It is evidenced in the data obtained by CCI-Indonesia in 2010-2015 where the beauty and personal care industry in Indonesia grew rapidly from year to time. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of brand image and product quality to the decision of purchase of Wardah products in the shop Putra Segar cosmetics in Rangkasbitung. The research method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach, i.e. to explain a problem based on the data in the form of figures (statistical data). The population used in this study is that consumers visit the store fresh cosmetics son with 18.599 the number of visitors, using the formula error level slovin 10% then the sampael obtained as many as 99 consumers. The technique of data collection is the study of librarianship and the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, multiple coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test.Based on the research conducted, obtained test results t that brand image (X 1), namely the significant level of significant extent < (0.026 < 0.05). So starting in H0 and Ha accepted and significant value of the obtained product quality (X 2), namely the significant level of significant extent < (0.000 < 0.05). So starting in H0 and Ha is received. That means there are influences between the brand image Of the products purchase at Wardah and there is the influence between product quality Of Product purchases at Wardah. As well as the results of hypothesis testing the F value obtained significant i.e. 0.000 value smaller than 0.05 significant level. Or F-count is greater than the F-table (0, 13650> 0, 309). Then it can be inferred that the brand image and product quality influence on purchasing decisions simultaneously.

The technique of data collection is the observation, study of librarianship and the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, multiple coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test.Based on the research conducted, t test results obtained that the quality of the product (X 1), namely the significant level of significant extent < (0.017 < 0.05). So starting in H0 and Ha acquired significant value received and the quality of service (X 2), namely the significant level of significant extent < (0.043 < 0.05). So starting in H0 and Ha is received. That means there is the influence between product quality against consumer satisfaction at Cafe Deumdee and there are Influences between the quality of service of consumer satisfaction on a Cafe Deumdee. As well as the results of hypothesis testing the F value obtained significant i.e. 0.000 value smaller than 0.05 significant level. Or F-count is greater than the F-table (0.27705 > 0, 309). Then it can be concluded that the quality of product and service quality to customer satisfaction simultaneously.

Samples were taken using total sampling techniques, namely 41 employees of CV Radjawali Pandeglang. Data collection tool uses a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using classical assumptions, correlation coefficients, deteremination and multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). Testing statistics using the SPSS V.20 application program.            T test results show that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. While the F test results show that compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.                Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that (1) partially compensation and work environment significantly influence the performance of employees of CV Radjawali Pandeglang (2) compensation and work environment simultaneously significantly influence the performance of employees of  CV Radjawali Pandeglang.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality control costs on bottled water defect products at PT Etika Jayadi Makmur Lebak Regency. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods. The study population is the entire production data which includes the number of defective products and quality control costs at PT. Jayadi Makmur Ethics. The research sample is data on the number of defective products and quality control costs at PT Etika Jayadi Makmur Lebak Regency in 2016-2018. Data analysis uses simple linear regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) the average cost of quality control per month that must be spent by the company is Rp. 3,025,555.60 and still below 3-5% of production costs; (2) the average percentage of defective products is still relatively high, namely above 1.5%, ideally not more than 1.5%; and (3) there is an influence of product quality control costs on defective products at PT. Jayadi Makmur Ethics of Lebak Regency which is shown by the t-value of 6.692 with a p-value of 0.044 which is smaller than 0.05.The study concluded that there is an effect of product quality control costs on bottled drinking water defects in PT Etika Jayadi Makmur, Lebak Regency. Abstract

Employee performance is very important for the success of a company as a whole so that business owners need employees who are able to complete work effectively for the creation of good performance, so we need performance support variables, namely the provision of compensation and motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of PT TELEFAST INDONESIA employees. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT TELEFAST INDONESIA.The method used by the author is a quantitative method. Sampling using incidental sampling method. Data collection using a questionnaire survey was carried out by going directly to the employees of PT TELEFAST INDONESIA Data obtained from 35 respondents from 40 questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS version 20. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was the Classical Assumption Formula method, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Correlation, Determination, Regression Coefficient Test Simultaneously or Simultaneously (Test f) and Test Partial Regression Coefficient (t test). The results of these tests are known to calculate the value of compensation variable tcount 5.734> t table 1.689. and sig 0,000 <0.05 This shows that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. While the motivation is known the value of the t-count of the motivation variable is obtained t-count 4.955> t table 1.689 and sig 0.000 <0.05, This means that motivation partially influences employee performance. The results of Fcount and Ftable it can be concluded that Fcount> Ftable (106.585> 3.27) thus H3 is accepted meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between the compensation, motivation and employee performance variablesFrom this description it can be concluded that partial compensation affects employee performance, motivation partially influences employees and simultaneously compensation and motivation affect employee performance of PT TELEFAST INDONESIA.

Abstract

This study is to determine the factors that influence Service Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Akses Lintas Nusantara. The purpose of this study is to determine the Service Quality and Brand Image of the Purchasing Decision.   The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique used is the Incidental Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique based on coincidence, meaning that anyone who accidentally or incidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is deemed by chance that people meet it, it is suitable as a source of data. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents who met the criteria in this study.   Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires), observation and library studies. Testing of this study was carried out using an instrument test that is a validity test and a reliability test, a classic assumption test that is a multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, a coefficient of determination test, a normality test, a correlation coefficient test. Hypothesis testing is t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous).   The results showed there was a significant influence between service quality variables on purchasing decisions, t test results on service quality obtained tcount> ttable (5,211> 1,660). the results showed there was a significant influence between brand image variables on purchasing decisions, t test results on brand image obtained tcount> ttable (3.075> 1,660).F test results show Fcount of 18.504 with a significant 0,000 and Ftable of 2.70. Because the value of Fcount> Ftable = 18.504> 2.70, it can be concluded that simultaneously service quality variables X1 and brand image X2 have a significant effect on purchasing decision variables (Y).
