Abstract

This study examines the factors which link learning outcomes, creative product and entrepeneurship. The purpose of this research is to understand the significance of the influence of learning creativity and learning independence with learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial products at public high vocational school. The number of samples of this research is 131 respondents. It was taken using simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique which has been used in this research is multiple linear regression. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 63.008 + 0.160 X1 + 0.132 X2. From the results of the simultaneous significance test (Test F) produces Fcount> Ftable, namely 100.183> 3.066, so it can be concluded that the regression equation is significant. Then the T- test was performed and the resulting Y on X1 tcount = 7.844 and t table = 1.65685, Y on X2 tcount = 6.315 and t table = 1.65685. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient is positive and significant. The coefficient of Y determination on X1 and X2 is 0.610 which indicates that 61.0% of the learning outcome variable is determined by learning creativity and learning independence. Based on the results of the research, teachers and students should pay attention to the factors of learning creativity and learning independence as consideration in applying learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial products, because these variables have a significant positive effect on learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial products.Penelitian ini mengkaji factor-faktor yang menghubungkan hasil belajar Produk Kreaktif dan Kewirausahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh Kreativitas Belajar dan Kemandirian Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Produk Kreaktif dan Kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional, populasi diambil dari seluruh siswa SMK Negeri Jakarta. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 131 responden diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Tehnik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Ŷ = 63,008 + 0,160 X1 + 0,132 X2. Dari hasil uji signifikansi simultan (Uji F) menghasilkan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 100,183 > 3,066, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Kemudian dilakukan uji t dan dihasilkan Y atas X1 thitung = 7,844 dan ttabel = 1,65685, Y atas X2 thitung = 6,315 dan ttabel = 1,65685. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasinya adalah positif dan signifikan. Koefisien determinasi Y atas X1 dan X2 diperoleh sebesar 0,610 yang menunjukkan bahwa 61,0% variabel hasil belajar ditentukan oleh kreativitas belajar dan Kemandirian Belajar.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, guru dan siswa ada baiknya memperhatikaan faktor-faktor kreativitas belajar dan Kemandirian Belajar sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam mengaplikasikan hasil belajar produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan, karena variabel ini secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Activities and student learning outcomes by applying a group investigation learning model. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Senori. The subjects of this study were class VII students in the 2019/2020 school year. The results of this study obtained data that teacher activity has increased namely in the first cycle 45.45%, the second cycle 70.45%, and the third cycle 81.81%. Student activity has increased namely in the first scilus by 44.93%, cycle II by 52.07%, and cycle III by 68.31% and student learning outcomes also increased by 62.83% and 72.90% for the first scilus , the second cycle was 71.22% and 75.96%, the third cycle was 72% and 78.06%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the Group Investigation learning model can increase the activities and social learning outcomes of VII students grade of SMPN 1 Senori in the 2019/2020 school year.Aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran group investigation. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Senori. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh data bahwa Aktivitas guru mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 45,45%, siklus II sebesar 70,45%, dan siklus III sebesar 81,81%. Aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada skilus I sebesar 44,93%, siklus II sebesar 52,07%, dan siklus III sebesar 68,31% dan Hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada skilus I sebesar 62,83% dan 72,90%, siklus II sebesar 71,22% dan 75,96%, siklus III sebesar 72% dan 78,06%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Group Investigation dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Senori tahun ajaran 2019/2020.

Abstract

Nature is a theme that is always present in the development of art in the world, both Western and Asian arts, such as China and Indonesia. The visualization can be a literal or abstract representation. Nature can be an additional element to a painting to convey depth, or perspective. However, the depiction of nature in a painting can also be the main focus of a work of art. In Indonesia itself, there is an Art Village, precisely Jelekong Art Village, where hundreds of people work as painters and some have made nature the main focus of their work. The uniqueness of the Jelekong painter's work lies in the method used and the materials used. So that the authors are interested in further researching the uniqueness of this Jelekong technique. The purpose of this research is to examine the comparison of natural visualization techniques and aspects of Jelekong painting which represent nature in terms of methods and materials. The samples in this study were paintings by Jelekong artists and Western artists. The qualitative descriptive method is considered the most appropriate for analyzing Jelekong painting. The result of this research is that the superiority of the art technique of Ugong painting is the sponge technique created by one of its residents. This technique can create shadow, middle tone, and highlight in a painting. Jelekong's paintings can become the identity of the community in cultivating the local potential of the region

