Abstract

Regional languages in Indonesia have their own differences both in terms of morphology and dialect, such as the Minang language in West Sumatra, the Batak language in North Sumatra, the Sundanese language in West Java and also the Rejang language in Bengkulu. Each province is certain to have its regional language dictionary in the form of a printed book, but not necessarily a digital dictionary. In the current era of computer technology, it is very important to build a language translation application. So that it can make it easier for the community, especially the Indonesian people, to communicate between one person and another with a different regional language. Therefore, building a digital dictionary is the main requirement as a source of supporting data used by language translation applications. In Bengkulu, there is currently no digital dictionary for Rejang, nor is there an application for translating Rejang to Indonesian or vice versa. Meanwhile, to build a language translator application, a left corner parsing algorithm is needed. The left corner parsing algorithm is a combination of two algorithms, namely the top down parsing algorithm and the bottom up parsing algorithm. This algorithm's task is to check each word in a sentence, then match a grammar pattern to the results of the inspection. This inspection process will become a word checker. Rejang language is a regional language used by approximately 500,000 native speakers who live in Rejang Lebong Regency and the surrounding areas in Bengkulu Province and South Sumatra Province. Basically, the Rejang language belongs to the Malay or Indonesian language family. The Rejang language not only has a structured morphology but also a script, namely the Kaganga script. Until now there has been no research examining the Rejang language regarding the Rejang language information system based on natural language processing (NLP) in Bengkulu province for the preservation of local culture. The result of this research is a Rejang language information system application that displays information about digital dictionaries, translators and Rejang cultural information that is useful for the people of Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

The information system website on mahasiswa.pkkb.ac.id is a crucial platform for students to access academic information, class schedules, and other educational resources. Evaluating the User Experience (UX) of such a website's information system is a critical step in enhancing the quality of online educational services. In this research, the researcher utilized the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method to measure the UX on the mahasiswa.pkkb.ac.id student information website. The research was conducted at Kartini Bali Health Polytechnic with 63 student respondents who are currently active academically. The results of evaluating user experience using the UEQ method for each aspect are evaluated as follows: 4,444 attractiveness points are rated 1,513, clarity is rated 1,341, effectiveness is rated 1,488, reliability is rated 1,488 was rated 1,409, stimulation was rated 1,552 and novelty was rated 1,115. This shows that all aspects of the value user experience received positive ratings. The outcomes of this study demonstrate that the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) is an effective method for assessing and measuring the User Experience (UX) of the mahasiswa.pkkb.ac.id student information website, and the resulting improvement recommendations can serve as the foundation for future developments in enhancing online educational services.

Abstract

Nowadays, businesses buying and selling used goods are popping up because of government programs to reduce waste, resulting in an increase in demand for used goods for the recycling process. From the business process of selling used goods, it takes quite a long time to wait for people to buy used goods, so the goods require a lot of space to store them, these used goods can also make the house dirty and can cause disease. Meanwhile, collectors also have to wait for used goods from scavengers to meet a certain amount so they can be sent to buyers, thus causing suboptimal business processes. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of the Android-based E-Rongsok application to simplify and speed up the process of buying and selling junk. The research method used in this research goes through several stages, namely preliminary research, system analysis, system design, system development and system testing. From the results of the research carried out, using this application can speed up and make it easier for people to sell junk goods, so that they don't pile up at home, speed up and make it easier for collectors to collect scrap so they can increase deliveries to the recycling industry, notify them via real-time notifications to collectors. The closest thing is if there are people who sell junk goods.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a system that can assist the community, especially in the Pemalang region, in facilitating the management of construction workforce services and reducing unemployment in the surrounding areas. The specific focus of this study will be on the community in the Pemalang region. Currently, in Pemalang, the majority of the population still seeks construction labor services through manual methods, such as visiting service providers at their residences to offer jobs. Most people rely solely on personal connections. Consequently, if a service provider is already engaged in another project, customers may struggle to find an alternative. Meanwhile, there are many unemployed service providers outside the community seeking job opportunities. Additionally, some individuals feel that the wages for these workers are either insufficient or too high, necessitating negotiations for mutually agreed-upon compensation. The proposed construction workforce management system aims to create an application that assists the community in searching for services, negotiating terms, and estimating incurred expenses. For service searches, the system will enable users to search based on skills and location, allowing customers to find service providers according to the required expertise and in nearby areas to minimize transportation costs. Negotiations can be conducted remotely to determine prices and required departure times. Customers can also calculate costs to estimate their future expenditures. Service providers can upload their services for visibility, facilitating job acquisition and ultimately reducing unemployment.

