Abstract

Islam as a doctrine will certainly be the main foundation in every human activity that has claimed and positioned Islam as its belief. It is with this doctrine that all activities are guarded and regulate all forms of human activity universally and comprehensively, between humans as creatures and God as Creator and humans as His fellow creatures. A Muslim who needs a means of living, of course, will not be able to avoid all kinds of activities related to the economy, therefore as Muslims in their economic activities they must be based on God's doctrine to achieve prosperity and benefit. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to examine in more detail the transcendent basis of Islamic economics from the perspective of Maqāṣid al-Shari'ah, so that in its implementation, the economic welfare of Muslims increases to become a benefit that has a positive impact on other benefits. Abstract

The research conducted by this researcher is something that can be used to understand the importance of applying the characteristics of Islamic marketing and the importance of customer satisfaction for a bank. This study aims to determine how the impact of sharia marketing characteristics on customer satisfaction in deposit products made by Bank Mitra Syariah Gresik. This field research used a qualitative approach, using primary data and secondary data. Then retrieve data sourced from interviews with banks and customers and supporting data, namely through journals and the internet as a reference for relevant researchers. The data testing method used by researchers is data triangulation. The type of triangulation used in this research is source triangulation, namely by checking the data obtained through 3 (three) sources. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of sharia marketing that have been carried out by Bank Mitra Syariah employees have had a good impact on customers. In marketing deposit products, Bank Mitra Syariah employees have implemented the characteristics of sharia marketing. The characteristics of sharia marketing are theistic (rabbaniyah), ethical (akhlaqiyyah), realistic (al-insaniyyah), and humanistic (al-waqi'iyah). Customers are satisfied with the characteristics of sharia marketing implemented by employees of Bank Mitra Syariah Gresik. Abstract

Kinerja pegawai ialah aset di suatu organisasi dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya, namun ada faktor yang dapat menurunkan tingkat kinerja tersebut seperti kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja. Adanya penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruhnya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Kebonrojo Surabaya. Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni seluruh pegawai bagian pelayanan, proses dan distribusi di Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Kebonrojo Surabaya yang berjumlah 60 orang. Untuk pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan sampling jenuh yakni seluruh populasi ditetapkan sebagai responden dengan jumlah 60 karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung pada responden. Penetapan analisis data ialah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan skala ukur ordinal melalui skala likert. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Kebonrojo Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh hubungan antara beban kerja, stres kerja, serta lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja perawat bagian rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Tingkat III Brawijaya Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang dipakai pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 55 perawat dan sampel yang dipakai sebesar 55 perawat. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan metode sampel jenuh. Partial Least Squares (PLS) yaitu metode analisis yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif serta tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, stres kerja memiliki pengaruh positif serta tidak signifikan, serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif serta tidak signifikan. Dibandingkan dengan beban kerja serta stres kerja, lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerja perawat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh CSR disclosure dan good corporate governance terhadap financial performance. Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah corporate social responsibility yang diukur dengan indeks GRI serta good corporate governance yang diproksikan dengan dewan komisaris, komisaris independen, dan kepemilikan institusional. Sedangkan variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah financial performance yang diproksikan dengan return on asset (ROA). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 27 perusahaan sektor energi dan basic materials yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR disclosure berpengaruh terhadap financial performance. Variabel GCG yang diproksikan dengan dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial perfomance. Variabel GCG yang diproksikan dengan komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap financial performance. Variabel GCG yang diproksikan dengan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial performance.

Abstract

Interest in buying in Indonesia is very important in the world of e-commerce every year increasing from 2017 there were 70.8 million to predictions for 2024 as many as 189.6 e-commerce users, this is not spared by students where the electronic world dominates, namely university students spread across Indonesia, 100% Islamic students are at UIN. The purpose of this study was to see halal labeling as mediation in buying interest in e-commerce products with religiosity and knowledge of halal products as variable Z by using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the mediation aspect of halal labeling on religion has a full mediation effect, while halal labeling has a partial mediation effect on the interest in buying e-commerce products in UIN students in East Java. Meanwhile, religiosity has no effect on purchase intention with a t-statistic value of 1.430 <1.96 and a p-value of 0.153 > 0.05. on aspects of religiosity. Abstract

Education in the 21st century demands the use of technology to make innovations in the learning process, this results in social changes in the scope of education. In addition to the demands of the 21st century, the Covid-19 pandemic situation requires educators and students to be adaptive in the technology-based learning process. One of the successes in the learning process is the teaching materials used by educators. Problems that arise with partners (East Java Sharia Banking MGMP Teachers) are teaching materials that are less complex in learning, so far partners only use teaching materials in the form of printed teaching materials and pieces of each chapter of material uploaded in google classroom. Therefore, the PKM team wants to provide training to teachers who are members of the East Java Province Sharia Banking MGMP for the use and development of teaching materials. The teaching materials used in this training are e-modules assisted by the Flip PDF Professional application. The method of implementing this training activity is carried out in three stages, namely: needs analysis, implementation of training activities and evaluation of activities. The results of the questionnaire show that respondents are very interested in the training activities carried out and this activity is very useful for participants to be able to compile teaching materials in the form of E-Modules which can later be used in online learning. Abstract

The growth of the industrial sector in Indonesia is currently still a pillar of the country's economy, one of which is the cosmetics industry. Interest in seeking beauty in Karawang Regency has fluctuated. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the role of influencers and product quality in influencing the decision to buy cosmetics Something on TikTok. This study uses a quantitative method with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equal Model (PLS-SEM) approach. The population of this research is women belonging to Generation Z who follow Janes Christina's tiktok account and have used Somethinc cosmetic products for as many as 128 people and a sample of 100 people. Data collection uses a questionnaire via Google form and the analysis tool uses SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the proposed hypothesis. Based on the results of the study, researchers found that influencers and product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The problem in this study is regarding the status and legitimacy of the rights described by the land certificate as proof of land ownership. Residents of Tanjung Marulak Hamlet are legally entitled to receive a statement letter from the Regent alias SK-Regent as proof of ownership of their property. Land Certificate (SKT) is a written document owned by a private person who owns a piece of land but has not been certified; the weight of proof does not show the authenticity of the deed. In Indonesia, there are still many people who believe that land certificates have the same legal weight as other certificates, especially in Dusun Tanjung Marulak. The purpose of this study is to determine the position and legitimacy of rights to land certificates as proof of land ownership in the land law system. Researchers used normative legal research in this study which was supplemented by interviews. According to the current law, this investigation investigates and analyzes primary data and secondary data. Literature research in the library and field research in the field were both used to collect all data. This research is qualitative in nature. Based on the research results, the Land Certificate issued by the Regent of Tanjung Marulak Hamlet through Excerpt of Letter Number 69/DA/HML/LB/1980 is legal proof of land ownership.
