Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of job insecurity and job satisfactionon employee turnover intention at ceramic factory in Mojosari and to figureout the most dominant variable that influences employee performance. Thesample consisted of 68 employees of production department selected byusing Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. In order to pointout the level of job insecurity, job satisfaction, and employee turnoverintention, this study used Likert Scale analysis. Further, Multiple LinearRegression analysis was used to figure out the impact of job insecurity andjob satisfaction on employee turnover intention. The findings indicated thatemployee turnover intention was very high, job insecurity was high, and jobsatisfaction was moderate. Job insecurity did not influence employeeturnover intention with the value of t- arithmetic of 1.051 that is lower than ttableof 1.998. Meanwhile, job satisfaction negatively and significantlyinfluenced employee turnover intention with t-count of -3.108. The result ofSimple Linear Regression analysis, job insecurity and job satisfactionsignificantly influenced employee turnover intention. Moreover, bycomparing the regression coefficients, the most dominant variableinfluencing employee turnover intention was job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksnaan kegiatan pengabdianadalah meningkatkan pengeta-huan dan bu-dayaberwirausaha di masyarakat Borogragal,meningkatkan pe-ngetahuan tentang manajemenpeternakan cacin, membantu mengembangkanjejaring pemasaran (marketing) yang profesionaldan menguntungkan, membantu masyarakat da-lammemberdayakan sumberdaya yang ada di sekitarlingkungan peternak cacing supaya meningkatkanketerampilan berusaha dan lebih produktif. Mitrapengab-dian adalah peternak cacing di dusun Borogragal desa Donowarih kecamatan Karangploso.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah pelatihan danpendampingan. Hasil pelak-sanaan kegiatanpelatihan manajemen dapat meningkatkanketrampilan peternak cacing dalam melakukanbudidaya cacing. Pendam-pingan manajemenmenjadikan mitra lebih baik dalam menjalankanusaha ternak cacing tanah. Pelaksanaan pelatihanmanajemen te-lah meningkatkan ketrampilanpeternak ca-cing tanah dan berjalan dengan lancar.Pen-dampingan manajemen telah dilaksanankandengan baik dan perlu ditingkatkan efektivi-tasnya.Pemberian fasilitas berupa penutup atap danpengaman rak tempat pemeliharaan cacing tanahtelah menjadikan usaha ternak cacing lebih amandan layak dapat diharap-kan hasil panennya baik.

Abstract

Abstract:The problem in this research is how to improve the learning result of table tennis lhruugh /he wall media on the students of  clas:. V SDN 2 Ncmga Dangka11 Silat Hutu District Kapuas Hulu Regency ?. Thepurpose of this study is to determine the increase in learning outcomes ofplaying table tennis in the students class V SDN 2 Nanga Dangkan Sila1 Huitt District Kapuas Hutu regency through the application by modifying the replaced opponent with the wall. This study uses classroom action research which is the basisfor improving the learning that will be produced,  with thefollowing steps: l) Planning; 2) implementation: 3) observation; 4) reflection; Subjects in use as many as 21 sh1dents. Data were collected by questionnaire I questionnaire and test each (..yc/e. From the results of the study ln the preljminary test before the actfon  was seen  that  the  value  of learning  table  tennis  blow averaged  65.29 class and  the number  of percentage  of classical  completeness reached  only  14_29% Jn  rhe firsr  cycle  action with learning method  using wall media at learning table tennis punch obtained the average value of class 72.14 percentage  of classical completeness 61.90%. In the second cycle action with the ganze gamepakarm?jang can improve learning long jurnp style squat obtained average learning outcomes 77 with classical completeness increased by 96% and the value of student activity observation the better. In the second cycle action with learning metlwd  using wall media at leaming table  tennis punch  in cable  1ennis material obtained grade average value that is 77,62 the percentage  of classical completeness also increase until reach 90,48% and observation value of student activity is belter. Keywords: Learning outcomes, Table tennis, Media, Wall

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to illustrate the implementation of a teaching service program based on regional public services in 5 vocational high schools in Surabaya. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation as well as data analysis models of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana; data coding, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study explained that the 5 vocational high schools in Surabaya had a teaching factory program that collaborated with the industrial world and produced goods and services that met industry standards. This school has marketed goods and services according to industry standards from the results of student practice so that this school can carry out regional business service agencies from the province of East Java. Proceeds from sales of products and services that have been marketed to the community will be able to increase school income so that the proceeds from the sale can be used to improve the quality and welfare of the school. Local public service agencies based on teaching factories with products produced by students can create school financial independence, without having to always expect help from the government.Keyword: Regional Public Service Board, Teaching Factory, School Financial IndependenceAbstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan program badan layanan umum daerah berbasis teaching factory di sekolah menengah kejuruan negeri 5 kota Surabaya. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta analisis data model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana; kodensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa sekolah menengah kejuruan negeri 5 kota Surabaya memiliki program teaching factory yang kerjasama dengan dunia industry serta menghasilkan barang dan jasa yang sesuai standar industry. Sekolah ini sudah memasarkan barang dan jasa sesuai standar industry dari hasil praktik siswa sehingga sekolah ini dapat melaksanakan badan layanan usaha daerah dari propinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil penjualan produk dan jasa yang telah dipasarkan ke masyarakat akan dapat menambah pendapatan sekolah, sehingga dari hasil penjualan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kesejahteraan sekolah. Badan layanan umum daerah berbasis teaching factory dengan produk yang dihasilkan oleh siswa dapat membuat kemandirian finansial sekolah, tanpa harus selalu mengharapkan bantuan dari pemerintah.Kata Kunci: Badan Layanan Umum Daerah, Teaching Factory, Kemandirian Finansial Sekolah

