Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze collaborative governance in the application of e-kes in Bengkulu Tengah Regency, using descriptive qualitative research methods with indicators of network structure, commitment to a common purpose, trust among the participants, and access to resources ". Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants of this research are the Secretary of the Bengkulu Provincial Office, the Regency and the authorized officials, policy implementers, the Head of the Puskesmas, and the Puskesmas Operators. The results of the study revealed that the network structure on the collaboration in implementing E-Kes is quite good, such as the development of authority and authority among stakeholders, both from health centers, hospital hospitals, district health offices and Bengkulu Province health offices, commitment to a common purpose, stakeholder commitment is quite good, trust among The participants said that the trust among stakeholders was not good because the infrastructure for implementing e-kes was not supportive, the access to information technology resources involved was not optimal at the health center level. The conclusion is that the collaboration in implementing e-kes in Bengkulu Tengah Regency is not optimal because several indicators still find problems in its application.

Abstract

Covid 19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi masyarakat seperti konsumsi rumah tangga atau daya beli yang turun 60 % sehingga menyebabkan perekonomian jatuh cukup dalam, sejalan dengan data dari BPS yang mencatatkan bahwa konsumsi rumah tangga turun dari 5,02 % pada kuartal I 2019 ke 2,84 % pada kuartal I 2020. Pandemi covid 19 ini juga menimbulkan ketidak pastian ekonomi sehingga investasi ikut melemah dan berdampak pada terhentinya usaha. Dengan adanya pandemic covid 19 ini juga menyebabkan Provinsi Bengkulu masih menempati posisi tertinggi setelah Banda Aceh dengan tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi di Pulau Sumatra. Beranjak dari permasalahan di atas Universitas Prof Dr Hazairin, SH Bengkulu akan berpartisipasi dalam upaya kebangkitan ekonomi rumah tangga di era new normal sebagai upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kota Bengkulu. Kegiatan Kukerta-PPM ini dengan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat penerima pohon remunggai di Kelurahan Pintu Batu. Tanaman remunggai ini memberikan banyak manfaat bagi masyarakat, selain dapat meningkatkan imunitas juga akan berdampak bagi ekonomi rumah tangga jika mengoptimalkan manajemen produksi olahan remunggai ini dengan memanfaatkan perkarangan rumah. Salah satu rangkaian kegiatan PKM Unihaz ini dengan mengedukasi masyarakat tentang kue tat remunggai (moringa oleifera dan pengaplikasian digital marketing sebagai upaya kebagkitan ekonomi rumah tangga di era new normal

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the composition of brand equity and word of mouth for customer decisions regarding deposit accounts at BRI Bank Parman Bengkulu. The nature of this research is associative. In accordance with the nature of this study, two types of qualitative data and quantitative data. Research data sources: primary data and secondary data. Respondents in this study are those who have savings at Bank BRI Parman Bengkulu. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and the data obtained were analyzed using. Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Pengembangan Produk Usaha, Keragaman Produk Ekonomi Kreatif dan Etika Pelaku usaha Pariwisata terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung ke Objek Wisata di Kota Bengkulu”. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner yang hasil datanya dioleh menggunakan instrument SPSS dengan hasil regresi linier berganda Y = 1,196 + 0,243X1 + 0,331 X2+ 0,412 X3 , perhitungan korelasi berganda sebesar R = 0,736, berarti pengaruh sama X1 (Pengembangan Produk Usaha) X2 (Keragaman Produk Ekonomi Kreatif) dan X3 (Etika pelaku usaha) terhadap minat berkunjung ke Objek wisata di Kota Bengkulu memiliki hubungan yang kuat karena angka 0,736. Hasil dari uji koofisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 52,7 % sedangkan sisanya 47,3 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F, hipotesis yang dibuat membuktikan ada pengaruh. Dimana nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung> Ftabel (37,793> 2,70). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan uji t, hipotesis yang dibuat membuktikan ada pengaruh. Hasil pengujian untuk variabel X1(Pengembangan Produk usaha) menunjukkan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (3,087 > 1,661) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003< 0,05. Variabel X2 (Keragaman Produk Ekonomi Kreatif) menunjukkan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (3,561 > 1,661) dan signifikansi sebesar 0,001< 0,05.Variabel X3 (Etika Pelaku usaha) menunjukkan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (3,328 > 1,661) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001< 0,05

