Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the role of government and public participation in the Empowerment of Youths in Sub Kadidi District of Panca Chert Sidenreng Rappang, and to determine the factors that affect the role of government and public participation in the Empowerment of Youths in Sub Kadidi District of Panca Chert Sidenreng Rappang The population of this study were 1264 young people, while the sample using the formula Slovin where samples are taken amounted to 93 youth. Data collection techniques used in this research is to use the technique (1) observation, (2) Interviews (3) questionnaire, and (4) Study Library. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency tables and percentages. The results of this study indicate that the indicator of the government's role in the Village Youths Empowerment Kadidi District of Panca Chert Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 69.25% instrumental categories, indicators of the Empowerment Community Participation Youths in Sub District of Panca Chert Kadidi Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 70% the instrumental categories, indicators of empowerment of youth in the Village District of Panca Chert Kadidi Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 68.6% to the category of acts and the factors that influence the Government's role in the Village Youths empowerment Kadidi District of Panca Chert Sidenreng Rappang with a score of 69 %, and the factors that influence the participation of the community in the Village Youths Empowerment KadidiDistrict of Panca Chert Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 69.67% with a role category.

Abstract

The research was carried out in the kelurahan kadidi with the aim of knowing the leadership of the lurah in carrying out his main duties and functions and what factors influence the leadership of the lurah. Data research techniques used are surveys, questionnaires and interviews. The population is 50 people, and the total sample is 50 people. The data analysis technique used is quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the lurah in carrying out his main duties and functions, at the level of carrying out the main tasks of the lurah, for example in development affairs in the form of maintaining urban village road facilities with a percentage of 74% is classified as good. 76% is classified as good. as well as social affairs in the form of spiritual (religious) development with a percentage of 82% classified as good, Meanwhile in terms of the implementation of the function of the Lurah, there are several functions that are still not well carried out by the Lurah, namely in terms of community empowerment in the form of posyandu development, with a percentage of 22% classified as not good . and family planning, with a percentage of 58% classified as poor. and maintenance of infrastructure and public service facilities in the form of irrigation development, with a percentage of 76% still classified as poor. This is expected to provide benefits for the Government, especially in Kadidi Village, Pancarijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. So that the results of this study can be used as input or consideration in terms of implementing the main tasks and functions of the lurah in the future in the Kadidi Village, Pancarijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.

Abstract

The research conducted at the district office Anggeraja with the aim of wich is to determine the effect of leadership style camat the performance of employees at the district office Anggeraja Enrekang and the factors that effect performance. This study bused quantitative descriptive research by presenting a depiction of a situation or a social phenomenon in detail. This type of research is the survey fieldwork to collect data information from respondents through questionnaires as data collection directly at the sites. In this study which is the independent variable (x) is the leadership style, while the dependent variable is the performance of employees. The sample is determined as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques are the steps most strategicof observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The results showed that : 1) the effect of leadership style on the employee performance at the district office Anggeraja Enrekang, which is very influential in the category with a score of 3,31 and the percentage is 81, 67%, and 2) factors that effect the performance of employees, namely : a) the ability to be on a score of 3,47 (86,67%) or a category of higly influential, and b) the motivation is at a score of 3,57 (89,17%) or very influential category.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out how the implementation of autonomy on the potential of Carawali village, Watang Pulu district, Sidenreng Rappang district and to find out the factors that influence the implementation of autonomy on the potential of Carawali village, Watang Pulu district, Sidenreng Rappang district.The population of this study was 649 heads of families, while the research sample was taken from 10% of 649 heads of families, which amounted to 65 heads of families. The data collection technique used in this research is to use the techniques (1) Observation, (2) Interview, (3) Research Library. and (4) Questionnaire. The collected data is then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Autonomy on the Potential of Carawali Village, Watang Pulu District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a value of 68.67% went well. The factors that influence the implementation of autonomy on the potential of Carawali Village, Watang Pulu District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely the policy standard factor 72%, the policy target factor 70%, the resource factor 69%, the implementing organization characteristic factor 68%, the attitude factor of the implementers 71%, Communication factors between organizations related to implementation activities are 70%, social environmental factors are 72%, economic factors are 65%, political factors are 68% with 69.44% achievements categorized as good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the community's perception of the implementation of the functions of the Village Consultative Body in Tuncung Village and to determine the various factors that encourage and hinder the implementation of these functions. The population in this study were all heads of families, amounting to 147 families. The sample was determined randomly and simply taken 5% of the total population as many as 30 families. To support the existing data, in this study 5 informants were assigned from the management of the Village Consultative Body. In this study using qualitative data analysis methods. The results of the study indicate that the community's perception of the implementation of the functions of the Village Consultative Body is known that (1) The function of establishing village regulations is not implemented. Where 53.33% of respondents stated that it was not implemented because of the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of the function, (2) The function of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the community was not implemented. Where 76.67% of respondents stated that it was not implemented because the community did not fully understand the functions carried out by the Village Consultative Body, so that in the process of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the community there were often conflicts or debates from the community, (3) The implementation of the supervisory function had been carried out. Where 86.67% of respondents stated that it was implemented because it was supported by coordination and cooperation between institutions in the village. The driving factors for the implementation of the functions of the Village Consultative Body are: (1) Coordination and cooperation between institutions, 100% states that the Village Consultative Body in Tuncung Village carries out its function of carrying out good coordination with other institutions. (2) The ability and experience of community organizations that manage the Village Consultative Body, 100% states that they encourage them to carry out their functions. While the inhibiting factors are, (1) The community does not fully understand the functions carried out by the Village Consultative Body, 73.33% stated that the community lacks understanding, (2) The lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of the function, 30 respondents (100%) stated inadequate.

