This study aims to determine the existence of the influence of work discipline and work culture on the performance of the employees of the Bengkulu City Water Supply Company. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. This type of research is an explanative type of research in which obtaining information and field data is carried out by field surveys through direct observation using a questionnaire. The data used in this research is quantitative data in the form of data on the number of employees at the Regional Drinking Water Company in Bengkulu City and qualitative data in the form of the history of the establishment of a company being studied. While the data collection techniques in this study are primary and secondary data sources, in which primary data is in the form of questionnaires and observation, while secondary data is in the form of documentation and literature study and the sampling technique uses the census method by taking a sample of a number of existing populations.

This article was created to see anything that has a major impact on the company's image,expectations, and service quality on customer loyalty of BRI KC Bengkulu Bank. Thisresearch is associative. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data withprimary data sources and secondary data. With the sampling technique using accidentalsampling technique where the customer who is the sample is the customer who is there atthe time the researcher was doing the research. In conducting research, the data collectedwill be used to solve existing problems so that the data must be truly reliable and accurate.The data methods used here include interviews, observations, questionnaires or a list ofquestions. These are techniques used by compiling closed questions and must be filled in byrespondents by selecting one of the available alternative answers. This research is an explanatory study, because it sees the relationship between the variables ofprofessionalism (X1) and organizational culture (X2) with the employee performance variable(Y) as well as hypothesis testing. The problem raised is how much influence professionalism andorganizational culture have on employee performance at Grage Hotel Bengkulu. In general, thisstudy aims to assist government programs in promoting tourism in Indonesia including all itsderivatives, specifically the purpose of this study is (1). participate in promoting tourism,especially hotels in Bengkulu Province. (2) Provide input to Grage Hotel Bengkulu in improvingemployee performance. The data used in this study are quantitative data obtained from theresults of distributing questionnaires to 65 respondents, then processed into statistical analysis.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) the professionalism variable(X1) organizational culture (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Thisinformation can be seen from the regression equation, multiple correlation, determination, t-testand f-test. (2) The contribution of the two variables to employee performance is almost the same.As a suggestion, professionalism and organizational culture need to be developed.

The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas Regency is one ofthe Regional Apparatus Organizations that is tasked with assisting the Regent in runningthe wheels of Regional Government. The main task assumed by the Regional Financialand Asset Management Agency is to manage regional finances and assets. This task is animportant task that requires both Civil Servants and non-PNS employees to produce goodperformance. Performance is the result of a process that is referenced and measured overa certain period of time based on predetermined conditions, standards or agreements. Theapproach used in this research is survey research. Survey research examines large andsmall populations by selecting and studying large and small populations by selecting andexamining the selected sample and that population to find the incidence, distribution andrelative interactions and sociological and psychological variables. The population in thisstudy were all Civil Servants (PNS) and Non PNS in the Regional Financial and AssetManagement Agency of Musi Rawas Regency. The sample in this study were all membersof the population, so the sample in this study amounted to 60 people, consisting of 39 civilservants, 21 non civil servants and 25% of the Regional Development Planning Agency ofMusi Rawas Regency. Partially motivation has a significant effect on employeeperformance in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi RawasRegency

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of convenience, trust and security oncustomer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia online shop. The variablesused in this research are independent, intervening, and dependent variables. The independentvariables in this study are Ease ( ), Trust ( ), and Security ( ). The intervening variable inthis study is the Purchase Decision ( ). And the closest variable in this study is CustomerSatisfaction ( ). The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique. By distributingquestionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. Then the data were processed using SPSS 24.0software to test the validity and reliability and to verify the answer to the research hypothesisusing the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that there is a significanteffect of convenience, trustworthiness, and security on purchasing decisions. There is asignificant effect of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction. There is a significant effect ofconvenience and security on customer satisfaction, but the variable of trust has no effect oncustomer satisfaction. And there is no significant effect of convenience, trust, and security oncustomer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia online shop .

Creatives of bengkulu city in the pandemic time of covid 19. In terms of its nature, this research is descriptive research, namely research that describes certain objects and explains things related to or systematically explains certain facts or frequencies in certain fields factually and careful. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that leads to a marketing strategy to increase sales of the creative industry sector of bengkulu city during the covid pandemic 19. The data sources in this study were derived from primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all creative industries. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique and was analyzed using swot analysis. This kanian is expected to be an input for marketing creative industrial products during a pandemic so that sales will not occur.

Cemoro Sewu tourism object managed by The Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) BahariSejahtera is one of the many tourist attractions that become local destinations have spertipotential of exotic natural beauty, water rides with rubber boat facilities at the mouth of kungkairiver, Hindu houses of worship such as on the beautiful island of Bali, cool beach air in the firforest, and seafood culinary tourism such as shrimp , shellfish, sea fish and others. Seeing thispotential, the author wants to examine the potential and strategy of developing tourist attractionsFrom the results of IFAS and EFAS contained in chart I layout, SO strategy is a strategy that isconsidered to have high priority and urgent to be implemented are : (1) Create new rides as anopportunity to attract tourists, (2) Increase the intensity of promotion by utilizing all potentialpromotional media to increase interest in tourist arrivals, (3) Maximizing exploration of existingpotentials to meet the needs of tourists. As well as making extensive improvements to supportingfacilities and improving the manager's performance management system in the service, (4)Offering affordable prices provides an opportunity to increase tourism visits, (5) Engage thelocal community to optimize the potential of tourism to provide opportunities for the communityto contribute to the Cemoro Sewu tourism object so that the local community becomes moreproductive to the tourism sector.

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and stress on employees performance ofBengkulu Regional Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Employees. The type of research used in thisresearch is quantitative. The sample is 42 people, which is the entire population. Datacollection methods used were questionnaires. Data were analyzed by path analysis model withSmart PLS 2.0 program to determine the relationship between variables. The result showed allhypotesis was accepted. The results showed that partially the workload and stress has anegative and significant effect on performance, workload has a positive and significant effect onstress. For indirect influence, influential workload positive and significant impact on employeeperformance through work stress of Bengkulu Regional Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.

The purpose if this study is to describe and analyze of motivation and leadership on theperformance of employees in the Department of PP (Population Control), KB (Family Planning),PP (Women's Empowerment) and PA (Children Protection) in Kaur Regency. This type ofresearch uses quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used census techniques of 49respondents. Research analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on thediscussion, it can be concluded that motivation does not influence the performance of employeesin the Department of PP, KB, PP and PA in Kaur Regency. This is evidenced by the calculated t count obtained for 1,640. While the value of t table is 2.013, hence t count< t table which results in H0is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means the research hypothesis is rejected. Leadershipinfluences the performance of employees in the Department of PP, KB, PP and PA in KaurRegency. This is evidenced by the calculated t count obtained of 5.700. While the value of t table is2.013, hence t count> T table which results in H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means theresearch hypothesis is accepted.
