JURNAL PSIMAWA: Diskursus Ilmu psikologi dan Pendidikan merupakan jurnal berkala ilmiah yang dipublikasi oleh Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa terbit setahun dua kali, yakni bulan Juni dan Desember. Jurnal Psimawa berisikan tulisan ilmiah berupa hasil penelitian, survei, gagasan konseptual atau hasil pemikiran reflektif yang kritis tentang diskursus ilmu-ilmu psikologi dan pendidikan yang disajikan secara sistematik dengan menggunakan gaya selingkung. Jurnal ini menerima tulisan dosen, peneliti, mahasiswa dan serta pemerhati dalam bidang-bidang psikologi dan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors cause stress to housewives in dealing with Learning from Home (BDR). This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection technique uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques, namely; data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Then in using data validity techniques; including using triangulation source, triangulation method, and triangulation theory. In this study, the researcher uses three subjects whom are housewives aged 29-36 years and have children who are in PAUD, TK or SD. The result of the study indicates that there are symptoms of stress in housewives caused by stress factors during BDR (learning from home) activities such as irritability and decreased concentration.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of parental supervision during the New normal on the moral development of adolescents. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 81 adolescents. The research data were obtained using research instruments in the form of two scales, namely the scale of parental supervision and the scale of moral development. The results showed that parental supervision had an effect on moral development in adolescents with a significance value of Sig. 0.000 (Sig. <0.05) and R Square of 0.158, which means parental supervision has an effect of 15.8%, while 84.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Parental supervision is in the sufficient category with the highest aspect being the active supervision aspect Meanwhile, moral development is in the good category with the highest aspect being the cognitive aspect.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at the Sumbawa Besar Post head office, PT. Indonesian post. This research was aimed to reveal how far job satisfaction affects organizational commitment. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample in this study was conducted by 14 permanent employees and staff who work at the head office of Pos Sumbawa Besar PT. Indonesian post. This research data uses two scales, namely the scale of job satisfaction and organizational commitment scale. The results showed that there was an effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment with a significant value (Sig.) Of 0.01 less than 0.05, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. These results indicate that if job satisfaction is positive, the organizational commitment will increase. Job satisfaction has an effect of 58.9% while the other 41.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
