Abstract

There are rooms where producers and consumers do not meet to create value in use. The existence of a Joint sphere to create co-creation value raises the importance of the customer experience. At a time when the world has changed with characteristics where transactions are done facilitated by technology. This results in less interaction between employees and customers to create results from services in self-service technology. Service failure is important because service failure is one of the causes that drive customers to move to other companies in meeting their needs. Then the relationship between service failure and customer satisfaction can be explained by looking at initial disconfirmation and recovery disconfirmation. The customer's expectation of a possible problem is confirmed as well as the customer's expectation of a viable recovery effort, thereby creating a buy back for the consumer. Abstract

Issues concerning border areas are an interesting issue, especially when President Joko Widodo focuses on developing the 3 T (Outermost, Outermost, and Underdeveloped) region. So far, the border area has only been used as a fringe area that is not interesting to be studied. There is little attention given by the government to the border area because it is constrained by cost and not a priority of government development. Therefore, the border community can not depend its fate on the Indonesian government and exploit the ease of access to neighboring countries. This causes the level of dependence of Indonesian society on the border so great to neighboring countries. They are 'forced' to be able to live in the midst of limited and limited access and facilities. Almost all communities in the border region experienced similar things, including the Badau community in West Kalimantan. Abstract

The problems studied in this study, namely whether the factors that affect customer confidence in the user cash deposit machine. The purpose of this study is To determine what factors that affect customer confidence in the user cash deposit machine. This research has been done in November to complete. To solve the problem deeply and thoroughly, the researcher uses case study and field study method which is direct observation and interview to BNI Syariah customer using cash deposit machine, then the data is collected, described and analyzed for Answer the problem. From the results of this study concluded that the factors that influence customer service that is technology orientation, poor access speed in access network of CDM, reputation that is reputation of bank itself lack of socialization to usage of cash deposit macine to customer and perceived risk or risk There is still a lot in the use of cash deposit machine, so the customer's trust is still less to use cash deposit machine / CDM.Keywords: Cash Deposit Machine, Customer Trust

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the effect of profitability ratio (ROA,ROE) and market value ratio (EPS) on sharia stock price at companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This research was applied research which is assosiative quantitative. The population of this research was all of companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2011-2013 period. In selecting the sample was done by purposive sampling technique. The number of samples were 24 companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) within 3 years a row. This research used multiple regression linier techniques in hypothesis testing. Research result showed that Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously have a possitive and significant effect on sharia stock price. While, the effect was partially different, Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) had not possitive and significant effect on sharia stock price. While Earning Per Share (EPS) has possitive and significant effect on sharia stock price.Key Words:  Sharia Stock, Sharia Stock Price, ROA, ROE, EPS

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price toward customer satisfaction on industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. This study is a descriptive research which aims to clarify the relationship or influence that exist between the variables studied. The type of data used a primary data that is collected from questionnaires. Respondents of this study is the customer industry/ bakery shop in Bengkulu city as many 240 people were taken with the judgemental (purposive sampling) technique. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis by using the mean, frequency distribution table and multiple linear regression analysis.  Based on the analysis, the result that the simultaneously product quality, service quality, and price is significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. The next in partial product quality and service quality is positively and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city, while the price is negative and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality, Service Quality, Price

Abstract

This study examines the Influence of GDP on Level of Provery in Central Sulawesi in 2013 – 2015. The purpose of this research is to analyze how influence GDP on Level of Proverty in Central Sulawesi. The method of analysis used qualitative and quantitative. The type of quantitative research is used to describe of phenomena related to problems on this study. While type of qualiative research is used to analyze the information that can be measured. The result of this study indicate that GDP is not significant effect on Level of Proverty. This is due to the increase GDP that occurred in central sulawesi is not always followed by decrease on the level of proverty. It can be seen from data of GDP and level of provery in Central Sulawesi in 2013 – 2015.Key words : Level of Provery, GDP

Abstract

The objective of this research is know good corporate governance (GCG) implementation in relation with financial performance PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. This research is a descriptive research with data collection methods used sekuder data from annual report and good corporate governance report and primary data through questionnaire distribution. The data analysis is technique uses return on assets (ROA) and mean method with the frequency distribution table. The results that, the implementation of good corporate governance in relation to financial performance PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah has been running well. Furthermore, the application of the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness have been effective with the average value of each statement of 3.69 (good), 3.89 (good), 3.76 (good), 3.67 (good), 3.85 (good). And the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah in the period 2012-1216 in healthy category with average return on assets (ROA) that is equal to 0.76%.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency, Fairness

Abstract

Effectiveness And Efficiency Analysis Revenue Levies At the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Central Bengkulu District. To increase the levies is necessary to the effectiveness and efficiency of the reception levies. One of them through the subject and object of local revenue, thereby increasing the productivity of PAD. The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of reception levies on the Department of Revenue, Asset Finance Central Bengkulu regency. Methods of data collection using documentation. The analytical tool used is the ratio of the effectiveness and efficiency ratios. The results showed that the effectiveness of retribution Central Bengkulu Regency in the year 2012 amounted to 24.69% and the criteria are not effective because many of the target sources of retribution were not realized. In 2013 amounted to 94.56% effective with sufficient criteria whereas in 2014 amounted to 111.18% with a very effective criteria for the Government Central Bengkulu in this case the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management Middle Bengkulu regency has evaluated by preparing a revenue target levy that has the potential to be realized. The efficiency level of retribution Central Bengkulu District from 2012-2014 year is already included in the criteria is very efficient, because the efficiency ratio below 10%.Key Words: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Retribution, Central Bengkulu District

Abstract

This paper represents a financing mechanism that uses mudaraba and qardh contracts. The writing of this paper is motivated from academic anxiety in looking at the financing mechanism in the existing economic system in Ilir Talo district Seluma district on the aspect of the system of financing the production of palm sugar. In his discussion discusses the meaning of Baitul Maal Wattamwil (BMT) as well as the stages of its establishment, mudaraba and qardh, mudharabah and qardh financing schemes, financing calculation system using mudharabah and qardh contracts and appropriate financing analsis to solve the problems of economic system in sub district Ilir Talo Seluma district. And concluded that the appropriate financing system for the state of the existing economic system in the district Ilir Talo Seluma district with the qardhul hasan contract. Abstract

Factors That Influence The Policy Of Social Disclosure And Environmental Responsibility In Companies Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange. The aim of this study is to examine and provide empirical evidence about the factors that influence the policy of social disclosure and environmental responsibility in companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange, the observation period from 2007 until 2013. The sample obtained by 46 companies with 322 observations. The result  of  hypothesis  test  showed  that  the  size  of  the  company's significant   impacts  on  the  policy  of  social  disclosure  and  environmental responsibility.  The result  of  hypothesis  test  showed  that  the  leverage  had  no significant  impacts  on  the  policy  of   social  disclosure  and  environmental responsibility. The result of hypothesis test showed that  the profitability had no significant  impacts  on            the  policy  of  social  disclosure  and   environmental responsibility.   The   result   of   hypothesis   test   showed   that   the   board   of commissioners had no significant impact on the  policy of social disclosure and environmental responsibility. The result of hypothesis test showed that the size of the  company's  significant   impacts  on  the  policy  of  social  disclosure  and environmental responsibility. The result of hypothesis test showed that managerial ownership had no significantly impacts on the policy of  social disclosure and environmental responsibility. And The result of hypothesis test results  showed that the age of firm had no  significant impacts on the policy of social  disclousure and environmental responsibility.Keyword :   leverage, profitability, board of commissioners, size of company, managerial ownership, age of firm, CSR
