Abstract

Devotion to the community was an integral part of tri dharma higher education institutes which in its implementation cannot be separated from two dharma a dream and the other , as well as involving he utterly destroyed all the sivitas its products: he got from his lecturers , what the students are , of teaching staff as well as alumni .Through pkm academic sivitas can attend in tengah- heart of communities . See the campus that does away with the location Posyantek Setu , Tangerang Selatan, and so are mandatory for pamulang university ( Unpam ) to participate in help various problems that are faced by the good close or far away. The science of financial growth management especially financial management about the way find out about the management of the funds systematically, so that financial management is not only mastery of a collection of knowledge but also by is the process of discovery. What problems arose that is they did not the media that is adequate to explain a concept, Learning that effective. But most schools is still feeling a lack of facilities and infrastructures are. There are still quite information is. This will make it tougher for masyrakat in understanding the concept of, so to be an instructor should look to be creative and innovative. The result of the activities of its service is the citizen as well as the caretaker posyantek financial management that the problem is very important and is far from expected. The caretaker posyantek also find as much financial problems must be improved especially about how to get funds and also the most difficult too how to use the funds that there could be used effectively and efficiently. The obstacles faced on both posyantek managers and residents are unable to exploit existing conditions to use the funds available and have no further a partner of funding to run a business which is run wheels.Keywords: Effective, efficient, and financial management.

Abstract

One of the serious problems faced by the South Tangerang City Government today is waste management. According to the Tangsel City DKPP, the volume of waste is 800 tons or around 3,600 cubic meters per day. Until now, the community's waste management system is carried out with a 3R (Reduce-Reuse-Recycle) system in 49 TPS-3Rs that are spread out in every district in the South Tangerang area. The problem at this time is that some of the TPS-3R have not yet operated optimally, so the volume of waste transported to the Cipeacang TPA is still high. Management of waste into energy based on Local Waste Management Sites (TOSS) through a collaboration between STT-PLN and ITI was developed to process waste that produces pellets as an energy raw material that can be used for cooking (special stoves), processing it in a gasifier machine to get gas (syngas) ) which can be consumed by household or electricity generator raw materials. At present trials of the application of TOSS are conducted in several TPS-3Rs in Setu and Pamulang Districts. The series of activities carried out include training and mentoring processing of waste (various types of waste) into pellets, design, manufacture and testing of pellet-fueled stoves, as well as the design, manufacture and testing of gasifier machines to produce gas (syngas) which is distributed to households. The implementation of a TOSS-based waste management system is expected to be able to solve the waste problem in South Tangerang City and get added value through the conversion of waste into energy that can be utilized by the community.Keywords: garbage, TPS-3R, local waste management (TOSS), waste pellets, South Tangerang City

Abstract

Clean and healthy life behavior is a habit of community behavior in daily life as one of the efforts to prevent various cases of the spread of disease in the community life. For example cases of dengue fever which experienced a pretty drastic surge in the city of Depok, where from 75 cases of dengue fever on January 1, 2019 increased to 506 patients with dengue fever in the period January 1-31, 2019. The purpose of doing community service in RW 05 Mekarjaya sub-district Sukmajaya District Depok City is to provide understanding to the community members about the importance of making a clean and healthy lifestyle management plan in order to improve the level of public health. The method used in in community service activities uses a survey method by looking at some samples and phenomena that occur in RW 05 environment. From the analysis it is known that there asre still some clean and healthy living behaviors that have not been applied from the ten indicators used as benchmarks. Besides that there is still a lack of awareness of the community members about the importance of applying clean and healthy living behaviors in daily life in the community.Key words: Management, Plan, Behavior, PHBS, Indicator

Abstract

Community service activities aimed at strengthening the institutional village tourism in branding tourist destinations. The pre-service survey at the beginning of the series of activities founded that at the location of the partner villages: the skills and education of the group and the management of tourism awareness were minimal; lack of awareness of the location's residents of the importance of developing sustainable protected forest areas; partners who are still minimal to participate in developing tourist destinations and the low cost of Bantul regency for special tourism promotion. Another challenge was that ecotourism development requires creativity and innovation, cooperation and promotion as well as good coordination and marketing. Regional-based tourism development spurred the involvement of regional and local community elements. Community service activities aimed to improve the ability of partners in managing the potential of ecotourism, especially related to the branding of tourist destinations, which increases the income of partners. The approach taken in the action program are 1) the Rural Appraisal Participatory Model (PRA); 2) Entrepreneurship Capacity Building (ECB) Model. The implementation of community service programs received a good response from partners shown by the presence and participation during the IT assessment and training took place, the Partner realized the importance of efforts to strengthen partner institutions so as to develop tourism business networks efficiently and optimally, becoming more resilient amid competition for similar tourism products. Partners increasingly realized the importance of branding in the tourism industry as an easy way for consumers to identify, build perceptions and values, set quality and standards that are easily managed, increase demand for local products that will indirectly impact the economy of surrounding communities and increase economies of scale.Keywords: institutional strengthening, branding, tourist destinations; network, ecotourism, tourism.

