Abstract

Cyber ??security issues began to emerge along with advances in the field of information technology and the rapid increase in internet use. However, the greater the need for the internet in the daily activities of the world community, the more potential international security threats arise from activities within the cyber scope. Given the "borderless" nature of cybercrime, it is necessary to deal with other countries. Indonesia's participation in ADMM-Plus illustrates Indonesia's efforts to achieve national interests, namely cyber security through the external environment. This study aims to discuss Indonesia's defense diplomacy in achieving cyber security through ADMM-Plus 2014-2019. By using defense diplomacy theory and qualitative methods, this research illustrates that Indonesia's diplomacy in ADMM-Plus is still at an early stage, so it is difficult to say that the diplomacy has not been maximized. However, the presence of ADMM-Plus has a positive impact on Indonesia, especially in terms of cyber security.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted elections in various countries, decreased voter participation, and increased the potential for virus transmission that threatens public health—one of the countries holding elections during the Covid-19 pandemic in South Korea. In contrast to most other election organizing countries during the pandemic, the South Korean Legislative Election in 2020 became a legislative election with the highest turnout of voters reaching 66.2 percent. The election was won by the Democratic People's Party of Korea as the party that carries President Moon Jae-in. This study discusses the effect of the four-pronged strategy used by President Moon Jae-in in tackling Covid-19 on the victory of the Democratic People's Party of Korea. This study will also discuss the high civic duty of the South Korean community, which affects the high turnout of voters, regardless of elections held during a crisis. This study finds that despite the poor assessment of economic policies, foreign relations, and political scandals in the administration of President Moon Jae-in, crises are considered to have higher urgency and become the main indicator of a society in conducting retrospective assessments. This is supported by the public’s views, who view the Covid-19 pandemic as a national crisis, and participating in elections is considered a form of nation-saving duty. The high voter turnout and the effectiveness of the four-pronged strategy affected the victory of the Democratic People's Party of Korea in the 2020 South Korean Legislative Elections.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media and Event Marketing on the Buying Interest of fashion products. The method used is quantitative, correlation looks for the relationship between variables. In this study, the population is Pyukanau Official Instagram followers, totaling 544 using the Slovin formula, 100 respondents are needed. Sampling using purposive probability sampling technique by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The results of testing using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26.0 are R2 value 0.867 and R2 coefficient 0.752 or 75.2%. Social media has an effect on buying interest with a t value of 4,697 > t table 1,984, event marketing has an effect on buying interest with a t value of 5,824 > t table 1,984, and simultaneously between social media (X1), event marketing (X2), there is an influence significant positive on buying interest (Y) at Pyukanau Official with a value of Sig 0.000b (p < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to design an alternative strategy that should be used by CV Racun Cinta in winning the fashion business competition, especially clothing distribution, by first assessing the internal and external factors that affect the business of CV Racun Cinta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunity, threats). The results of this IE (Internal-External) study indicate that the position of CV Racun Cinta is in cell 1, which is growing and building with an alternative, intensive strategy and integrative strategy. Furthermore, using Porter's Five Forces Analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to harmonization of halal in countries in ASEAN. This is done by stating several things, including: Analyzing halal practice standards in ASEAN countries, Aligning halal standards between ASEAN and developing AQRF on halal management. This study uses a qualitative method. The philosophical world view in this study is more attached to a pragmatic world view, this world view is based on applications and solutions to existing problems (Patton in Cresswell, 1990). From the point of view of research design, the researcher uses a case study design, the researcher develops an in-depth analysis of a case, program, event, activity, or process in one or more individuals. In the case study design approach, the researcher limits time and activities. Information collection is carried out by various data collection procedures. Data collection techniques used in this study are; 1. Interviews, 2. Content-relevant analysis of documents, 3. Round table. Based on the results that have been obtained that Indonesia has the ability to carry out production procedures that are guaranteed halal from each process. However, a thorough halal audit needs to be carried out consistently. This is supported by research conducted by Hudaefi & Jaswir (2019) that Indonesia with the largest Muslim population in Indonesia has become a leader in the world halal industry (Detik Finance, 2011; Republika, 2010; Safari, 2018; Satria, 2012).

