Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the influence of physical environment on emotion, satisfaction and behavioral intention of patients treated in Siloam Hospital Lippo Village. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach and an explanatory method. This study involved 100 inpatients treated in Siloam Hospital Lippo Village. The data was collected by using questionnaire processed with PLS-SEM using SmartPLS software. The results showed that physical environment has a direct positive influence on emotion and satisfaction, but does not have a direct influence on behavioral intention of patients treated in Siloam Hospital Lippo Village. This study suggests Siloam Hospital Lippo Village to keep paying attention on the physical environment of the hospital as it can affect the patient’s emotions, satisfaction and behavioral intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan pengaruh negatif stress terhadap komitmen organisasi guru di sekolah XYZ. Metode survey dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang diberikan kepada seluruh guru sekolah XYZ. Jumlah responden sebesar 42 responden. Analisis statistik menggunakan pendekatan partial least square-structural equation model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Selanjutnya, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the negative effect of job stress on organizational commitment; positive effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment; negative effect of job stress on performance; positive effect of job satisfaction on performance; positive effect of organizational commitment on performance. The target population were all 45 JBP High School teachers. The sampling technique used was saturated or census samples. The data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach using SmartPLS program. The results showed that the job stress negatively affected organizational commitment and performance. In addition, the organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive effect on performance.Keywords:  Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment,  Performance Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek negatif dari stres kerja pada komitmen organisasi; pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi; efek negatif dari stres kerja pada kinerja; efek positif kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja; efek positif dari komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja. Populasi target adalah semua 45 guru SMA JBP. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh atau sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen dan kinerja organisasi. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja.Kata Kunci:   Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Performa

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational and transactional leadership styles on the performance of Health Center or Puskesmas in Pati, Central Java. The research respondents were employees and staff at the Puskesmas 120 people and the method of data collection was by giving an electronic questionnaire to respondents who were distributed randomly in December 2019. This research analysis tool uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) LISREL program version 8.70. Based on the data analysis shows that the transformational leadership style has a positive and strongly significant effect on the performance of puskesmas employees and the transactional leadership style also has a strongly significant and positive effect on puskesmas employee performance.The research suggestion is the leadership style of the Puskesmas head should use  transactional and transfromational style  such as instruction, consultation, participation and delegation with the performance of Puskesmas staff such as attendance, cooperation, quality of work, attitudes, and knowledge about work to solve everyday problems. Puskesmas leaders must adopt a more flexible leadership style in accordance with the existing situation for better performance of Puskesmas staff.

Abstract

In today's highly competitive service world, many companies face rapid and dynamic changes, especially in the 4.0 industrial revolution. Therefore companies must focus on innovative work behavior (IWB) to gain competitive advantage. This study examines the effect of transformational leadership and company climate on work performance through innovative work behavior as mediation by taking a service company in Indonesia. Data collection methode is  simple random sampling via electronic to the population of service employees in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 1199 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Data collection techniques  using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The result of data analysis is that transformational leadership and corporate culture have positive and significant effects on work performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior has a very positive and significant effect on work performance. This new research proposes a model for building work performance among employees of transformational leadership companies and corporate culture with corporate learning as mediation

Abstract

This research attempts to identify and measure the effect of perceived organizational support and internal marketing on turnover intention with organizational commitment as moderating factor in BIPA institution through quantitative approach: PLS-SEM and path analysis. Questionnaire is used to collect data of independent variables and data collected is analyzed using SMARTPLS 3.0 program. Population of the study is taken from instructors of Wisma Bahasa. Based in Yogyakarta, areas of operation of the institution include Yogyakarta itself, Jakarta, Papua and recently Bali. Data collection is conducted through the use of digital questionnaire Google Form distributed to 48 subjects. Statistical analysis using PLS-SEM employs Path Analysis method comprising of 2 phases, namely outer model and inner model. Outer model consists of validity and reliability testing, and inner model focuses on hypothesis testing. The result of the study shows that while Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Commitment affects Turnover Intention negatively, or in other words suppresive the intention, Internal Marketing does not. In the case of Wisma Bahasa, it appears that Turnover Intention remains to exist despite the institution?s effort to promote Internal Marketing. Abstract

This study intended to determine the impact of motivation, discipline, job satisfaction to performance of women lecturers of PH private university. The background of this study because women lecturers who have motivation, discipline, job satisfaction is expected to show their best performance. The study was conducted with quantitative methods, using questionnaires with five Likert scales distributed to 100 women lecturer from PH private university. Respondents had worked for at least two years as a permanent employee. This study used convenience random sampling and SEM PLS for data processing purpose. The results showed that motivation, discipline, job satisfaction have a positive effect on the performance of women lecturer PH university. The research is expected to provide input for the university to manage performance through motivation, discipline, job satisfaction of women lecturer
