Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan strategipemasaran berbasis media sosial bagi pengrajin Batik diDolokgede, Bojonegoro. Penelitian mengkombinasikanwawancara, observasi dan analisa dokumen sebagaimetodologi untuk mengidentifikasikan permasalahanpengrajin, menentukan kebutuhan konsumen/potensikonsumen dan merancang tindakan strategis yang dapatdilakukan pengrajin Dolokgede untuk menggunakan mediasosial sebagai penunjang pemasaran produk mereka.Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi kamimengusulkan penggunaan Facebook sebagai alat untukpenunjang pemasaran dengan tiga tujuan: a) meningkatkanjumlah basis ?anggota (teman)? dalam laman Dolokgede, b)meningkatkan reputasi merek produk melalui komunitas?anggota (teman)?, dan c) melakukan update kegiatanpengrajin ke komunitas ?anggota (teman)?. Untuk itu, kamimengusulkan 4 rencana tindakan strategis pemasaran, yaitu: a)memposting konten tentang aktivitas kerja mereka sehari-haridalam bentuk cerita (story), b) meng-audit dan update lamanfacebook secara berkelanjutan, c) meningkatkan ?like? dankomentar melalui posting konten interaktif dan d)meningkatkan keterlibatan komunitas ?anggota (teman)?.

Abstract

Sekolah Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di Kota Batu sangat banyak namun sebagian dari sekolah mereka belum mempunyai unit bisnis yang bisa digunakan untuk melatih siswa bermain peran dan untuk tambahan penghasilan PAUD.Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk merintis dan mengembangkan Bisnis Kantin Sehat PAUD Kasih Ibu di Desa Mojorejo Kota Wisata Batu. Perintisan usaha kantin sehat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber pendapatan untuk tambahan dana operasional dan melatih para siswa dan gurunya di bidang kewirausahaan. Metode Pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan, pendampingan terhadap PAUD dan memberikan sosialisasi kepada guru tentang pentingnya rintisan bisnis untuk PAUD Kasih Ibu serta bisa membantu mewujudkan impian PAUD untuk membuat kantin. Rangkaian kegiatan nanti akan dimulai dari sosialisasi program sampai menghasilkan output yang diharapkan oleh pihak mitra dan tim pengabdian.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksnaan kegiatan pengabdianadalah meningkatkan pengeta-huan dan bu-dayaberwirausaha di masyarakat Borogragal,meningkatkan pe-ngetahuan tentang manajemenpeternakan cacin, membantu mengembangkanjejaring pemasaran (marketing) yang profesionaldan menguntungkan, membantu masyarakat da-lammemberdayakan sumberdaya yang ada di sekitarlingkungan peternak cacing supaya meningkatkanketerampilan berusaha dan lebih produktif. Mitrapengab-dian adalah peternak cacing di dusun Borogragal desa Donowarih kecamatan Karangploso.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah pelatihan danpendampingan. Hasil pelak-sanaan kegiatanpelatihan manajemen dapat meningkatkanketrampilan peternak cacing dalam melakukanbudidaya cacing. Pendam-pingan manajemenmenjadikan mitra lebih baik dalam menjalankanusaha ternak cacing tanah. Pelaksanaan pelatihanmanajemen te-lah meningkatkan ketrampilanpeternak ca-cing tanah dan berjalan dengan lancar.Pen-dampingan manajemen telah dilaksanankandengan baik dan perlu ditingkatkan efektivi-tasnya.Pemberian fasilitas berupa penutup atap danpengaman rak tempat pemeliharaan cacing tanahtelah menjadikan usaha ternak cacing lebih amandan layak dapat diharap-kan hasil panennya baik.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah Tumbuhnya kesadaran danpengembangan jiwa enterprenuership untuk menjagaeksistensi usaha secara berkelanjutan, adanya peningkatanpenjualan setelah dilakukannya pelatihan pemasaran, adanyapeningkatan skill dan keterampilan dalam pembukuankeuangan usaha, adanya pengemasan produk yang lebih baikdan higienis. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan adalahpelatihan dan pendampingan. Adapun upaya untukmenyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dalampenerapan ipteks bagi masyarakat dilakukan langkah-langkahpembelajaran dalam bentuk pelatihan secara intensif danpendampingan berkelanjutan kepada mitra dengan ketentuan: Penyampaian materi secara klasikal, penyampaian materiketerampilan dalam bentuk praktek/demonstrasi, rancanganevaluasinya adalah mitra diminta untuk menyusun pembukuandan mengelola manajemen baru yang lebih baik dan pelaksanapengabdian akan mengevaluasi dan mendampingi setiapbulan. Melakukan penilaian perkembangan mitra, danmemberikan masukan-masukan. Setelah dilakukan pelatihantersebut adanya pPengembangan manajemen usaha dan jiwaKewirausahaan, pengembangan pengetahuan tentangpemasaran produk secara online dan offline, pengembanganpengetahuan tentang Pembukuan dan pengelolan keuanganyang optimal, peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengemasanproduk yang menarik dan higienis.

