Abstract

In this paper, we provide a form of distribution network design and application in the field of e-commerce in the supply chain, with a distribution network design approach. Thus a good distribution network model can be determined in e-commerce business and provide quality service through the delivery period of equipment and materials to the consumer's location that is fast and low cost which can provide more competitive prices for customers. This is where the role of distribution is very important, because with the distribution of all materials both raw materials and finished products can be distributed to each party in need in the supply chain. In the supply chain itself there are several distribution designs available, namely Manufacturer Storage With Direct Shipping, Manufacturer of Storage with Direct Shipping and In-Transit Merge, Storage With Carrier Delivery Distributor, Storage With Last-Mile Delivery Distributor, Manufacturer Or Distributor Storage With Customer Pickup.

Abstract

Demi kelancaran proses produksi, PT. Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia perlu memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku. Salah satu metode untuk optimalisasi pengendalian bahan baku adalah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan metode EOQ terhadap Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Produksi di PT. Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sample 20 orang karyawan dari PT tersebut, penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara variabel penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) terhadap variabel pengendalian persediaan bahan baku produksi.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs today is the dissatisfaction of customers of PT. Asri Pancawarna / APW, became the basis or purpose of this study. This study aims to determine the content of relation (X1) and product quality (X2), either partially or simultaneously to customer satisfaction (Y).In order to achieve the objectives of the study, this study used questionnaire instruments developed and arranged in Likert Scale. The sample in this study was taken with simple random sampling amount of 67. While the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression.The results showed that Marketing Relationship Against Customer Satisfaction, as well as Product Quality of Customer Density Properties. Marketing Relation Variables and Product Quality can cause 98.2% of Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the challenges faced by the cold supply chain industry in Indonesia, especially for frozen food products. The challenges faced are temperature control in storage and distribution and the food distribution speed. This is due to inadequate infrastructure conditions in Indonesia. It is suggested that the government should build and improve infrastructure and provide incentives such as tax incentives, given that the cold supply chain industry is very expensive.

Abstract

Companies such as PT Mitra 10, in a competitive business world, need the role of the right business strategy, especially in supply-demand. Therefore, to avoid unbalanced supply-demand conditions, it is necessary to do supply-demand planning which always starts from demand planning. Planning that prioritizes demand in determining the amount of supply will produce a more balanced supply-demand condition than providing supply without prioritizing demand.Partner Company 10 requires superior HR competencies, to implement demand planning in its business processes. This competency is needed so that every HR is reliable in carrying out demand planning. Training is one of the ways expected to improve HR competencies.Demand Planning Management training is considered capable of being a solution to partner problems. The training was also considered capable of meeting the needs of Partner 10, with the aim of providing participants with techniques and methods for effective and integrated logistics management, which included purchasing, warehousing, inventory control and distribution of goods. This training is expected to improve the performance of PT Mitra 10.

Abstract

n Indonesia, SMEs have a strategic role and a very large contribution to the national economy by contributing 53.3% of total GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The number of SMEs in Indonesia reaches around 56.2 million units and is capable of absorbing 97.2% of the total workforce. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) the growth of online-based trading business has increased in the last 10 years, to 26 million or up 17% and followed by the number of SMEs reaching more than 55 million units, but many challenges must be faced by SMEs in facing MEA. The form of community service activity training is titled: "UMKM Grades Up with the subtitles Training on Inventory Management, Marketing Go Online, and Preparation of Simple Financial Statements and MSME Tax Socialization". This year 2019 is the second year of the implementation of this community service program. This year, the response of community service partners, in this case 10 Assisted Culinary MSMEs around the campus, Cempaka Putih Jakarta, were very enthusiastic. This can be seen from the spirit of curiosity (many questions) about the material of socialization and the seriousness of the training that was given. The UMKM Actors asked for the continuation of this training, in the form of assistance / consultation for the development of the UMKM. The driving factors of the UMKM Graduation Class activities are the enthusiasm or high motivation of the SMEs. While the obstacle to the implementation of this program is the lack of duration of training, in terms of frequency. Another difficulty is the limited time of the UMKM Actors, because they have to take care of the UMKM business processes that are still running. Based on the results and outcomes achieved in 2019 community service titled MSMEs Graduating Classes, then for 2020 it is planned to hold: mentoring MSME business processes, so that MSMEs truly advance in class. The intended grade is that there is progress in management, so that it has implications for increasing MSME income. To facilitate the assistance for MSME business development, a MSME staging or clustering will be conducted in Cempaka Putih District.