Abstract

Untung Jawa Village, DKI Jakarta is one of the tourist destinations of both local and international tourists in the Administrative District of the Thousand Islands District. As a tourist attraction, Untung Jawa Island cannot be separated from the problem of garbage or waste, one of which is the waste is in the form of a plastic bottle for drinks. The Industrial Engineering Study Program, Pamulang University, in its Community Service activities, carries out the activities of utilizing plastic bottles to become science learning media or interactive science in the form of water rocket props. The water rocket props not only enhance the understanding of scientific phenomena related to Newton's Law but can also open up opportunities for students to take part in regional, national and international water rocket competitions. Untung Jawa Village Community, Untung Jawa residents of DKI Jakarta who participated in the program of developing plastic bottle waste utilization as many as 45 participants and gave positive responses to interactive science learning media as many as 30 participants (66%), interested in regional competitions 26 participants (58%), interested international competition 15 participants (33%), and interested in applying the science learning media + competition 9 participants (20%)Keywords: plastic bottle waste, science learning media, water rocket

Abstract

The purpose of community service carried out by the UNS Team was to assist Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), especially Wayan Rotan SME and Tiga Warna Rotan SME in order to increase the sale of rattan products to exports. The problem faced by the two SMEs is the sale of rattan products that have not been optimal because the marketing methods carried out are still conventional. The methods used in implementing this activity are: the procurement of online marketing facilities, including notebooks, and modems, making websites as a means of online marketing, and conducting training related to online marketing. Abstract

The contribution of creative SMEs to GDP has not been optimal, only around 7.44% in 2016 and 7.41% in 2018. One of the contributing factors is that SMEs are able to produce goods that are creative, good and quality but do not know how to market it, so sales are relatively low. The marketing development program is important so that the production, sales and welfare of creative SMEs increase and their impact on the GDP and the Indonesian economy becomes more significant. Therefore, community service in the form of technical guidance (BIMTEK) was conducted to educate creative SMEs about the use of social media marketing as their marketing strategy. The number of internet and social media users in Indonesia is quite large so that marketing strategies with social media marketing have the potential to significantly increase marketing. Community service is limited to creative SME actors from three sub-sectors, namely fashion, crafts, and culinary in South Tangerang Region. The aim of BIMTEK is to provide knowledge and awareness of the importance of marketing through social media, while also providing skills in how to market products through social media. The results of this community service received quite good evaluation results from the BIMTEK participants and from the observers (observers) consisting of BEKRAF (Creative Economy Agency) and the Heads of SME Communities in the South Tangerang Region.Keywords: Creative UKM, Social Media Marketing, Community Service

Abstract

The aim of community service is to equip housewives in RW 09, Kampung Bulak, Pamulang, to be able to carry out entrepreneurial activities so as to provide additional income for the family. Participants in this service were mothers who included PKK cadres, Posyandu, Jumantik and orchid growers in the Women Farmers Group (KWT). The service method used is a survey method and direct counseling related to entrepreneurship, selection of business forms, and financial management of small businesses that are good and effective. The last was a visit to one of the residents' orchid gardens. The conclusion of this dedication is that Bulak Village is already crowded with large housing like Vila Dago and Griya Asri Pamulang, so business opportunities can be run to support the needs of the local population, such as groceries, food stalls, rented houses and others. And for women orchid farmer group members can apply tips in business management including managing finances well and effectively in the future.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Housewives, Women Farmers Group

Abstract

The object of this community service is SME Dpp.bookstore. The purpose of this community service activity is to raise awareness of the importance of accounting for and equip skills in financial management or accounting with the Android-based "SME Accounting" application. This community service activity is in the form of direct assistance to BUMK managers. The result of this community service activity is an increase in understanding the importance of managing business financial administration and accounting by using the "SME Accounting" application. Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an alternative in reducing poverty problem, by developing businesses or entrepreneurships that create jobs. Many people on the Untung Jawa island have become entrepreneurs to meet their daily lives. The problem arises in entrepreneurship is to maintain the quality of products and services, because one of the keys to business sustainability is the reliable products. Furthermore, maintaining the quality is important because it can reduce costs and prevent consumer disappointment that is caused by damaged product. In addition to controlling product quality, it is necessary to have good financial management because businesses that have a good marketing ability but have a poor financial management will fail and after that they will need to build a business mentality. The method used in quality development, financial management and mental building are through counseling, discussions and simulations method through the development and mentoring activities of the Kepulauan Seribu community with the theme of product quality development, financial management and building business mentality to improve the living standards of the Kepulauan Seribu community. From the 20 participants who attended the program, they mostly could understand, although there was still a need to follow up the training to improve understanding.Keywords: Product Quality, Financial Management, Business Mental