Abstract

The purpose of a study is to determine the role of the government to increase development in Sub Panreng District of Baranti Sidenreng Rappang To know the community participation in the increased development in Sub Panreng District of Baranti Sidenreng Rappang and To determine the role of government and community participation to increase development in Sub Panreng District of Baranti Sidenreng Rappang. The population of this study were 3100 people, while the sample is numbered 97 people. Data collection techniques used in this research is to use the technique (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) questionnaire. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency tables and percentages. The results of this study indicate that the role of governments in Sub indicator Panreng District of Baranti Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 74.28% instrumental category, indicator Village community participation Panreng District of Baranti Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 74.75% to the category of participation, and indicators of increased development in Panreng village Village District of Baranti Sidenreng Rappang value increased 80% category

Abstract

The results showed that the role of the government bureaucracy on the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Sidenreng Rappang Regency had been carried out well 65.18% seen from the indicators of division of labor, discipline and supervision, a systematic system of rules, positions following the principle of hierarchy, officials bound to one formal task. , technical requirements and positions are low-quality careers because they are not in accordance with the field and work he is doing, while judging from the performance of the service apparatus, 67.75% are carried out with indicators of loyalty, work performance, discipline, cooperation, skills and responsibilities while the factors that influence the role of the government bureaucracy on the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit apparatus of Sidenreng Rappang Regency are bureaucratic reform efforts that have been carried out at the Civil Service Police Unit Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency are not good 48.67% seen from the quality of work indicators n, Quantity of work and timeliness.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the effect Role of the Village Consultative over planning in the Village Cemba District of Enrekang, to know the effect of Community Participation on development planning in the Village Cemba District of Enrekang to Know Effect Position Village Consultative Body and Participation communities to development planning in the Village Cemba District of Enrekang. Types of research using quantitative descriptive, The population in this research is the whole village cemba as many as 1.731 people, and the study sample as many a 95 people. Data collection techniques used in this research is to use the technique (1) observation, (2) interview, (3) questionnaire, and (4) Research Library. The collected data is thn analyzed using frequency tables using skala likert.This study has shown that the influence of leadership on development in rural villages cemba 44,4% or categorized considerable influence, the influence of public participation in the development of rural cemba by 41% or categorized quite influence, and the influence of the leadership of village heads and community participation in the development of rural districts cemba enrekang 44,4% or categorized quite influence.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of research is to determine the effect of the village administration over planning in the Village District of Pitu Riawa Sumpang Mango Sidenreng Rappang, to determine the influence of public participation in the planning of development in the Village District of Pitu Riawa Sumpang Mango Sidenreng Rappang. The study population was the head of the family in the village of Mango districts Sumpang Pitu Riawa Sidenreng Rappang totaling 559 households, while the sample is numbered 85 KK.Teknik collecting data in this research is to use observation techniques, interviews, Library Studies, and Questionnaires. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency tables and percentages. The results of this study indicate that the indicator government influence Sumpang Mango Village District of Pitu Riawa Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 68.5% an effect category, community participation Sumpang Mango Village District of Pitu Riawa Sidenreng with a value of 69.75% Rappang influential categories, indicators of development planning at Sumpang Mango Village District of Pitu Riawa Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 67.8% with effect category.

Abstract

Target of this research is to know Role of Stakeholder in the plan Development in Sub-District Of Massepe District Of Tellu Limpoe Sub-Province of Sidenreng Rappang and to know factors what influencing role of stakeholder in the plan development in Sub-District Of Massepe District Of Tellu Limpoe Sub-Province of Sidenreng Rappang. Method Research which is used in this research is research method qualitative (tables of percentage). Technics of data collecting namely by alloting quesioner to responder amounting to 33 people. and direct interview to informan amounting to 3 people. Of this research earn explain that Role of Stakeholder in the plan Development in Sub-District Of Massepe District Of Tellu Limpoe Sub-Province of Sidenreng Rappang consist of 3 indicator, that is subsistem taker of policy, 69,75 % with good category, Giver of Service, 72,75% with good category, and receiver affect 75,75% with good category. Result of summary of role of stakeholder show 72,75% with good category. In this research there are factors having an effect on to role of Stakeholder in the plan Development in Sub-District Of Massepe District Of Tellu Limpoe Sub-Province of Sidenreng Rappang that is urgency storey;level 46,25% with good enough category, knowledge 69,75% with good category, Contiguity (communication) 85,5% with good category, and attitude of stakeholder 65 % with good category . Result of factors summary having an effect on to role of Stakeholder in the plan Development show 66,63% with good category
