Abstract

This This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance in the service of providing pawn loans at the Pangkajene Branch Service Unit Pangkajene Branch, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population and sample in this study were customers who used pawn credit services as many as 97 people and used saturated sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using frequencyandpercentagetables. The results showed that the effectiveness of employee performance in the service of providing pawn loans at the Pangkajene Branch Service Unit of the Pangkajene Branch Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency was good with an average percentage of 85.25%. While the factors that affect the effectiveness of services providing pawn credit services at the Pangkajene Branch Service Unit of Sidenreng Rappang are good with an average percentage of 80.08% seen from service procedures, settlement time, service fees, service products, facilities and infrastructure and officer competence.

Abstract

Participation in the realization of good governance in Damai village of Watang Sidenreng district, Sidenreng Rappang regency. The population in this study amounted to 476 heads of families through the Slovin formula as a technique sampling. The technique of data collection used were observation, questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The technique of data analysis was simple regression analysis using a frequency table. Which has processed using a Likert scale with SPSS V21 analysis. The results of this study indicate that the most influential indicator in public participation was the implementation of participation at 69.6% and the lowest result was the participation indicator in making decision at 62.8%. The most influential indicator in good governance was the rule of law at 68.8% and the lowest result was openness at 48.8%, these results are found based on processed questionnaire data and SPSS V21.

Abstract

Currently, corruption has reached an alarming level, because it has penetrated various sectors of life which are very detrimental to state finances. Education is expected to be able to provide mental provisions for students not to commit corruption. The aspect of prevention is relevant in addition to being important as well as the importance of eradicating corrosion. Various state or government policies have been published as efforts to prepare the nation's young generation who are ready to ward off corruption. In this context, public policies have been issued in the form of Law Number 20 of 2003, Presidential Decree Number 87 of 2017, Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation Number 20 of 2018, Governor of West Java Regulation Number 60 of 2019 and Perbup Sukabumi Number 62 of 2019 which pay great attention to integrity, character and education. anti Corruption. Substantial aspects of policy settings on anti-corruption education will determine its success when implemented. With the normative juridical research method and literature review, from the perspective of administration and public policy it appears that in West Java Province the operational policy of the West Java Governor Regulation Number 60 of 2019 and the Sukabumi Regent Regulation Number 62 of 2019 has been issued. policies with policies and hierarchical relationships with policies on anti-corruption education at the national level. Regulation as a form of public policy set in West Java and Sukabumi Regency plays a strategic role in realizing efforts to eradicate corruption.

Abstract

Performance in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 43 people. The sample is 43 people. The chili dance technique used is purposive sampling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and The results showed that the supervision was in the good category with a percentage of 65.5%. The performance is in the poor category with a percentage of 60%. Based on the value of t count> t table or 9.411> 2.019 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means it is significant. So, the effect of supervision has a significant effect. Supervision Improvement of Employee Performance in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage of the contribution of influence of 68.4%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Public Service Quality on Community Satisfaction in the Marawi Family Office, Tiroang District, Pinrang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 1,342 family cards from three environments, the sampling technique used was the Slovin formula with the results of 93 people, taken based on cluster techniques. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data selection, data clarification, data tabulation, data standardization using the SPSS 21 application. Based on the research taken from the results of the questionnaire data processing, the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 64 % is included in the "Good" category, while the recapitulation of the Community Satisfaction variable is with a percentage of 63%.

Abstract

This reaserch aims to know the policy of the free health services at the of Bulo Wattang sub-district Panca Rijang and to know the level of community statisfaction of Bulo Wattang subdistrict Panca Rijang village population research. Is as much as the samples in 427, the disived sample researchersis 10% or 81 communities that receive public health security card , taken on the basis of random sampling techniques. The type of this research is descriptive quantitatif data collection techniques. Done the data is done in this research is to use techniques of observation, questionaire and study at the library. Data collected and then analyzed by using frequency and percentage table. The result of this research to the indicator X shows that free health care policy is 49,15% of produced and bevads on the category less satisfied. While the indicator Y indicates that the level of satisfaction of society is 49,78% fall in to the category of less satisfied. So the result accumulation and on each indicator is 49% are on the category less satisfied.