Abstract

Performance achievement is the result of work that has been achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties and functions. Performance can be a measure of the success of a regional apparatus or agency in carrying out its duties and functions. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out an apparatus performance appraisal, this assessment is intended to see whether the work results of the apparatus are in accordance with what is expected. One of the problems that occurs in the Regional Human Resources Development Agency is the slow service provided by the apparatus, one of the causes is that sometimes they do not follow the service procedures that have been set, such as not meeting complete requirements, and sometimes there are several letter services that require signature from the Head of the Agency so that when the Head of the Agency is not at the place of an affair, he must wait for the signature of the Head of the Agency so that the service is a little slow and other problems are due to no delegation. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Public Service at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency. To achieve this goal, the method used in this research is qualitative. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The data sources used are primary and secondary data.In this study, the conclusion is that the performance of the state civil apparatus in public services is generally good and is heading to a better level. Based on the performance indicators used, it can be said that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus is quite good. Kinerja dapat menjadi sebuah ukuran keberhasilan suatu perangkat daerah atau instansi dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penilaian kinerja aparatur, penilaian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat apakah hasil kerja dari aparatur sudah sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Salah satu masalah yang terjadi di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah yaitu Lambatnya pelayanan yang diberikan aparatur, salah satu penyebabnya yaitu yang terkadang tidak mengikuti prosedur pelayanan yang telah ditetapkan, seperti tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang lengkap, dan terkadang ada beberapa pelayanan surat yang diperlukan tanda tangan dari Kepala Badan sehingga pada saat Kepala Badan tidak ada ditempat suatu urusan tersebut harus menunggu tanda tangan Kepala Badan sehingga pelayanan sedikit lambat serta masalah yang lainnya karena tidak ada pendelegasian. Adapun Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Dalam Pelayanan Publik di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kulitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kinerja Aparatur sipil negara dalam Pelayanan Publik secara umum dapat dikatakan baik dan sedang menuju pada level yang lebih baik lagi. Berdasarkan indikator kinerja yang digunakan dapat dikatakan bahwa kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara sudah cukup baik. Namun sedikit banyaknya aparatur harus lebih membenahi dan lebih meningkatkan lagi kinerjanya dalam pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS pada pokok bahasan aktivitas manusia dalam memenuhi kebutuhan kelas VII SMP Taruna Kedungadem tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar IPS Kelas VII SMP Taruna Kedungadem hal ini dilihat dari pengujian hipotesis dimana diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) ≤ 0,05 yaitu, 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Sehingga dapat dikatakan Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak.

Abstract

The dominance of men still remains in school management positions even though the phenomenon of the proportion of women achieving leadership roles continues to increase. The aim of this study is to describe women's leadership management by observing women's leadership behavior in schools. This type of qualitative research applies observation, interviews and documentation when providing data. The results showed (1) Planning to improve the quality of education based on the vision, mission, which is arranged accordingly directions from the Head of the West Kutai Regency Education Office; (2) Organizing institutions is carried out responsibly, creating a conducive school climate. (3) Monitoring system for teacher activities, student learning outcomes through academic supervision; (4) The SMPN 4 activity evaluation system involves parents by consensus.Dominasi laki-laki masih bertahan pada posisi manajemen sekolah meskipun fenomena proporsi perempuan mencapai peran kepemimpinan terus meningkat..Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan manajemen kepemimpinan perempuan dengan mengamati perilaku kepemimpinan perempuan di sekolah. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menerapkan observasi , wawancara dan dokumentasi saat penyediaan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Perencanaan peningkatan mutu pendidikan berdasarkan visi, misi, yang disusun sesuai arahan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kutai barat; (2) Pengorganisasian lembaga dilaksanakan secara tanggung jawab , menciptakan iklim sekolah yang kondusif. (3) Sistem monitoring aktivitas guru , hasil belajar siswa melalui supervisi akademik ; (4) Sistem evaluasi aktivitas SMPN 4 melibatkan orang tua secara mufakat.

