Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT ATK bekerja sama dengan PT Pos, serta Bank Syariah lainnya dalam pengelolaan premi lanjutan dengan fasiltas interkoneksi; sistem pembayaran mempengaruhi jumlah besaran premi, jumlah transaksi dan rata-rata premi per transaksi; sistem pembayaran online payment paling besar perolehan preminya dibandingkan dengan sistem pembayaran lainnya; sistem pembayaran online payment paling besar jumlah transaksi dibanding dengan yang lain, namun perolehan rata-rata premi pertransaksi terkecil, perolehan terbesar premi pertransaksi ada pada sistem pembayaran transfer; faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan sistem pembayaran secara nyata adalah tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendidikan tertinggi (S2/S3) paling banyak memilih sistem pembayaran transfer dan jumlah premi per transaksi paling tinggi. Dari indikasi yang diperoleh pada hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa peserta asuransi yang tertinggi jumlahnya adalah dengan tingkat pendapatan terendah.

Abstract

Methodology uses a qualitative method. The characteristic on it is direction to describe a case with understanding of meaning and its problems, so that data analyzing which used is analytic descriptive. Collecting data uses observation method, interview, documentaries and ends to conclusion. The result of this research and its analyzing about Mashlahat Mursalah in AEC 2015 to Indonesia shows that many domain advantages and positives side. Indonesia would become a wealth region and competitive with good economic progressing and reducing poverty and it deviation social and economic. But, to reach it is not easy at all and need a hard and serious work to face it. Indonesia has big potential such as population, natural resources, wide geography and biggest PDB in ASEAN so that Indonesia become main player in ASEAN Economic Community 2015.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the concept of human development made by UNDP, and its relevance to the condition of the developing country Indonesia at this time , and how the Islamic judge it. In addition , this study also aims to lift Islamic persefektif related human development, as a critique falsifies Human Development Index which is an instrument in determining the countries in the world in the category of developed, developing, undeveloped, or underdeveloped. From the research conducted, it was found that the concept of human development according to the UNDP and maqashid banking is not face to face with each other because both concepts are not mutually contradictory. This can be explained by considering three factors of human development made by UNDP (health, education, income) using Shari'ah maqashid scales consisting of human development in the field of religion, life, intellect, lineage and property. From the results of the comparison can be concluded that part of the maintenance of mental health, education part of the reason maintenance, and maintenance revenue part of the treasure.

Abstract

This research goal is to describe market based on Islamic and conventional economy from Imam Al-Ghazali. This reseach use qualitative approach. The findings are market and ethic operated by cognitive, affective dan skill. Imam Al-Ghazali has a concept about market mechanism based on Islamic law.

Abstract

This reseach aims to find effect of murabahah financing though well-being increasing at teacher around Bogor city. This reseach uses quantitative approach with correlation analysis as analityc tools. Findings this reseach; first, there are effect margin cost though costumer well-being. Second, financing period also has positive effect though costumer well-being. The conclution is murabahah financing on Islamic banking have effort to increase well-being especially teacher at Bogor city.
