Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of external factors, profitability and asset growth on corporate funding decisions in exporters companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The population in this study are exporters companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total of 8 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS. The results showed that external factors and profitability directly had a significant effect on capital structure decisions. While the growth of assets does not significantly influence the decision on capital structure.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to test the effect of capital structure on firm value. Meanwhile, ‘profitability’ served as the mediating variable on the mining companies which have been go public and registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study belonged to quantitative research and it was expected to successfully measure the effects between the variables. Data collection was performed by using secondary data from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), which is IDX, related to the 21 mining companies registered in BEI, of which these companies achieved profits in a period of three years (2016, 2017 and 2018). Data processing was performed by using a program so-called Smart Pls 3.0. The first result of this study implied that the variable namely ‘profitability’ was the one that partially mediated the effect of the capital structure on the firm value. The second result was that no direct effect was found between capital structure and firm value. As for the next research result, profitability has no impact on the firm value. The companies with the ever growing risks would lead the creditor to increase the interest rates, resulting in the increment of the company’s average capital costs. The companies who possessed big amount of debts tended to had higher average capital costs so the values of the companies were rather falling off. Abstract

Sekarang ini santri tidak hanya dituntut untuk fokus mempelajari ilmu agama saja namun juga dituntut untuk bisa belajar menjadi santri yang memiliki kemandirian ekonomi. Dengan harapan ketika nanti terjun dimasyarakat santri ini akan menjadi panutan dalam penerapan agama dalam kehidupanya yang didalamnya juga terkait dengan kemandirian ekonominya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pemberdayaan santri yang dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren untuk membentuk kemandirian ekonomi melalui kewirausahaan dan memiliki kemampuan penguatan keunggulan produk berbasis pada nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang berakar dari budaya bangsa Indonesia dan tetap sejalan dengan ajaran agama Islam, bukan berdasarkan sistem lain yang hanya mementingkan kehidupan dunia semata tanpa memperdulikan kehidupan setelah mati. Penelitian dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Mukmin Mandiri yang memiliki 2 lokasi di Sidoarjo dan Tulungagung. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan kualitatif, agar mampu melakukan pendekatan yang naturalistic interpretif dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif, atau diuraikan secara mendalam. Hasilnya, Pemberdayaan Santri mampu dilakukan melalui pendidikan agama dengan hafalan Alquran dan kitab kuning serta memberikan pengetahuan dunia bisnis yang dipelajari secara teori dan praktik. Kewirausahaan bisnis kopi ini sepenuhnya melibatkan santri pada keseluruhan proses mulai dari perencanaan, penyusunan struktur organisasi, pelaksanaan bidang SDM, bidang Keuangan, bidang produksi dan bidang pemasaran. Santri telah diajarkan cara memperkuat keunggulan produk terutama Keunggulan budaya berupa kearifan lokal yang tidak dimiliki ditempat lain dan mampu menjadi penguat keunggulan produk yaitu terciptanya gotong-royong oleh seluruh stake holder bisnis kopi dan Identitas santri & Pondok Pesantren yang sangat bagus bagi pasar domestik yang mayoritas muslim.

Abstract

Banks are briefly defined as business entities that collect funds from the public and channel them back to the public in the form of credit or other forms, which are one of the influential sectors in a country's economy. Channeling funds to the public or also called credit (leasing) aims to help improve the lives of many people. The existence of this loan often faces problems, namely non-performing loans (NPLs) where there are credit risks faced by the Bank due to the inability of the customer or debtor to return the amount of loans received from the Bank along with interest within a predetermined period of time. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) on the level of non-performing loans (NPLs) in SOE banking companies in 2017-2019. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by using combined panel data from cross sections and time series using SOE Bank financial report data for the 2017-2019 period. The results of this study indicate the influence of ROA on NPL, while CAR and LDR do not have a significant effect that indicates good company performance. Keywords: Bank, NPL, ROA, CAR, LDR