Abstract

“Men Coblong” are 58’s of manuscript essays written by Oka Rusmini in the Bali Post and continued on balebengong.id with various themes. The purpose of this research is to find out the moral messages related to the phenomenon of education in Indonesia which is experienced by the character based on the 3  selected essays. The method chosen is a study of literary phenomenology with a character education approach. The result is that there is character education based on the phenomena experienced by the character in relation to honesty, tolerance, and family education. The research implication is that the reader takes the implicit moral based on the character's experience.“Men Coblong” merupakan naskah 58 esai yang ditulis Oka Rusmini di Bali Post dan dilanjutkan di balebengong.id dengan tema yang beragam. Tujuan penelitiannya adalah untuk mengetahui pesan moral berkaitan dengan fenomena pendidikan di Indonesia yang dialami oleh sang tokoh berdasarkan 3 esai yang dipilih. Metode yang dipilih adalah kajian fenomenologi sastra dengan pendekatan pendidikan karakter. Hasilnya adalah terdapat pendidikan karakter berdasarkan fenomena yang dialami oleh sang tokoh berkaitan dengan kejujuran, toleransi, dan pendidikan keluarga. Implikasi penelitiannya adalah pembaca mengambil moral tersirat berdasarkan pengalaman sang tokoh.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini tentang Pendampingan Pelatihan Pengolahan Wadi Pindang pada ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga di Jalan Hiu Putih, Kota Palangka Raya, adalah salah satu kegiatan ABDIMAS Program Pascasarjana, Universitas Palangka Raya yang memanfaatkan ikan patin untuk dijadikan Wadi, makanan fermentasi tradisional yang sehat dan bergizi dar Kalimantan Tengah. Wadi ini diolah secara alami dan tidak menggunakan bahan pengawet. Rata-rata penyimpanan wadi agar siap saji minimal dilakukan selama 7 hari dan kemudian dikemas rapi dalam boks-boks siap jual melalui media online sebagai salah satu media bantu pemasaran ke konsumen di saat pandemi Covid 19. Mitra Bina Keluarga Remaja sangat berperan dalam memberikan motivasi dan semangat juang tinggi kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga di lingkungan Jalan Hiu Putih agar selalu survive dan semangat. Luaran dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini berupa publikasi jurnal, publikasi media massa, dan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu referensi mata kuliah, diantaranya adalah: Kewirausahaan dan Social Entrepreneurship, Andragogi dalam Pendidikan Masyarakat, Kajian Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Daerah Gambut dan Aliran Sungai (DAS).

Abstract

Ruang lingkup IPS adalah kehidupan sosial manusia di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, masyarakat inilah yang menjadi sumber utama IPS. Aspek kehidupan sosial apapun yang kita pelajari, apakah itu hubungan sosial, ekonomi, budaya, kejiwaan, sejarah, geografi, ataupu politik, bersumber dari masyarakat. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu pendekatan filsafat yang akan memberikan suatu pembelajaran yang modern tidak konvensional seperti pendekatan konstruktivisme. Guru disini tidak lagi menduduki tempat sebagai pemberi ilmu. Tidak lagi sebagai satu-satunya sumber belajar. Namun guru lebih diposisikan sebagai fasiltator yang memfasilitasi siswa untuk dapat belajar dan mengkonstruksi pengetahuannya sendiri. Dengan penggabungan pembelajaran IPS yang menggunakan pendekatan Konstruktivisme diharapkan mampu menjadikan peserta didik menjadi warga negara yang demokratis, bertanggung jawab, serta warga dunia yang cinta damai
