Abstract

This article briefly elaborated the basic concepts of the probe vacillated at testing a large silicon wafer with square four point probe equipment. The importance of the micro-area’s sheet resistance is discussed and the basic principles of four point probe measurement technology are analyzed. Some factors that affect the measurement accuracy are studied, and interference can be avoided while measuring and analyzing the impact on square four point probe measurement by probe vacillate. The calculation formula of the square micro-area probe measurement is deduced when probes vacillated discretionarily. An experiment was made with a small wafer sample and accurate resistivity was gotten. The electrical resistivity is tested for another silicon wafer by a square four point probe equipment. Color Mapping graphics was designed for displaying  the micro-area resistance. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i4.2338

Abstract

Vector space model (VSM) is a common method for measuring test questions similarity in large-scale item bank system. VSM is limited in accurately representing the knowledge relationship and the potential semantic relations of different characteristic words, hence this paper proposes a method of test questions similarity measure called OVSM-TQSM which combines domain ontology and VSM. OVSM-TQSM can reveal the intrinsic relationship among words by using the constructed domain ontology which integrates with the tree structure and the graphics structure. Incorporated with eigenvectors and the weight of words in VSM, OVSM-TQSM calculates the similarity of test questions. A large number of experimental results demonstrate that the novel approach is feasible and effective. Comparing with the traditional method based on VSM, OVSM-TQSM has the advantages of higher accuracy and little unnecessary laborious pre-processing.

Abstract

INS/GPS integrated navigation system is studied in this paper for the hypersonic UAV in order to satisfy the precise guidance requirements of hypersonic UAV and in response to the defects while the inertial navigation system (INS) and the global positioning system (GPS) are being applied separately. The information of UAV including position, velocity and attitude can be obtained by using INS and GPS respectively after generating a reference trajectory. The corresponding errors of two navigation systems can be obtained through comparing the navigation information of the above two guidance systems. Kalman filter is designed to estimate the navigation errors and then the navigation information of INS are corrected. The non-equivalence relationship between the platform misalignment angle and attitude error angle are considered so that the navigation accuracy is further improved. The Simulink simulation results show that INS/GPS integrated navigation system can help to achieve higher accuracy and better anti-interference ability than INS navigation system and this system can also satisfy the navigation accuracy requirements of hypersonic UAV. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i1.4143

Abstract

Probabilistic model checking is a formal verification method, which is used to guarantee the correctness of the computer systems with stochastic behaviors. Reachability probabilities are the main class of properties that are proposed in probabilistic model checking. Some graph-based pre-computation can determine those states for which the reachability probability is exactly zero or one. Iterative numerical methods are used to compute the reachability probabilities for the remaining states. In this paper, we focus on the graph-based pre-computations and propose a heuristic to improve the performance of these pre-computations. The proposed heuristic approximates the set of states that are computed in the standard pre-computation methods. The experiments show that the proposed heuristic can compute a main part of the expected states, while reduces the running time by several orders of magnitude.

Abstract

This study presented a non-synchronized random access mechanism that supports dynamic-static spectrum. Generally, the authorized users of two networks (network A and network B) with different frequency bands communicate with each other by using static spectrum. When congestion happened, spectrum holes in their networks can be detected by the opposite networks and then utilized to communicate. Based on queuing theory and Markov transfer model, a user behavior characterized by dynamic-static spectrum access was proposed, and the feasibility of this theoretical model was validated through analog simulation. Thereafter, the theoretical parameters of system performance, like blocking possibility, forced drop-call possibility, and throughput, were measured and compared between dynamic-static mode and unconjugated mode.

Abstract

With the sustained and rapid growth of domestic fuel consumption, consumers have made more and more high demand on the service of gas station. A stable and efficient refueling system which based on IC card is developed in this paper. The main purpose of this system is to realize the communication of pos terminal and tanker efficiently through protocol conversion, and the required functions of pos terminal and tanker are also achieved. In order to monitor the gas station much more conveniently, we design a real-time monitoring front-end interface which based on Ajax technology, and we can also control the tanker through the front-end interface. A stable refueling system can improve the economic benefit and company's core competitiveness. For it can provide scientific management and effective control of money, staff, oil, oil depot, equipment and so on. So refueling system has realistic necessity and important meaning of improving the working efficiency of the gas station and reducing the operational of the various costs. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i4.4924

Abstract

This paper improves the algorithm of preamble detection in LTE system random access under the condition of high speed. Improved algorithm mainly adopts peak filter to estimate noise and to set dynamic threshold, concerning that the constrained cyclic shift ZC array used in high speed subdistrict accumulate the useful correlated energy in incoherent way in order to avoid missing condition caused by frequency offset to increase detection rate. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i8.3091

Abstract

The recent development in software engineering reveals the importance of software maintenance during the time of software development that is becoming more important in software development environment and software metrics, which are very essential for measuring the maintainability of software, software complexity, estimating size, quality and project efforts. There are various approaches through which one can estimate the software cost and predict on various kinds of deliverable items. This paper aims at developing an optimized   Neuro-PSO-based software maintainability prediction model by applying the dimensionality reduction using relief feature selection method for identifying the optimal feature subsets in order to increase the accuracy and reduce the time complexity of the prediction model. The simulation result proves the performance of the proposed model which will be more beneficial for the software developers in predicting the maintenance of the software in advance.

Abstract

In this paper, a self-rectifying memristor (SRM) model is proposed for memristive circuit simulations. This model is based on the behavior of voltage controlled, bipolar memristors that exhibit diode-like rectification behavior when reverse biased. Such unique feature can solve the sneak path problem in crossbar memristive memory structures without requiring additional cell selectors. The results show that the proposed model satisfies the basic memristor’s i-v characteristics and fits many different memristor devices adequately. The proposed model is implemented in Verilog-A so that it is conveniently incorporated into various memristor applications with different circuit simulators

Abstract

Project evaluation is always the key link of the engineering project management. Project evaluation is a complex work which involves many factors. The final evaluation result is always influenced directly by the definition of various evaluation indexes and the corresponding weight. Mainly study the judgment of the experts’ ability and the establishment of the project evaluation index system in the peer communication review, analyze deeply the engineering project review work, build a evaluation index system for the engineering project, and put forward a comprehensive evaluation method based on the matter-element and hierarchy model in the engineering project, at last, apply it in the actual project which proves the practicability of the paper’s theory. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v10i3.622
