Electron beam lithography (EBL) is widely used in nano-scale device fabrication and research due to high resolution and excellent flexibility. In this paper, nanometer EBL system based on scanning electron microscope (SEM) is introduced. Its main components include a modified SEM, a laser interferometer controlled stage, a versatile high speed pattern generator, and a fully functional and easy-operational software system. In order to explain this EBL system design principle, realization method, this paper mainly introduces each component’s design basis, main structures and functions. Stitching experiments overlay experiments and arbitrary shape patterns exposure experiments have been done on this EBL system based on JSM-35CF SEM. The lithography results demonstrate that the resolution of electron beam lithography system can approach nanometer. This kind of EBL system based on SEM can meet the need of micro-nanofabrication research and design activities at flexibility and low price. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i5.4473

In this paper, an optimization method based on Genetic Algorithm is proposed to solve the integrated-loading-and-unloading-missile vehicle assignment problem. On the basis of analyzing the characters of high cost, low usage and real time loading with missile and the vehicle, the mathematical model was built with the bi-objective of cost and loading time. And the resolving method based on Genetic Algorithm was specially designed to get the optimum allocation scheme. Considering particularity of the problem, variable-list encoding method and valid initial population generation method, special one chromosome cross genetic operator; special one chromosome greedy-and-balanced migration operator and mutation operator are proposed. Simulation results show that the solutions by this algorithm can complete all loading tasks, and also can get an optimum balance between cost and loading time of missiles, which can meet the character of accurate support during wartime. The multibiometric recognition system considered more reliable than the unimodal biometric recognition system due to the addition of an extra information that increases the discrimination between the classes. In this paper, a multi-sample multi-instance biometric recognition system is proposed. The aim of the proposed system is to increase the robustness of the identification. the proposed system also addresses the overfitting to the train samples problem of a feature extraction algorithm, named 2-Dimensional Linear Discriminant analysis (2D-LDA). The samples in the proposed method are bootstrapped and the 2D-LDA performed on each group during the offline phase. While in the online phase, the tested class will be transformed into subspaces using different eigenvectors that obtained from different samplings, and the results matched with templates in the corresponding subspace. To evaluate the proposed method, two palmprint databases are used which are IIT Delhi Touchless Palmprint Database and PolyU palmprint database, and different rank-level fusion algorithms are investigated. The results of the proposed method show improvement in the identification rate.

Abstract Dynamic Route Guidance System, which can provide the drivers with the optimal routes, is one of the most efficient solutions to the traffic jam. This paper presents a bee inspired zonal vehicle routing algorithm to provide a reasonable and effective optimal route for the Dynamic Route Guidance System. Firstly, the proposed algorithm divided the whole traffic network into different traffic guidance zone based on Shapley value game. Then, real time traffic data was collected in each traffic guidance zone by inter-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communications. Ultimately, the proposal simulated the bee foraging phenomenon in the biological system to synchronously compute the optimal routes in each traffic guidance zone. The simulation results show that the algorithm

In Distribution Network, Distribution Static Synchronous Compensator (D-STATCOM) can stabilize turn-on point voltage, effectively reduce the transmission losses in power, improve the power factor and prevent the non-linear load. But under the circumstance of the d- and q-axis, D-STATCOM is a non-linear and strong coupling system, so decoupling control is very useful, that is because the decoupling control can ensure the output current fast track and have on different with the setting values. Study the decoupling control strategy of D-STATCOM, through the analysis of its basic structure, and then get the model of the coupling term. Due to avoid active and reactive current coupling, Fuzzy Immune PI Controller and inverse system method are combined to be used in the original system. Finally, the results are shown by the MATLAB simulation that the proposed decoupling control strategy is very good, because the performance is excellent, the structure is simple and easy to be implemented. This article presents the techniques for the synthesis of oxygen-free graphene for doped in titanium dioxide TiO2. This work hypothesised the introduction of a new method for incorporating graphene nanoplatelets GNP in Anatase TiO2 using adhesive nanocomposite material, which has been done to enhance the conductivity of the nanocomposite. This work also argues with lamina problems in Graphene oxide, which reduce electron mobility and cause the electron pathways to be rerouted. The characteristics of the nanocomposite measure the colour difference, the photocurrent-voltage measurement (I-V measurement), Raman Spectroscopy, and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy EDS. Simple visual observation results for various thin films show a colour shade difference due to the better dispersion of the nanocomposites. The uniform colour change with different weight ratios can also show the distribution of graphene sheets. Similarly, similar ratios to photocurrent-voltage readings were obtained by the different nanocomposite weights in I-V measurement. The Raman spectroscopy also recognises the existence of well-composed 2D energy band GNP sheets cooperated inside the TiO2. Finally, the work concludes with the reduction of the oxygen in weight ratios atomic, which lead to a better atomic level and the optimal weight ratio of GNP sheets to Titanium to increase the free mobility of electrons.

This paper describes the comparative analysis of three different control techniques of distributed flexible AC transmission system (DFACTS) controller called as distributed static synchronous compensator (DSTATCOM), aimed at power quality (PQ) enhancement in terms of voltage sag mitigation in a three-phase four-wire (3p4w) distribution system. A DSTATCOM is one of the major power quality improvement devices which consist of a DC energy source, a voltage source inverter (VSI), a filter, a coupling transformer and the control system. The control strategy based on synchronous reference frame (SRF) theory, instantaneous active and reactive current (IARC) theory and propositional-integral (PI) controller has been used for reference current generation of voltage source inverter (VSI) based DSTATCOM. The SRF, IARC and PI control based DSTATCOM is validated through dynamic simulation in a MATLAB\SIMULINK environment under linear as well as nonlinear loads.
