Abstract

Ciasihan Village is one of the villages in Pamijahan Sub-District, Bogor Regency. Most of the land is paddy field so that many residents work as farmers. But besides farming, the residents also have ponds for the cultivation of tilapia and carp. At the time of fish harvest, residents sell the fish without being processed so the selling price tends to be low. To increase their income, an effort is needed to increase the added value of the fish by processing it into fish floss. To sell the product, it must be packaged well so it is easy to recognize and use. Based on this background, the empowerment given to the villagers of Ciasihan includes training on making the fish floss and making packaging labels. The purpose of this empowerment is not only to make food more durable, but also to provide a visual identity for the processed food products of Ciasihan Village.

Abstract

In the digital world, millennial generation in Indonesia has an important role in moving the Indonesian economy forward, with the emergence of millennial entrepreneurs in the current digital era can help the problems of society such as unemployment problems in Indonesia, this is of course millennial entrepreneurship becomes an Indonesian economic power to more advanced. Technological developments in the current era of globalization provide an opportunity for millennials to be able to develop various technology-based businesses. Digital technology is becoming a necessity and a new lifestyle for the people whose utilization can be used as an opportunity to work in any field that is more productive, more creative, so that it can produce new innovations in building businesses or expanding existing ones. With the South Tangerang City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, it is hoped that there will be more opportunities for new entrepreneurs to start or expand their businesses. With various forms / types of products offered, it makes a very wide opportunity given by the South Tangerang City Chamber of Commerce and Industry to be able to work together in building a business that will be run. Products can be developed by utilizing social networks that can reach all levels of society (using market places) with good promotions and opinions, so they will get optimal results, so that reliable entrepreneurs can be created.

Abstract

The number of children who overuse the device makes them less creative in writing and telling stories. In addition, children sometimes access news that is not suitable for them, such as scenes of violence, pornography, and porno-action. This condition also occurs in children in Ar-Rosyid Purwokerto. Community Service Program (PKM) in the form of journalistic training is conducted to build media literacy by developing children's creativity in the field of journalism, both in the form of writing and in the form of broadcasts.This training was held by lecturers and students of the Communication Studies Program at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto in mid September and October 2019 (every Saturdays). There were 20 elementary and junior high school students participated in this training. They joined the non-formal activities in Ar-Rosyid Purwokerto. The facilitators assisted the participants and provided them with knowledge and skills related to the journalistic principles and elements. The participants gained knowledge and skills on how to conduct interviews and observation, and write news according to journalistic rules. In addition, the participants gained experience about the radio broadcasting process and making journalism photos. The training started from the orientation, introduction of journalism for children, journalistic practices for children, practice, and evaluation. All steps were carried out at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto.After the training, the participants' interest in writing article and stories are improving. The participants can write free themes using journalistic elements. In additions, they are confident to do deliver their simple speech in front of audience as well as in the radio broadcasting.

Abstract

Taxation as an indispensable science in society, taxation is the biggest revenue in Indonesia. The need for workers who understand taxation continues to increase both at the level of administrative and policy technicians. One of the main competencies in accounting is taxation, because taxation is inseparable from accounting. Accounting teachers must have good competence to be able to transfer their knowledge to students in their schools in an effort to produce graduates that are needed by industry. The tax training that can be delivered this time is about the corporate income tax and fiscal reconciliation report. Community Service Activities (PKM) are carried out by a number of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business of Trisakti University in collaboration with the Development of East Jakarta Education and Vocational Workforce Competency Development (P2KPTK2), held for 2 (two) days on 18-19 July 2019, with participants were accounting teachers with a total of 40 people. Activities in the form of lectures and training.The results and findings of this training activity are known that this activity is very helpful for the teacher management to better understand the calculation of corporate income tax and reporting of fiscal reconciliation reports..

Abstract

The development of the world of education in the 21st century is now entering an era marked by the onslaught of the information technology revolution and the formation of the economic order and global relations, thus demanding an output of educational outcomes and outcomes that are in line with the demands of the world of work. The ability to communicate both in Speaking and writing is one of the abilities that must be mastered by everyone.The purpose of this Community Service Activities is to provide understanding and skills to vocational students in improving English language skills, particularly written communication skills in the business world as well as practical skills in translating documents documents or articles in English. The achievements of this service are increasing knowledge, insight, and English correspondence skills among vocational high school students, optimizing the use of online-based English Learning Tools such as Google Translate, Grammarly and Google Drive. The training activity was held for 4 hours on October 30, 2019, in the form of lectures, question-answers, and hands-on practice using Translation Tools. There were 22 trainees, class XII students of SMK Ksatrya, Cempaka Putih Barat, Central Jakarta. Based on the feedback from the participants, the training activities are very good and beneficial for them.This activity is not only limited to the training but is expected to be the beginning of the collaboration between the STIAMI Institute and the Ksatrya Vocational School in the future, to conduct other English language training with different topics or themes.

