<![CDATA[Higher education has a vital role in nation-building, it is a means to realize intellectuals in order to organize the life of an established nation. This paper aims to explore efforts to improve the quality of pesantren colleges through ISO 21001: 2018 in producing quality, skilled, and professional generations. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The informants in this study consisted of leaders, heads of institutions, and faculty leaders. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation, in order to obtain accurate information about the material being studied. The data analysis technique uses data display, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the application of ISO 21001: 2018 is capable of delivering quality administrative governance to the development and improvement of the quality of pesantren higher education. Do not forget the application of ISO is not the final step and does not automatically become a quality institution, the need for teamwork in increasing self-confidence, communication, and developing independence.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper present the Kiai in an era of disruption who is required to be involved in the world of politicians without having to reduce the counterproduction of a Kiai. This study uses the Library Research method which is based on the philosophy of postpositivism and emphasizes the ethnographic model which aims to describe cultural characteristics. Furthermore, the authors explain the implementation of the model in various disciplines. The result showed that Kiai Politicians who have great potential to bring pesantren's environment to the realm of politic's world without damaging the reputation of a Kiai himself. By this role as a politician, Kiai is required to be able to influence the community with a sincere spirit who adheres to Islamic law. This is where the role of a politician Kiai requires a circle-C formula in a Kiai Politician Personal Branding. Competency, able to improve the society's paradigm towards politician Kiai. Connectivity, the strategic rule in media education, is better monitored. Creatifity, understanding passion as an action, and Contribution is being able to control the reputation of the keys that have been built.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper intends to analyze the principal's benchmarking strategy in improving the quality of human resources at SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo in an institution, namely to develop competitiveness. The method used is a qualitative approach through case studies So that it can encourage the quality of good institutional resources. This research provides strategic implications for benchmarking institutions in order to meet the complexities of the demands of the community in Islamic boarding schools to equalize those of high schools outside the pesantren. Even higher quality. <![CDATA[This paper aims to explore the concept of curriculum management implementation in the learning of the kitab kuning at Islamic boarding schools. Through good and correct management of kitab kuning learning, it is expected that kitab kuning learning outcomes can be achieved optimally. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of library research. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The results showed that the management of the kitab kuning curriculum in pesantren was carried out in an integrated manner, because the integrated curriculum had a learning approach that allowed students, both individually and in groups to actively search, explore, and find concepts. Not to forget this integrated curriculum is a new curriculum without leaving the previous curriculum model, so that the integration of the old and new curriculum models can strengthen pesantren education as a unique, creative, and unique institution.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the analysis of the quality and quality of education in islmaic educational institutions in MAN 2 Yogyakarta. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation and documentasion. The results showed that; 1). To achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the Madrasah, the principal plays an active role in assisting and communicating to teachers and staff in realizing the vision and mission of the Madrasah by realizing knowledgeable, charitable and noble personality; 2). MAN 2 Yogyakarta has excellent academic and non-academic achievements; 3). Graduates or graduates of MAN 2 Yogyakarta are able to compete with other Madrasah to continue in Indonesia’s best universities, such as UGM, UNY, IPB, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, and Jendral Sudirman University; 4). To be a superior Madrasah, MAN 2 Yogyakarta is still not superior enought, that is because there are some facilities and infrastructure that have not been fulfilled properly.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the effectiveness of peer teaching methods through Gadged in lowering student stress levels during pandemics. The subjects of this study were 40 students who had learning stress problems. Of the 40 study subjects divided into two groups, namely, 20 experimental groups and 20 control groups. The measuring instrument used in this study is a questionnaire data with student learning stress indicators in the form of 32 statement items to determine the level of learning stress experienced by students. The questionnaire is used as a pre test and post test. Data analysis techniques used are independent techniques of sample t-test using SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of research and discussion about learning stress in students, after being treated with peer teaching method through gadgets showed that the results of the 3rd output (Paired Samples Test) on learning stress variables, obtained Sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.01 in the experiment group and 0.0400 in the control group smaller than 0.05 (0.000 0.05). So it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and H0 rejected.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to excavate the meaning and substance contained in the entire thought of Islamic boarding school and madrasah in the politic of educational in Indonesia. The method of research use bibliografic research with content analysis. The results of study revealed that Islamic boarding school and madrasah in politic of education in Indonesia experienced tremendous dynamics, especially starting from the colonial period, namely the pioneering stages of the establishment of madrasah; the old order. Islamic boarding school and madrasah are not only recognized, but also in the form of coaching and guidance; the new order, madrasah is aimed to build an intact national education system completely. Therefore, madrasah has extra burden of considerable weight, because it must provide curriculum of level public school completely, he also had to provide the essential materials of Islam that had been taught; the reformation period. Islamic boarding school and madrasah diniyah received recognition juridically; and the period after reform. Islamic boarding school and madrasah are faced with a touch of technology.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the principal's strategy in realizing superior classes at Wahid Hasyim Yogyakarta's Al-Qur'an Science High School. The superior class is given the name international class which is one of the principals' strategies to improve school quality and public trust in the institution. The emergence of superior classes as an encouragement, especially for other classes to further optimize the development of students' interests and talents. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by collecting data by observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the principal's strategy in realizing superior classes has a very large impact on the development of students' interests and talents, especially on excellent programs offered by international classes such as science, foreign languages and tahfidz. The program as an international class flagship program to be able to compete globally is proven by the achievements that have been achieved at the national and international levels]]>

<![CDATA[This paper analyzes the construction of student character education through exemplary education in elementary schools. The research approach used is a qualitative with library research. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The results showed that elementary schools are the most effective place to build student character education, considering that at this age it is a golden age, and they have a strong memory for remembering everything they see and feel. <![CDATA[This paper describes the strategies used in academic supervision in improving Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) learning. This study uses the literature method because the data obtained comes from online and offline print media with content analysis techniques. In the application of HOTS learning, not all teachers are able to carry it out perfectly, for that, coaching and training are needed first. Questioning about the development of educators, of course, cannot be separated from the role of supervisors who have the role and function of fostering teachers and controlling the learning process of students.