Abstract

Regional development is a national development device. Regional development is the fruit of innovation and the combination of the region itself to achieve progress and mutual prosperity. The indicator of the achievement of regional development is economic growth that continues to increase. This means that economic growth can continue to increase along with improvements in the economic booster sector. Each region has a different potential, this can be seen from the advantages of each economic sector with a diversity of regional characters that exist and are different. The purpose of this study is to find out the potential sectors that drive growth in East Java and the growth of the localization sector or regional specialist sector. This study uses secondary data obtained from relevant institutions, including Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep Regency governments, BPS obtained from 2014 and 2018. In analyzing the 17 sectors that will be superior to be focused on the main problem, the Location Quotient test, Shift Share, and typology classifications were used by using an analysis of the four PDRB districts in Madura Island. Based on the results of the study, LQ analysis in Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep districts contained 5.5, 5, and 5 base sectors. In the Shift Share PR analysis in Bangkalan, Sampang Pamekasan, Sumenep, 5, 6, 7, and 8 sectors encourage growth. While PS 0, 16, 16, and 17 sectors grow relatively fast. DS in 1, 12, 7, and 14 sectors have locational advantages in Madura.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of company size, profitability, and liquidity on the capital structure of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector in Indonesia. The population in this study were all real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. Using a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 16 companies was obtained. This method uses multiple linear regression with SPSS Version 27. The results of this study concluded that company size and profitability partially have no significant effect on capital structure, while liquidity has a significant effect on capital structure. In addition, it can be found that firm size, profitability, and liquidity simultaneously have a significant influence on the capital structure of manufacturing companies.

Abstract

The goals of this study were to 1) analyze records management planning in improving the quality of academic services at the Maritime Vocational Faculty of Hang Tuah University. 2)nanalyze constraints on the implementation of archival management in improving service quality at the Maritime Vocational Faculty of Hang Tuah University. This research used observation, interview, and documentation methods which were submittedto respondents to obtain written information related to archives management. The technique for selecting researchsubjects is through purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out in this study, it can be concluded that in the field of administrative services. It has been going well because it has carried out procedures for manging records correctly, and if archives services are needed it does not take long to provide archives servoces for employees who need them related to the obstacles faced in managing archivesto improve services at The Maritime Vocational Faculty of Hang Tuah University, namely the unavailabilityof a special room for archives to ensure security and to get care for old  archives so that they are not absolote and better guarantee the quality of the archives.

Abstract

The role of leadership and human resource management (HR) plays an important role in the success of an organization. Both not only influence the performance of individuals within the organization, but also shape organizational culture, direct business strategy, and ensure the organization's long-term sustainability and growth amidst ongoing changes and challenges in the business world. This research uses an exploratory and descriptive research design. The data collection techniques used were interviews, participant observation, and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The research results show that: 1) Implementation of Transformational Leadership at PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya plays a key role at various managerial levels. The main focus lies on important aspects such as clear vision, ability to inspire, intellectual brilliance, ability to inspire enthusiasm, and individual empowerment. 2) Utilization of Human Resources (HR) at PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya has been effective. 3) Implementation of transformational leadership strategies and utilization of Human Resources (HR) have a significant influence on organizational performance at PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance and compensation as a moderation variable of the study on CV. Citiplan in Malang.  The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique, with all employee of CV. Citiplan  which is 47 respondents. The analytical tool used is a moderated regression analysis using SPSS. The instrument in this study is the validity test of the reliability test, the test of classical assumptions.  Hypothesis using the T  test  and uji F using SPSS.   The results showed that leadership has a significant influence on employee performance, motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance.   Leadership, motivation, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.  Compensation moderates on the influence of leadership, motivation, work integrity on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of records, inventory, reports, and the usage of applications on the rate of financial reports of State-Owned Goods Financial Accounting Management Information System (SIMAK-BMN). Using a quantitative approach, 50 respondents filled online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of this study found that the better record, inventory, reporting, and application of SIMAK-BMN, the better the quality of financial reporting. Recording, reporting, and the implementation of the application can be improved in recording the movement and changes in BMN conditions, inventory, missing goods reports, and recording BMN mutation documents using complete and precise data.
