Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of (1) entrepreneurship education on students' interest in entrepreneurship (2) entrepreneurial characteristics on students' entrepreneurial interests, (3) entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial characteristics on students' entrepreneurial interests. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population is all grade IX SMP EMPLOYEES Tanjung Morawa totaling 150 students. The sample is 30 students and uses proportional random sampling as a sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The results of this study (1) there is a significant influence between Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest in students (2) there is a significant effect of Entrepreneurial Characteristics on Entrepreneurial Interest in students (3) Entrepreneurship Education variables and Entrepreneurial Characteristics, together have a positive and significant to students' interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze online marketing strategies through social media used by MSMEs in OKU Regency affected by COVID-19. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study is MSMEs in OKU Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 120 samples. Interviews and documentation are data collection techniques used in this study. Researchers use data reduction methods (data reduction) in analyzing the data. This study shows that there are two kinds of online marketing strategies used, namely free and paid online marketing strategies. The results of this study indicate that the online marketing strategy through social media contributes positively to the increase in turnover. The highest increase in turnover is a strategy that uses paid social media features. Keywords: Strategy, Online Marketing, Social Media, MSMEs

Abstract

This study examines whether the variable perceived benefits of taxpayers, tax socialization and mandatory income have an effect on the ownership of a Taxpayer Identification Number. Then the data used in this study are primary data derived from questionnaires in which all questionnaires must first be tested for validity and reliability. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the study state that the variable benefits felt by taxpayers, tax socialization and taxpayer income have a significant effect on the ownership of a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

Abstract

To measure the proportion of debt and equity used as a source of company funding, it can be seen from the capital structure because the capital structure is a comparison between debt and equity. This study aims to examine the debt tax shield and non-debt tax shield on the capital structure of advertising printing media companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research approach used in this study is associative. The sample used is a saturated sample of 13 companies for the year 2017-2019. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression test of panel data model, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that partially debt tax shield and non-debt tax shield have an effect on capital structure. Then the debt tax shield and non-debt tax shield simultaneously affect the capital structure. Thus, decision makers can consider these ratios as a tool of consideration in making policies in the tax system in companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) The positive effect of brand image on brand loyalty, 2) The positive effect of brand trust on brand loyalty, 3) The positive effect of brand image on brand trust, 4) The effect of brand trust in mediating brand image on brand loyalty. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire which was distributed online via Google Form. The target population of this study is Apple iPhone smartphone users in DKI Jakarta, at least 18 years of age, and had purchased the product twice. The number of samples was determined to be 200 samples. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach using Smart PLS software. The result showed that brand image had a positive effect on brand loyalty. In addition, brand trust also had a positive effect on brand loyalty. Furthermore, brand image had a positive effect on brand trust. Lastly, brand trust mediates the effect of brand image on brand loyalty.

Abstract

The emergence of the Corporate Governance mechanism in the business world for the first time was caused by agency problems between capital owners and managers, where owners have difficulty ensuring that the funds invested are not taken over or invested in unprofitable projects so that they do not generate returns. Corporate governance is needed to unravel agency problems between fund owners and managers, besides that the implementation of Corporate Governance in every company organization turns out to have an impact on the management of financial performance and is able to affect a series of relationships between company management, the board of directors, shareholders and other stakeholders. This study uses a descriptive study method with a qualitative approach and data triangulation analysis, the results of the study explain that the importance of emphasizing the Corporate Governance system in the banking business is emphasized on several aspects, including those contained in the Indonesian Banking Good Corporate Governance guidelines issued by the Indonesian Banking Committee. The National Corporate Governance Policy in January 2004 stated that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) contains five main principles, namely openness, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness and was created to protect the interests of all interested parties.

Abstract

The growing economy is inseparable from the existence of fraud. For this reason, the services of an auditor are required to check whether the financial statements that have been prepared by the company are free from material misstatement and have been presented in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, and have reflected the actual situation or manipulation of the financial statements was found. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of professional skepticism and independence on fraud detection. The research method used in this study is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the external auditor of the Public Accounting Firm in Bandung with a sample of 38 respondents. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results showed that professional skepticism and independence effect on fraud detection.

Abstract

Customer loyalty has become primary challenge to the existing e-commerce platforms in the competitive business environment. This research aims to determine the effects of several variables related elements to increasing customer loyalty in the digitalization, such as social media marketing, online customer experience, satisfaction, and positive word of mouth. We received 252 feedbacks, then the data were analyzed by assisting PLS 3.3 Software through the technique of SEM. We found there are fifth hypothesis in line with expectation, and two of them are rejected.

Abstract

The tourism industry is one of the largest industries in the world. The tourism industry can absorb a large number of workers, be able to increase income and the economy and can make a large contribution to a country. This has prompted many countries to be interested in developing tourism as a development sector, especially for developing countries including Indonesia. As one of the largest industries in the world, tourism development is expected to be able to improve the economy so that it can improve the welfare of the people where tourism is developed. In addition, tourism can provide benefits for the preservation of nature, culture and the environment and is sustainable, such as sustainable tourism management in the Garut Regency area, precisely in the village of Rancabango. Abstract

Tourism is one type of labor-intensive industry that is able to encourage all aspects of community problems, starting from economic, social, cultural, and other aspects that affect the community. One of the developments of tourism through the concept of community base tourism (community-based tourism) is tourism development where all tourist activities take place and mingle with rural communities. Management of this form of CBT, the community will have a sense of belonging to tourist attractions both in terms of planning, management, and development. It aims to help tourists achieve satisfaction in tourism. the management of the CBT model is also able to improve the welfare of local communities in tourist attractions from various sectors. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data triangulation analysis, the results of the study explain that Suntenjaya Village, also known as Batu Loceng Village, has a relatively original tradition and culture. This condition can be observed from the structure of people's houses, typical food, agricultural systems, arts, crafts, traditions, rituals, myths, religions, and other local wisdom. This tourist village prioritizes local wisdom and teaches its people ethics and moral values ​​such as mutual cooperation, tolerance, protecting and preserving nature, and respecting their own culture by protecting nature and culture. This tourist village began to develop because of the idea of ​​the Batu Loceng kabuyutan figure. In the tourism program, tourists are invited to enjoy a variety of arts, food, performances, farming patterns, games and even the structure of the traditional house of the local community that still maintains local wisdom