Abstract

The Qur'an insists on the importance of care for orphans, thepoor and helping others in various fields. Orphanage AlHusna Malang, the vision and mission based on concern forthe orphans and the poor. A number of programs to helporphans, orphans and dhu'afa. The program was conducted onthe educational, social and religious. Al-Husna FoundationProgram includes six courses that regular donors program,the movement of the foster parents' caring school ", theprogram waqaf" RIDHA "(orphanages and orphans alHusna), independent nursing program, Barbepa (thriftrewarding) and program TABASAM (Savings dear orphans).One effort to educate and improve the ability of residentswere largely children of school age, including the ability ofmastering techniques of sewing and embroidery techniques.Of both skill capabilities will deliver on independententrepreneurship in the perspective of the future (as abusiness opportunity) in realizing the independent nursingprogram. The community service approach or method oflecture and hands-on ability to sew in children orphanage aswell as the ability to create design patterns clothes Resultsshowed that the strong enthusiasm of the children orphanageAl-Husna Dau to gain additional expertise in the field ofsewing and to develop or establish a pattern design clothes.

Abstract

Implementation of the service was conducted in the village ofSekarpuro Malang. Activity focused on the environment RW9 because has some excellent potential that crops ofvegetables and spices. Each house is required to havevegetables and spices for minimal ten kinds, peppers,tomatoes, cabbage, basil, kale, spinach, mustard greens, beansand eggplant. While these types of spices are grown include:turmeric, saffron and white, kencur, ginger, white ginger, redginger, galangal, lemon grass andothers.The problems faced by partners are: (1)lack of knowledge inthe healthy beverage processing and medicinal herbs, so thatproduct quality standards and the sale price hasn?tcomptetive.(2) Lack of knowledge and skills of members in the field ofmarketing that they are pessimistic to sell to a wider marketProgram execution method of empowerment that carried thepotential members of the group and the potential of the naturalresources of the area environment. Based on the targetaudience who have been in service activities, it can be formedof two businesses that making herbal drinks such as cidertoga, passion fruit syrup and traditional herbal medicinemanufacture that produces fresh herbs and herbal instant. Inthe field of production has developed into six types ofproducts from only two types of products. While in thegeneral field of business licenses has been done so that theproduct is expected to be accepted by the market. In the fieldof marketing has made the introduction of products with avariety of activities and models of traditional marketing is stilldone through leaflets, door to door and exhibits SMEs.Besides, available change over hygienes packaging andlabeling. Administration and finance training activities hashelped entrepreneurs in setting records with good activity, andcan be used to determine accurately the costofproduction.

Abstract

Community Service Program Internal entitledIbm Screen Printing And Offset Business Rizky,Welding Work-shop Jaya Makmur In The VillageSemanding Dau Malang District this is done withthe aim of increasing knowledge of entrepreneurs inthe fields of marketing, design and significance of thefinancial statements and the preparation of financialstatements, in order to improve Entrepreneursbusiness develo-pment.Methods of execution in this devotion is in theform of counseling, training and mentoring.Counseling is done to increase awareness and knowledge partner in the field of marketing, especiallyonline marketing. Further training and mentoringdone to train part-ners and assisting in thepreparation of financial statements partners. As forthe design of training we can only suggest to thecourse design program.Based on the discussions, review ofdocuments and interviews with Mr. Sulianto, themarketing system of prin-ting and screen printing aswell as tradi-tional and welding shop is still limitedto Malang, Surabaya, Jember, Banyuwangi andBanjarmasin. Next implementation team working oncreating a broader mar-keting models using theonline system, but it can not be applied because oflimited physical resources and human resources. Sothat the marketing system can not continue to usemarketing system is offered, as well as for programdesign there is also a shortage of human resources.Based on the results of this activity, it can besaid that the SME screen printing and offsetworkshop and Las potential to be developed further,although it is still managed by the management isvery simple, but from the aspect of management canbe said is good. From the marketing aspects ofexisting resources still have a problem in the masteryof technology, as well as from the production aspectwhen designing an employee is not able to design hisown, Mr. Sulianto it is evident that PITT design stilluse the services of design as a subscription to workof the subscription order. This conclusion is drawnwhen the team offered to sell the online system andoffers courses for its employees. While aspects ofpreparedness of the financial statements can be saidof business printing / screen printing and weldingshop is able to understand what we have given in thetraining preparation of financial statements, and toimplement it in the year 2016.Financial reporting system offered andapplied to Business screen printing and offset Rizkyas well as forge welding Jaya Makmur has beenprepared and can be applied in accordance with thedata source, human resources and existing facilities.Operation is very easy and can generate outputaccurate financial state-ments. Mentoring is doneseveral times to do the training and mentoring of thefinancial reporting system applications.Of the three proposals offered to the partnerthat is an online marketing system, design programand preparation of financial statements, but iscurrently only able to provide one single solution,namely the preparation of financial statements

Abstract

Every man has an entrepreneurialspirit, it relates to the nature of subsistence,the potential of entrepreneurship must be explored. Entrepreneurship is the spirit, behavior and the ability to respond positivelyto the opportunity to benefit themselves or abetter service, as well as create and provideproducts that are more useful and implementways of working efficiently, through thecourage to take risks, creativity and innovation, and ability management (Eko. 2013).Most people perceive that entrepreneurship is the last alternative an option tomeet the standards of living, most becameemployees of private institutions (enterprises) and the government becomes theprimary choice. Indeed, if viewed from therisk experienced between entrepreneurs bybecoming more worker-risk being an entrepreneur, an employee's income is definitelythe number and time of receipt no changewithin a certain period, while self-employment has a chance to make more money andbe able to provide job opportunities topeople other. Based on the data on thenumber of employees as many as 43 people,consisting of 31 men and 11 women, almost 80%of his wives do not work.

Keseluruhan aktivitas program akan dilaksanakandengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan.Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra mendapatkankemampuan operasional software perhitungan zakat danpenguasaan materi zakat yang dapat digunakan untukmensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat.
