Internet of Things (IoT) is the expansion of web administrations. Employments of new advancements in IoT condition are expanding quickly. A Smart Home is additionally one of the uses of IoT. A Smart Switchboard constrains customer’s execution in watching home settings and controlling home machines. This paper shows an approach to manage the progression of Smart Home applications by consolidating IoT with Web server and Cloud organize. The approach concentrates on: (1) implanting insight into sensors utilizing Energia stage [7]; (2) Creating collaborations with brilliant things utilizing Blynk-Cloud stage; (3) expanding information trade proficiency. At the point when these family unit gadgets in brilliant homes interface with the web utilizing legitimate design, then entire framework can be called as Smart Home in IoT condition or IoT based Smart Homes. Keen Homes contains family unit gadgets/home apparatuses could screen and control remotely. In addition, we execute three cases to show the approach's possibility and productivity, i.e., measuring home conditions, observing electrical machines, and controlling home robotization.

Open data are available from various private and public institutions in different resource formats. There are already great number of open data that are published using open data portals, where datasets and resources are mainly presented in tabular or sheet formats. However, such formats have some barriers with application developments and web standards. One of the web recommenced standards for semantic web application is RDF. There are various research efforts have been focused on presenting open data in RDF formats. However, no framework has transformed tabular open data into RDFs considering the HTML tags and properties of the resources and datasets. Therefore, a methodology is required to generate RDF resources from this type of open data resources. This methodology applies data transformations of open data from a tabular format to RDF files for the Saudi Open Data Portal. The methodology successfully transforms open data resources in sheet format into RDF resources. Recommendations and future work are given to enhance the development of building open data.

The presence of police sketcher play an important role in making investigation in purpose of making arrestment to fugitive or suspect. The lacking presence of police sketcher is making a lack in investigation process, because lack of information gathered for the further process. This limitation is overcome by developing an expert system using gadget as a helping device to making sketch, with adding sketcher knowledge. Sketching method already been used since long time in process of investigation and effective making the result. The result of expert system on case given showing the system to real object which made sketching reach 85% of accuracy level.

Detection of Moving Objects and Tracking is one of the most concerned issue and is being vastly used at home, business and modern applications. It is used to identify and track of an entity in a significant way. This paper illustrates the way to detect multiple objects using background subtraction methods and extract each object features by using Speed-Up Robust Feature algorithm and track the features through k-Nearest Neighbor processing from different surveillance videos sequentially. In the detection of object of each frame, pixel difference is calculated with respect to the reference background frame for the detection of an object which is only suitable for any ideal static condition with the consideration of lights from the environment. Thus, this method will detect the complete object and the extracted feature will be carried out for the tracking of the object in the multiple videos by one by one video. It is expected that this proposed method can commendably abolish the impact of the changing of lights

Localization is an important issue for wireless sensor networks. Target localization has attracted many researchers who work on location based services such as navigation, public transportation and so on. Localization algorithms may be performed in a centralized or distributed manner. In this paper we apply diffusion strategy to the Gauss Newton method and introduce a new distributed diffusion based target localization algorithm for wireless sensor networks. In our proposed method, each node knows its own location and estimates the location of target using received signal strength. Then, all nodes cooperate with their neighbors and share their measurements to improve the accuracy of their decisions. In our proposed diffusion based algorithm, each node can localize target individually using its own and neighbor’s measurements, therefore, the power consumption decreases. Simulation results confirm that our proposed method improves the accuracy of target localization compared with alternative distributed consensus based target localization algorithms. Our proposed algorithm is also shown that is robust against network topology and is insensitive to uncertainty of sensor nodes’ location.

Crop pest is an organism that creates damage on to the agriculture by feeding crops. The research focuses on four major types of crop pest which occurs on teff, wheat, sorghum, barley and maize these are Black tef beetles, Ageda korkur, Degeza and Yesinde Kish Kish. The aim of this paper is identification of the four types of agricultural crop pest using a computer vision technique. The image of crop pest were taken from Amhara regions of Ethiopia i.e. Adiet, Dejen, Gonder, Debremarkos (places where images were taken). In this paper, artificial neural network (ANN), a hybrid of self organizing map (SOM) with Radial basis function (RBF) and a hybrid of support vector machine (SVM) with Radial basis function (RBF) are used, and also we used Otsu and Kmeans segmentation techniques. Finally we selected Kmeans techniques for segmenting crop pest. In general, the overall result showed that using kmeans segmentation in RBF and SVM perform better than using otsu method in the other algorithm and the recognition performance of the combination of RBF (Radial basis function) and SVM (support vector machine) is 93.33%.

As a new network planning and design technique, the network simulation provides the objective and reliable reference for the network design, the network expansion, upgrade and optimization, thus the science of decision-making in network building is promoted. In this paper, we simulated campus users’ online behavior and actual network equipment operation by using OPNET, and carried on the simulation to the different scale and the different structure network, which obtained a group of simulation results. According to link utilization and end-to-end delay and other simulation results, we have analyzed the issue of influence campus network performance for designing the best network configuration, which has the important reference value for the planning and construction of the campus network. The n-ZnO/n-Si heterojunction are fabricated by depositing ZnO films on n-Si (111) films substrate using magnetron sputtering Al doped ZnO ceramic target. The structures of n-ZnO films, analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectroscopy, and the preferential orientation of the ZnO grains is observed along the (101) and (100) axis aligning with the growth direction. The photoelectric properties, charge carrier transport properties and conductive mechanism were studied by testing the I-V, C-V characteristics with illumination and without illumination. Current-voltage (I-V) measurements of n-ZnO/n-Si heterojunctions show good diode characteristics and photovoltaic effects with illumination. The forward conduction is respectively determined by carrier recombination in the space charge region, defect-assisted tunneling and exponential distribution trap-assisted space charge limited current mechanism with the increase of forward voltage. Also, a band diagram of n-ZnO/n-Si heterojunctions has been proposed to explain the transport mechanism. As the conduction band and valence band offset in the ZnO/n-Si heterojunction is too big, the current transport mechanism is dominated by the space-charge limited current (SCLC) conduction at the forward voltage exceed 0.8 V. The results suggest the existence of a large number of interface states in ZnO/n-Si heterojunction, and the interface states can be reduced and the photoelectric properties can be further improved. Echocardiography is a method of examination using high-frequency sound waves to capture images of the heart organ structure. Echocardiography video is used by a doctor to analyze heart wall cavity movements and identify heart disease. Several points of view including the long axis, the two and four cavities in the left ventricle can be used in the examination of heart function. Cardiac assessment is still performed conventionally, which requires a level of thoroughness. This research proposes a method for tracking the movement of the heart wall. In this method, the good feature was defined only in the first frame. Furthermore, the whole frame will be processed by the optical flow method. Good feature definition consists of image enhancement, segmentation and tracking processes using the optical flow. Furthermore, the calculation of contour similarity from the proposed method by forming contour manually using 24 point initialization to draw the heart cavity. The proposed method shows the calculation results with a sensitivity of 90% and an accuracy of 87.451%.
