterns of marketing channels, namely: a. The pattern I Marketing Channels: Inter-island Traders Surabaya Big Surabaya Traders. Pattern 2 marketing margin received by inter-island traders is IDR 4,300, with a total cost of IDR 1,354.5/Kg, with a profit of IDR 2,945.5/Kg; (3) The percentage of the price received by farmers from each of the marketing channels I patterns is 53% and the marketing channel pattern 2 is 53. Thus, the copra marketing system of the 2 marketing channel patterns formed in Balobone Village is efficient. The aim of this study is to identify the types of marketing channels in Lasembangi Village, Lasalimu Subdistrict of Buton, to determine the marketing functions performed on each marketing channel, to determine the share profit producers in each marketing channel to determine the marketing efficiency of each marketing channel in Lasembangi Village, Lasalimu Subdistrict of Buton. The sampling method used by a tangerine farmer in the village of Lasembangi by Simple Random Sampling with 30 farmers randomly selected a sample of 120 farmers as a population. Sample totaling 3 traders and retailers 6. The data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The data obtained from the field beforehand in a simple tabulated and analyzed in accordance with appropriate methods of analysis. Total samplings were 3 traders and 6 retailers. The data collected in this analysis consisted of primary and secondary data. Data obtained from the field in advance in a simple tabulated and evaluated in accordance with the correct methods of analysis. When the Ep price is ? 50 percent, Studies and analysis show that in this field of research there are three or more types of marketing channels: Channel 1: Farmer / Two Customer, Channel 2: Farmer / Towards Traders / Channel 3: Channel 1: Farmer / Towards the Market. On each marketing channel, marketing roles are performed the same. The share profit margin of manufacturers is different for every marketing channel. Abstract

To human beings, wood is a significant forest material. Without wood, people will have difficulties in meeting the living needs of wood and its production to have economic and sustainable quality. The goal of the analysis was to determine, partially and simultaneously, the effect of resources, the number of workers, the length of business and fuel on the profitability of wood-makers in the City of Baubau. The data obtained were analyzed with several linear regression equations T testing and F testing to measure the effect. The results showed that capital has a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurs ' income rates so that capital availability is very important. While the number of workers, the duration and the fuel volumes do not affect the profitability of wood entrepreneurs, the three variables were not taken into account as the main factors in increasing levels of profits. At the same time, the profitability of timber contractors did not affect resources, the number of employees, the duration of business and the amount of fuel. Adjusted R2 by 0.375 means that only 37.5% of the wood contractor's income is influenced by the factors measured in the report.   Keywords: Processed wood, forest products, profits

Abstract

The internal variables that can increase productivity and income, including schooling, age, arable land size and the number of dependents and the experience of agriculture and social status are all linked to the identity of farmers. The aim of this study is: (1) Empirically demonstrate that the age of farmers is influenced by rice farming income in the village of Ngkaringkaring, subdistrict of Bungi and city of Baubau; (2) empirically demonstrate that there is an impact on rice crop income in Ngkaringkaring Village and Bungi Subdistrict and Baubau City on farmers ' education; (3) Demonstrate empirically whether the number of dependents of the farming family has an impact on the income of lowland rice farming in Ngkaringkaring Village, subdistrict of Bungi, the city of Baubau; (4) Demonstrate empirically whether farmers ' experience has an impact on the income of lowland rice farming in Ngkaringkaring Village, subdistrict of Bungi, Baubau City; (5) (5) To prove empirically whether farmers have an impact on the income of lowland rice farmers in Ngkaringkaring Village, subdistrict of Bungi, Baubau City; (6) To prove empirically whether the social status of farmers has an impact on the income of rice farming in Ngkaringkaring Village, subdistrict of Bungi, Baubau City. The technique used is a multi-linear regression method. The results of this study are: (1) The level of education and area of arable land and the effect of income on lowland rice farming with a probability value of 0.000 each well below 0.05 means that H0 is rejected and H2 and H5 accepted; (2) Age, farming experience, number of family dependents and social status do not affect rice farming income, as each has a probably. (3) The identity of the respondent farmers (age, level of education, farming experience, number of family dependents, area of arable land and social status) together contributed 96.4 percent to the income effect on lowland rice farming, while the remaining 3.6 percent were affected by other factors.   Keywords: Farmer Identity, Rice Field Farming Income