Abstract

E-commerce is an important pillar of the digital economy; Its mainly based on information technology, which is credited with creating a realistic and tangible e-commerce presence. E-commerce is one of the modern tools that has made a significant contribution to changing the future of commerce, facilitating the process of buying and selling electronically, increasing company efficiency, strengthening competitive position and marketing products electronically. The importance of research: The importance of knowing the realities of e-commerce as a cornerstone of the contemporary digital economy, as it contributes significantly to changing the future of commerce and facilitating the process of buying and selling electronically. This study aims to highlight this topic, as the number of authors is small and Arabic references are scarce. Abstract

This study attempts to describe the descriptive deconstruction of the title of a scientific article whose text is derived from the conversion of research reports. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a propositional analysis model. Proposition analysis is an analytical model that seeks to dissect the structure of the language based on the structure outside the language. Therefore, this field of study is included in the field of psycholinguistic studies because it raises language problems based on human psychological elements. In this study, it is known that research reports and scientific articles have different reader objectives. Each has a different motive of interest. Research reports have expository motifs with specific audiences, such as leaders or related stakeholders. For this reason, the description and presentation are detailed and detailed. While scientific articles emphasize the informative side with the general target audience; academics, experts, and society in general. Because of this difference, the use of titles needs to be distinguished even though they have the same essence. This is because, by selecting the appropriate title, it is expected to increase the visitation and readability of the scientific article. One of the efforts that can be done is to diathesis deconstruct the research title. This diathesis deconstruction is based on a propositional analysis that looks at the structure of the proposition, the meaning of the predicator, and the role of the argument in the research title, which is then deconstructed by considering the construction of the previous diathesis.

Abstract

Companies in doing marketing need proper strategy so as to be firms operating in the fields of services of non-services develop and occupying a position is best to maximize resources. Marketing mix is marketing strategy used by PD Karya Bearing Motor in developing their business, covering product, price, place and promotion. The implementation of marketing mix and relationship marketing activity can support the development of each other all of the company business. In its implementation PD Karya Bearing Motor has implemented the mix marketing strategy in the marketing of spareparts motor vehicle although there are still not maximum such as the implementation of the high promotion only rely on word of mouth and system users online that has not yet been optimized used. In their relation marketing PD Karya Bearing Motor to provide the best service and supplies, the factors that must be taken care of by the company in relationship marketing is the belief, commitment, communication and the handling of conflict. These factors have applied. PD Karya Bearing Motor in enhancing good relations with customers. This methodology applied qualitative research methodology approach a case study. The purpose of this research is wanting to know how the implementation of marketing mix and relationship marketing at PD Karya Bearing Motor. The result is PD Karya Bearing Motor marketing continue to grow as proven from customers using the product PD Karya Bearing Motor already reached to Sulawesi, PD Karya Bearing Motor to provide Products and services tried to satisfy customers, In the hope of PD Karya Bearing Motor product can serve or reach the whole country and international.

Abstract

Flexible work arrangements have become a new thing in government agencies due to the Covid-19 pandemic. So this study was conducted to see the effect of flexible work arrangements on work life balance, job satisfaction and employee performance in government agencies, especially the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. And by considering the mediating factor of job satisfaction in the relationship of flexible work arrangements with work-life balance and the relationship of flexible work arrangements with employee performance. This research is a quantitative research by conducting an online survey. Respondents in this study were employees of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, especially at the central level as many as 222 employees. The research hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a significant effect between flexible work arrangements, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Job satisfaction also has a significant effect on work-life balance and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction was found to be a mediator between the effects of flexible work arrangements and work-life balance, and flexible work arrangements and employee performance.

Abstract

An attempt to utilize marine areas based on Law no. 32 in 2004, it concerns about the Regional Government which contains the regional authority to manage their marine areas. Such authority is as stated in Article 18 paragraph (1), “they are; exploration, exploitation, conservation and marine management”. In order for regional autonomy to have a positive impact on the management of coastal/marine areas, it requires a commitment from the local government and the community in managing the marine sector in their jurisdiction to gain added value or a strategic role on an ongoing basis. Law No. 32 in 2004 has been changed to Law no. 23 in 2014, Article 14 paragraph (6).