Abstract

Additional learning or tutoring is urgently needed to help improve learning but due to high costs, some communities, especially those in the middle to lower economic level, are unable to register their children to attend tutoring (additional tutoring). The existence of Socioedupreneur is an alternative solution for those who do not have the cost to experience tutoring. Paying sincerely or not at all can alleviate them in terms of costs and can show the importance of education for the future and instill that all have the right to receive the same education. This research was conducted to determine the role of socio edupreneur in improving the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of socio edupreneur as an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The method used by researchers in this study uses qualitative research methods, this type of research is descriptive qualitative research, a case study approach that is an approach to study, explain or interpret a case. In essence, this study seeks to highlight a decision or set of decisions or set of decisions why the decision was taken, how it was implemented, and what the results were. This research intensively focuses on an object that is about how the role of socioedupreneur in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand experience and brand image on the willingness to pay a premium price for Honda HRV products in Samarinda mediated by brand love variable. Data collection in this study was carried out by using an instrument in the form of a set of questionnaires distributed to 95 owners of Honda HRV cars within Samarinda area. Data from the questionnaires were subsequently analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis techniques with the help of the smartpls version 3.9 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is obtained that directly, brand experience, brand image and brand love have positive and significant effects on the willingness to pay a premium price. The results of the analysis also showed that brand experience and brand image have positive and significant effects on brand love; and brand love proved to be able to mediate the indirect effect of brand experience and brand image on the willingness to pay a premium price for Honda HRV product consumers. The findings of this study indicate that the better the brand image of Honda HRV and the higher brand experience of Honda HRV consumers, the higher the brand love of consumers which will further increase the desire of consumers to buy HRV products even at high prices. Theoretically, the findings of this study are in accordance with some previous researches and existing theories. Practically the findings of this research are expected to be a scientific reference for business people in automotive sector, especially in Samarinda to build brands effectively and efficiently. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how students 'perceptions about Islamic Entrepreneurship and whether the students' perceptions were in accordance with the college education they had received so far. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytic study approach, while the technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation, while the technique of determining the researcher's informant uses a purposive sampling technique that is the sample is chosen based on the researchers' assessment that he is the right party to be the sample of his research. Determination of the informants chosen by the researchers themselves and the informant is considered to have known about the problem under study. As for the target selection of informants are Islamic Lecturers and Muhammadiyahan lecturers who are influential lecturers of entrepreneurship courses, as well as students of the 6th semester entrepreneurship study program at Muhammadiyah University Gresik. The results showed that the students of entrepreneurship at Muhammadiyah University Gresik generally understood the concept of Entrepreneurship and lack of understanding of the concept of Islam and its implementation in the concept of entrepreneurship and lack understanding of the concept of Islamic Entrepreneurship, because there is no Islamic Entrepreneurship model that is used as a reference in the learning system

Abstract

The objective of this research is to perceive influence variable of match between the person with the purpose of organization, match between the person with the value of organization, match between the person with organizational climate, toward employee commitment with PT. Kahala Citra Indonesia where we will know how big the contribution is given by three variable of person-organiszation fit against employee commitment. Method of research is use statistical appliance as a mmeans of test and analysis of data utilizes regression technique and multiple correlations, measurement scale used is interval scale. Frame sample in this research is employee at PT. Kahala Citra Indonesia a year on working, there are 103 questionnaire spread out to employee at PT. Kahala Citra Indonesia. Before data been analyzed, gathered data is tested with validity and reliability test, furthermore data is analyzed with multiple linier regression analysis with econometrics test which contains multicolinierity and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis handed in this research is received which means incentive and work environment benefits has influence against employee commitment with degree of significance 5%. All independent variable which consists of match between the person with the purpose of organization, match between the person with the value of organization, match between the person with organizational climate, have an significant effect on dependent variable (employee commitment) which deliver match between the person with the organizational climate variable has dominant partial influence against employee commitment with standardized coefficient beta 0,399. Based on regression result, there is no multicolinierity and heteroscedasticity tendency. Keywords : person-organiszation fit , employee commitment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas kinerja PT. Jojo Nomic Indonesia, sebuah startup (perusahaan rintisan) di bidang teknologi, dengan metode DEA dan nilai keislaman yang dicerminkan dari nilai sholat para karyawannya selama periode 2016-2019 serta melihat pengaruh variabel input dan variabel output terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan. Studi kasus yang menjadi objek penelitian ini yaitu pada PT. Jojo Nomic Indonesia. Adapun variabel input yang digunakan yaitu Akumulasi Jumlah Pelanggan Baru dan Renewal dan Jumlah Leads (Potential Customer) Masuk. Sedangkan variabel output-nya yaitu Pendapatan Operasional. Nilai keislaman yang digunakan yaitu bobot nilai ibadah sholat yang diambil dari penilaian keseharian ibadah pegawai selama rentang waktu 2016-2019. Pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kinerja dapat dilihat menggunakan perhitungan nilai refleksivitas ibadah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan dari data efektivitas kinerja karyawan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan efektivitas kinerja karyawan sejalan dengan peningkatan yang terjadi pada bobot nilai dalam ibadahnya. Hal ini tercermin dari nilai refleksivitas ibadah dalam kinerja karyawan yang sejak tahun 2016-2019 selalu meningkat angkanya. Puncaknya terjadi pada tahun 2019, di mana efektivitas kinerja yang dilihat dari variabel output (pendapatan operasional) mencapai titik maksimal 100% sejalan dengan adanya peningkatan yang juga cukup signifikan dalam bobot nilai ibadah karyawan menjadi 90%. Sehingga dapat dihitung nilai refleksivitasnya berada di persentase 90%. Dengan kata lain, nilai ibadah sholat cenderung berpengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kinerja karyawan di PT. Jojo Nomic Indonesia.
