Abstract

Pandemi yang menimpa hampir seluruh dunia tidak saja menimbulkan isu kesehatan dan lingkungan, tetapi lebih berdampak adalah mengena pada isu ekonomi, di mana nantinya jika tidak segera diselesaikan justru berakibat keterpurukan bagi negeri. Penelitian ini mencoba menggali potensi lokal desa yang bisa dikembangkan untuk menopang kesejahteraan ekonomi melalui bisnis dan wirausaha desa pada situasi masyarakat sedang berperang melawan wabah Covid’19. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Sukorejo, Kecamatan Sidayu, Kabupaten Gresik, , tepatnya pengumpulan data diperoleh pada BUMDes “Podho Joyo” sebagai lembaga sosial ekonomi yang menaungi sebagian besar aktivitas perekonomian masyarakat lokal setempat. Pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk lebih memahami keadaan sebenarnya di lapangan. Wawancara dan kuesioner digunakan sebagai media untuk mengetahui kebenaran atas pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh peneliti. Hasil pengumpulan informasi di lapangan menyatakan bahwa potensi perdagangan mengalami kondisi penurunan, akan tetapi kesejahteraan masyarakat masih berada di tingkat kestabilan ekonomi, karena potensi pertanian sebagai mata pencaharian pokok masyarakat desa tetap berjalan normal.

Abstract

Indonesia's marine potential is an asset for community livelihoods and business prospects for fish processing in coastal areas. One of them is UD. Barokah as an MSME in the field of selling high quality fish and diversifying the business of selling fish crackers with business partners in other cities. This study aims to explore how business resilience is in coastal entrepreneurs by analyzing opportunities and constraints in business continuity during the pandemic. This research design uses an exploratory qualitative approach. Data collection, through: semi-structured interviews with UD owners and managers. blessing. Semi-structured interviews by asking structured questions and have been prepared as a guide to find problems. Possible interview questions differ from the script, but according to the context of the topic of discussion. The results of this study stated that during the UD. Barokah experienced a surge in sales turnover. Business opportunities made from marine fish are supported by the ability of business managers to drive business. UD's business constraints. Abstract

Generasi muda perlu ditingkatkan pola pikir dan kemampuannya dalam wirausaha. Apalagi dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dalam pemberian materi di kelas. Pelaksanaan ini membawa dampak penguatan pola pikir wirausaha di kalangan generasi milineal. Ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan animo siswa untuk berwirausaha sejak dini. Siswa juga mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan di bidang wirausaha. Dengan demikian siswa dapat mempraktikan ilmu mereka. Siswa yang tergabung pada kegiatan ini juga menginginkan adanya pemantauan, pembinaan dan pengawasan serta evaluasi dari kegiatan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

The waste condition that has not been resolved, followed by the PSBB program, has become a creative idea for community service through collaboration between academics, BUMDes and villagers and in collaboration with the Waste Bank Association. The selection of female participants in entrepreneurship training, because it is seen that women understand the waste better. Service methods using socialization and application practices are considered most effective in the implementation of entrepreneurship training based on women's specific knowledge. The results of service are conducive in the covid outbreak situation while still implementing physical distancing. Enthusiasm was high both by the BUMDes "Podho Joyo", Sidayu District, Gresik Regency and village women. Training on the concept of entrepreneurship is also provided by academics, so that through dedication can be an innovative solution for village welfare during a pandemic.

Abstract

Additional learning or tutoring is urgently needed to help improve learning but due to high costs, some communities, especially those in the middle to lower economic level, are unable to register their children to attend tutoring (additional tutoring). The existence of Socioedupreneur is an alternative solution for those who do not have the cost to experience tutoring. Paying sincerely or not at all can alleviate them in terms of costs and can show the importance of education for the future and instill that all have the right to receive the same education. This research was conducted to determine the role of socio edupreneur in improving the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of socio edupreneur as an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The method used by researchers in this study uses qualitative research methods, this type of research is descriptive qualitative research, a case study approach that is an approach to study, explain or interpret a case. In essence, this study seeks to highlight a decision or set of decisions or set of decisions why the decision was taken, how it was implemented, and what the results were. This research intensively focuses on an object that is about how the role of socioedupreneur in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

The rapid development of industry triggers a reality that each region must have independence. Therefore, efforts to improve welfare continue to be made. One of the activities that can be carried out by entrepreneurship and producing a product is that later the product can be resold and can be imaged to get its legal protection. School support can also support the realization of a business that will run later. But the reality on the ground as experienced by high school 2 NU, Gresik Subdistrict with processed products in the form of food and soft drinks which are managed by the Adik-Adik who are in School, There are weaknesses and imperfections and implementation In the field of entrepreneurship they are engaged in, that is, there is no protection or understanding that the processed products are managed they can be registered and obtain a form of protection and patented. Motivation and skill, tenacity will be strong enough to build on human resources if their processed products in KI to achieve a sense of security and comfort and to realize a form of protection for entrepreneurs. adapt their processed products. Community service activities that involve a team of lecturers and students using the lecture method and discussion can improve the ability of business managers. The overall service activities can be said to be quite good with indicators of the success of mastery of the material on the concept of entrepreneurship and digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of processed cracker products in UjungPangkah Village using 3 informants, namely 1 owner and 2 workers, 8 consumers and 3 competitors. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive analysis method with the Smart Business Map (SBM), namely analyzing the Playing Field, Market Landscape and Operational Profitability sections. This research can be used by MSME processed crackers in determining business direction, market share, compliance with customer needs, appropriate appropriate technology to increase revenue. The results of the analysis using the SBM method show the health condition of the business which will later identify problems in it that need to be implemented immediately by a new strategy or solution. This study has limitations on the research object, which is only focused on cracker traders and parameters that are seen only on the health of the Abidzar cracker MSE business.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid'19 pandemic outbreak rocked almost more than half of the world economy. In fact, many large world-class companies have suffered losses. This study seeks to describe the survival capacity of village economic institutions in supporting the economic welfare of small entrepreneurs during the pandemic that hit the country. Qualitative descriptive is used as the method of this research. The results of the study explain that BUMDes are able to survive in running the economy during a pandemic through certain business approaches, such as: changing the marketing method for village products, designing new business strategies, arousing entrepreneurial spirit, and improving service quality. Thus it can be concluded that BUMDes was able to anticipate problems in business management during the Covid'19 pandemic

Abstract

One of the activities that can be done is entrepreneurship and cooperatives. The support of village officials and companies can also support the realization of regional independence. However, the reality on the ground as experienced by Kelurahan Ngipik, Kecamatan Gresik with products branded “Rosella Telaga Ngipik” and Cooperative Srikandi Berbakti” is actually different. There are weaknesses and imperfections in the implementation of business and cooperative operations. Motivation and skills that are not yet strong enough to be built in human resources can hinder the achievement of welfare. Lecture community methods, such as: demonstrations and discussions can improve the ability of business managers and cooperative administrators. Community activities went smoothly, namely: community service participants were able to understand entrepreneurship and digital marketing issue.