Abstract

Target of this research is to know how influence of leadership style to performance of officer in office On duty Communication of Sub-Province information and communications of Sidenreng Rappang and to know factor- factor influencing style leadership of Head On duty Communication to officer performance in office On duty Communication of Sub-Province information and communications of Sidenreng Rappang. Method Research which is used in this research is quantitative research method (tables of percentage). Technics of data collecting namely by alloting quesioner to responder amounting to 36 one who consist of public servant of Civil On duty Communication 16 people, staff of PHTL On duty Communication 20 people, and direct interview to informan amounting to 2 people. Of this research earn to explain that leadership style indicator to officer performance in office On duty Communication of and communications of informatika Sub-Province of Sidenreng Rappang covering to influence others 75 %, instructing behaviour 78,5%, reaching the target of organization 67,25%.Influence of Style Leadership to officer performance in Office On Duty Communication Of Communications And Information Sub-Province of Sidenreng Rappang there are factor - factor influencing that is ability 64,5%, motivation 64%, achievement 50% and environmental situation of [job/activity] 91,75. Indicator measurement of officer performance On duty existing Communication like, quality of human resource 68,75%, storey;level accuracy of time (officer discipline) 55,5%, and usage of technological resource 50,5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership style on employee morale at the District Office Panca Lautang Sidenreng Rappang and to identify factors that affect the style of leadership at the District Office camat Panca Lautang Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study were 33 people employees. Sampling was conducted using a sample of 33 people total resulting .Tekhnik employee data collected in this study is a literature study, observation, questionnaire, interview (interview) The collected data is then used quantitative data analysis techniques with frequency table. These results indicate that the influence of leadership style camat to employee morale at the District Office Panca Lautang Sidenreng Rappang categorized quite influential with an average of 66.52%. Hereditary factors considered influential by an average of 70.25%. Social factors influence categorized by an average of 84.75%. Factors considered influential enough talent with an average of 71.75%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out How Government Policies in Development In Rural District of Maritengngae Sidenreng Sereang Rappang. The population in this study are all Sereang Village community, with a population of 2,040 people. The desired sample the researcher is 10% or 180 people, taken by purposive sampling technique. This type of research is a quantitative and descriptive type of research is experimental. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation, questionnaire and literature study. The collected data is then used by means of data analysis techniques with SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results of such analysis Descriptive Statistics, Quality Test Data, Test Assumptions Classic, Simple Regression Analysis and Testing Hypotheses, using a Likert Scale. The results of this study indicate that the village government policy is 54% of the produced. While the expected results was 100%. seen from the results of the questionnaire data if any questions indicator variable (X) of the Policy. and the development of the village is 71% of the produced. While the expected results was 100%. seen from the results of the questionnaire data if any questions indicator variable (Y) Development. The village government policies significantly affect pembagunan village, with a probability value was under 0:05 dilhat of tcount> table value to the value of 6,971> 1,040. That is, automatically Ha Ho accepted and rejected explaining that a significant regression coefficient or policy variable (X) significantly influence the development (Y). Abstract

This research was conducted in the Regional Secretariat enrekang with the goal to determine the application of the discipline policy implementation based on number 53 in 2010. Data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires/questionnaire respondents. The population of 98 people and the sample that is the entire population of 98 people. Data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive.The results showed that : The application of the discipline policy implementation of PP No. 53 of 2010 on Regional Secretariat ASN Enrekang. Factors of discipline: a). punctuality is at a score of 3,32 (66,53%) or good category, b). office equipment with both being in a score of 4,07 (81,42%) or excellent category, c). responsibility is on the score 3,86 (77,34%) or good category, d). observance of the rules that are in a score 3,74 (74,89%) or good category. And indicators of discipline, namely : a). The ability to be on the score of 3,83 (76,73%) or good category, b). exemplary leader currently on a score of 3,88 (77,75%) or good category, c). remuneration is at a score of 3,93 (78,77%) or good category, d). justice was on the score of 4,06 (81,22%) or excellent category, e). supervision is at a score of 3,85 (77,14%) or good category, f). sanctions or relationships that are in a score of 4,02 (80,40%) or good category, g). assertiveness was on the score of 4,08 (81,63%) or excellent category, h). relations are at a score of 3,90 (78,16%) or good category.