Abstract

Creatives of bengkulu city in the pandemic time of covid 19. In terms of its nature, this research is descriptive research, namely research that describes certain objects and explains things related to or systematically explains certain facts or frequencies in certain fields factually and careful. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that leads to a marketing strategy to increase sales of the creative industry sector of bengkulu city during the covid pandemic 19. The data sources in this study were derived from primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all creative industries. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique and was analyzed using swot analysis. This kanian is expected to be an input for marketing creative industrial products during a pandemic so that sales will not occur.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to provide knowledge to UMKM owners in Bengkulu City to be able to survive and thrive in running a business by paying attention to and applying the principles of good and correct financial management. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.The population in this study were 1286 SMEs in Bengkulu City. The method of determining the sample uses the slovin formula, so as to get results as many as 93 MSME actors. From the results of the new slovin formula, a sample of 45 SMEs was taken with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques with interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study are that there is still a lack of application of financial management carried out by UMKMowners, namely only by recording incoming and outgoing money and still not using good andcorrect financial management principles such as budget utilization, financial recording, financial reporting and control. This is because UMKM owners feel that managing finances is too difficult and inconvenient. Apart from that, ignorance of the importance of doing financial management factors is also one of the UMKM owners not implementing financial management. This study also conducted a SWOT analysis which resulted in 5 main strategies related to financial management that could be carried out by UMKM owners in Bengkulu City

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a solution to reduce poverty in Bengkulu City through the role of the millennial generation in development of creative industry. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method that directly points to the potential of the millennial generation in developing creative industries. The data sources of this research consisted of secondary data and primary data. Secondary data were obtained from agencies or institutions, both formal and informal. While the primary data is obtained from Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach with observation data collection techniques, interviews, focus group discussions (FGD) and brainstorming. The results showed that the role of the millennial generation in developing creative industries such as product development, prices, places, promotions and resources has the potential to rapidly grow and develop as an effort to reduce poverty in Bengkulu City. This study is expected to become a reference for the government in overcoming poverty in Bengkulu City and making the creative industry a leading sector in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of financial technology on improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with intervening variables of financial inclusion in MSMEs. Using data panels and PLS-SEM analysis. The samples were 90 MSMEs of Bengkulu City using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used is questionnaires. The results of this research on direct effect analysis found that financial technology affects the performance of MSMEs, financial technology affects financial inclusion, and financial technology has no effect on financial inclusion. In the indirect effect analysis, the results showed that financial inclusion does not intervene in the influence of financial technology on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Virus corona (Covid-19) telah menyebar ke berbagai belahan dunia sejak Desember 2020. Virus ini telah menyebabkan berbagai dampak diantaranya kematian dan menurunnya perekonomian dunia. Covid 19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi masyarakat seperti konsumsi rumah tangga atau daya beli yang turun 60 % sehingga menyebabkan perekonomian jatuh cukup dalam, sejalan dengan data dari BPS yang mencatatkan bahwa konsumsi rumah tangga turun dari 5,02 % pada kuartal I 2019 ke 2,84 % pada kuartal I 2020. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diwadahi dalam Kuliah Kerja Nyata Universitas Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH (Kukerta Unihaz) diharapkan menjadi solusi di tengah pandemi covid-19 ini. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat terkait manfaat remunggai, mengolah remunggai menjadi permen jelly dan mendaftarkan hak merk pemen jelly remunggai yaitu amor, serta edukasi masyarakat tentang pemasaran secara online atau digital marketing. Program pengabdian dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Pengantungan yang merupakan salah satu Kelurahan yang berada dekat dengan Universitas Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi, edukasi, pelatihan dan pendaftaran hak merek.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at RAPINDO COFFEE which is located on Jalan Pensiunan, Kepahiang District, Kepahiang Regency with a total of 15 participants from Micro and Medium Enterprises.. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kepahiang Regency had not implemented good and complete bookkeeping in running their business. It could be said that they still used simple financial bookkeeping. In addition, micro, Small and medium enterprises in Kepahiang Regency only use a manual agenda book which is divided into two books, namely a financial notebook at home and a business activity notebook. Furthermore, there is no use of financial management related to 4 indicators, namely budget use, financial recording, financial reporting and financial control. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors regarding financial management. This community service activity is carried out using 4 methods, namely problem identification, lectures, discussions, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this community service have shown that the financial management knowledge of Micro, small and Medium enterprises in Kapahian District has increased. This is very useful in carrying out their business.