Abstract

The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can no longer be doubted because they are proven to be able to survive and become the economic cogs. In 2011 MSMEs were able to contribute significantly to state revenue by contributing 61,9 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) revenue through tax payments. But the development of MSMEs in Indonesia is still very weak, one of the problems faced is human resources. MSMEs require targeted empowerment, guidance and development to be able to compete with large-scale companies. From the tax sector, the government has made special rules to facilitate MSMEs business people in their tax payments, namely through PP Number 23 of 2018. And furthermore it is expected that MSMEs business players can increase the level of making simple accounting which will help to tidy the administration of their businesses. In this case, we help MSMEs businesses to improve their capability and understanding in accounting and the new Tax Regulation (PP no.23/2018). This activity was attended by 51 MSMEs business people in the city of Depok. After attending the training, participants were given the opportunity to ask questions and consult. The results of the training and mentoring show an increase in knowledge about simple accounting that can be made by the participants themselves and participants become aware of the new taxation rules namely PP No.23 of 2018 as well as raising awareness about the importance of paying taxes.

Abstract

Methods of public speaking and ice breaking, master of ceremonies (MC), or "master of ceremonies" are very important to support activities that are often carried out in an institution or institutions, both governmental and non-governmental organizations in activity both formal or activity on formal at every activity event. Students often feel less touched by the teaching methods presented so there is a need for creativity in communication that has an impact on the effectiveness and is interesting in the teaching and learning process.        Public speaking, can improve expertise in academics and careers, improve communication skills in general. Public Speaking will develop and improve communication skills, improve speaking skills in front of an audience. The speaker is not born but is created. Ice-breaking can create conditions that are equal or equal to fellow trainees, eliminating gaps or boundaries between participants, so there are no differences so that similarities and opportunities for progress arise. The Master of Ceremonies MC was introduced by the SAPA method (Greetings and Greetings, Appreciation, Introductions, Attention and Event Description). This method is easy to remember and easy to memorize.         All the participants felt the benefits and said that the event was lacking in time. So it was felt that it was necessary to make similar activities aimed at providing soft skills to all audiences

Abstract

n Indonesia, SMEs have a strategic role and a very large contribution to the national economy by contributing 53.3% of total GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The number of SMEs in Indonesia reaches around 56.2 million units and is capable of absorbing 97.2% of the total workforce. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) the growth of online-based trading business has increased in the last 10 years, to 26 million or up 17% and followed by the number of SMEs reaching more than 55 million units, but many challenges must be faced by SMEs in facing MEA. The form of community service activity training is titled: "UMKM Grades Up with the subtitles Training on Inventory Management, Marketing Go Online, and Preparation of Simple Financial Statements and MSME Tax Socialization". This year 2019 is the second year of the implementation of this community service program. This year, the response of community service partners, in this case 10 Assisted Culinary MSMEs around the campus, Cempaka Putih Jakarta, were very enthusiastic. This can be seen from the spirit of curiosity (many questions) about the material of socialization and the seriousness of the training that was given. The UMKM Actors asked for the continuation of this training, in the form of assistance / consultation for the development of the UMKM. The driving factors of the UMKM Graduation Class activities are the enthusiasm or high motivation of the SMEs. While the obstacle to the implementation of this program is the lack of duration of training, in terms of frequency. Another difficulty is the limited time of the UMKM Actors, because they have to take care of the UMKM business processes that are still running. Based on the results and outcomes achieved in 2019 community service titled MSMEs Graduating Classes, then for 2020 it is planned to hold: mentoring MSME business processes, so that MSMEs truly advance in class. The intended grade is that there is progress in management, so that it has implications for increasing MSME income. To facilitate the assistance for MSME business development, a MSME staging or clustering will be conducted in Cempaka Putih District.

Abstract

Tax is the largest source of state income. However, people's compliance with paying taxes is still low. Therefore, tax education is needed early on. The research question in this activity is how to calculate and fill in the Personal Income Tax Return. The method of this activity is by lecture, demonstration and practice of calculating income tax and filling in the Personal Income Tax Return at SMKN 10 Jakarta. Conclusion of this activity Workshop Completion of Personal Income Tax Return can be held well and run smoothly. Participants are able to manually calculate and record the Personal Income Tax Return. The shortcomings are the absence of learning media, namely dummy e-filing to be practiced by participants