Abstract

Sabda Rattan Furniture & Crafts is a furniture shop that sells various rattan and bamboo craft products. The shop operates in the rattan and furniture craft industry. The shop is located at Jl. Ahmad Jazuli No.21, Kotabaru, Kec. Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta City, Yogyakarta Special Region. The development of increasingly sophisticated technology has made competition in the rattan craft business increasingly fierce, especially competition in marketing products. The promotional media used by the Sabda rattan furniture & craft shop still uses paper containing 2-dimensional images of rattan craft products so it is less interactive and interesting. Based on these problems, this research builds a new promotional media using Augmented Reality technology. This technology can display models of rattan craft products in 3 dimensions using Android. MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) is a method used in software development. The final result of this research is an application that can display rattan craft models in 3 dimensions by scanning markers or without markers with the help of an Android smartphone.

Abstract

Sanika, is a Muslim clothing store in Kaligondang Village, Purbalingga Regency. Currently, product marketing uses Whatsapp Group which makes it less effective because potential customers must join the group to get information and place orders. To improve efficiency, this project develops mobile-based applications with REST API technology, which is a link between the admin system and the application system. In the development stages using the ADDIE method is a method used in system development. In this method there are five different steps, which begin with Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, so that the stages of work become directed and smooth. The final result of this research is an application that can display a product catalog and can place orders by customers by selecting products directly on the application display, thereby increasing customer experience and efficiency in ordering a product.

Abstract

In an increasingly connected world of information technology, the use of digital solutions to address records management challenges is becoming increasingly important, including in the context of notary offices. Anita Hiramayani Notary Office is one of the leading notary offices operating in Tambun sub-district, the main problem identified is the difficulty of finding data within a certain period of time. Where administrative staff have to spend a long time to track and find the necessary data in piles of various excel files and worksheets. To overcome this problem, Notary Anita Hiramayani's office needs to implement a website-based records management application with the application of the Rapid Application Development algorithm. The results of the research after the implementation of a website-based records management application, show that the application can overcome the problems of records management faced by the notary office can increase efficiency in making reports and the effectiveness of legal services provided by the notary office

Abstract

Zakat is part of a person's assets, which according to Islam, if the assets exceed the nishab limit, the owner is obliged to hand them over to someone who has the right to receive them under certain conditions or is called mustahiq zakat. To determine zakat mustahiq, BAZNAS Solok City collects data on prospective zakat recipients and determines mustahiq based on criteria determined manually. Therefore, through this research, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Product (WP) methods are used to determine mustahiq zakat so that it can help BAZNAS Solok City in making decisions. There are five criteria used, residence status, monthly income, employment status, number of dependents, and monthly expenses. Monthly income is a cost criterion and the other is a profit criterion. After carrying out calculations using both methods, ranking results were obtained from prospective zakat recipients (mustahiq). In the SAW Method, the first ranking results were obtained for the fourth (A4) and ninth (A9) recipient candidates, as well as in the WP Method. However, there is a difference in ranking between third and fourth. It can be seen that the SAW and WP methods provide almost the same ranking results, but there are differences in several ranking orders even though the best rankings are in the same alternative. Through the sensitivity test, the results were obtained that the WP method has a higher sensitivity than the SAW method, that is 4,14% > 3,17%, so it can be concluded that the WP method is better used as decision support by decision makers, is BAZNAS Solok City.

Abstract

The library serves as a literacy center for students, where it is expected to have adequate facilities and infrastructure for visitors. In the current digital era, the management and recording no longer rely on handwritten books, leading to discrepancies in bookkeeping and other records. The web-based library system at MTs Negeri 3 Magelang was initially created to assist librarians in addressing challenges and issues arising from manual recording. However, the features of the system have not fully optimized user needs. Therefore, a thorough evaluation is needed to identify user needs related to recording. In response, a redesign was carried out using the design thinking method to better meet the needs of users for the Library System at MTs Negeri 3 Magelang. The results of usability testing using the Single Ease Question (SEQ) method, with an average ranging from 6.5 to 7, indicate that the prototype of the Library System at MTs Negeri 3 Magelang has achieved a good level of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Abstract

Members of the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat Council carry out their official travel duties out of town, then it is the duty of honorary employees to make official travel orders. The North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat also has an information system for arranging official travel. Namely the SIJADIN system, but this system is still Web-based where the author makes innovations so that the system is redesigned using Android. The author created the same information system but with complete features. This information system was designed using Mobile programming. It is hoped that this information system will help North Sumatra Province DPRD Secretariat employees to make official travel orders effectively and efficiently. In the problem above, the author created a system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method is used because the application being designed is structured in stages and the development process does not take much time and the results of the software being developed can be known without waiting a long time because the work is carried out in divided into stages, it is hoped that the application design can make employee performance efficient in making SPPD applications.
