<![CDATA[Latar belakang penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum tingkat kemampuan remaja tingkat akhir dalam menjalin interaksi dengan teman sebaya serta pengaruhnya terhadap perkembangan kemandiriannya. Dalam kajian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 1 Cisarua Kabupaten Bogor dengan jumlah sampel 132 orang siswa kelas XII dengan teknik random sampling. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan google form. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan google form dengan skala likert. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan bahwa 67% atau 89 dari 132 siswa berada pada level sedang dalam kemampuan berinteraksi sosial dengan teman sebayanya dan tingkat perkembangan kemandirian. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukan variabel X (interaksi sosial teman sebaya) alpha cronbach sebesar 0.83 dan variabel Y (kemandirian) alpha cronbach sebesar 0.76. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya dengan kemandirian remaja sebesar 39.3% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic guidance and counseling is an effort to help individuals learn to develop faith-fitrah or return to faith-fitrah. Ethical behavior can act as behavior or rules of behavior to produce the best behavior. The purpose of writing in this journal is to find out the ideal ethical behavior guidance program for Junior High School (SMP) level, to know the guidance services provided and the evaluation techniques and infrastructure needed in implementing the ethical behavior guidance program in Junior High School. in this study is a qualitative method, the goal is that the data that has been received by researchers, both primary data and secondary data can be analyzed more deeply. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The results of the research obtained are the creation of an ideal ethical behavior guidance program that can be applied to junior high schools. This counseling guidance program is able to help junior high schools to provide guidance to students so that they can create students who are civilized and have noble character. <![CDATA[Self-confidence is very important and must be owned by a teenager to achieve success in the future. But the fact is that in Indonesia itself, there are still children who lack high self-confidence, especially in the school environment. However, the low self-confidence in adolescents is not only caused by school factors, it can be caused by other factors, one of which is parents. The role of parents in fostering self-confidence in children is very influential. Lack of parental attention to children can be caused by parental divorce. This study uses a literature review that synthesizes theories and concepts from various opinions about how parental divorce can cause a lack of confidence in children through the Adlerian Islamic therapy approach. <![CDATA[The existence of problems in terms of performance is a top priority in this research. This study aims: 1.) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the courier department at PT. Yun Cargo Indonesia; 2.) To determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of the courier department at PT. Yun Cargo Indonesia. The data used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees of the courier department of PT. Yun Kargo Indonesia, which consists of 58 employees and the sample used is 58 respondents. The measurement uses an ordinal scale with a Likert scale weighting technique. The technique in taking the sample using a saturated sampling technique. While the analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS is a method for constructing predictable models when there are too many factors. The results of this study indicate that the higher the level of job satisfaction and work discipline, the higher the employee's performance. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of brevet training and motivation on the interest of accounting students in a career in taxation. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were students of the 2018 class of accounting study program at the Faculty of Economics at the University Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples to be taken in this study were 80 respondents. Data collection was taken by distributing questionnaires via google form which would be given to respondents using the Likert scale method. The data that has been collected will be tabulated and analyzed using the SPSS version 23 program. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods, T test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that brevet training has a significant positive effect on the interest of accounting students in a career in taxation. Motivation has a significant positive effect on the interest of accounting students in a career in taxation. Brevet training and motivation simultaneously affect the interest of accounting students in a career in taxation. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan brevet dan motivasi terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi berkarir di bidang perpajakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2018 prodi akuntansi fakultas ekonomi di Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel yang akan diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden. Pengambilan data diambil dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form yang akan diberikan kepada responden dengan metode skala likert. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan ditabulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 23. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji T, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan brevet berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi berkarir di bidang perpajakan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi berkarir di bidang perpajakan. Pelatihan brevet dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi berkarir di bidang perpajakan. <![CDATA[Artikel ini penting untuk ditelaah untuk mengukur sifat ketatnya eksistensi umat Islam di wilayah Kecamatan Bilah Barat tentang pemahaman publik tentang Agama melalui proyek-proyek pendidikan dan studi agama. Melalui kombinasi teknik bermacam-macam informasi yang terdiri dari; Dari survei, wawancara dengan para perintis dan pakar daerah setempat serta percakapan dengan kelompok pusat, investigasi ini menemukan bahwa kemampuan umat Islam di Desa Desa Kampung Baru untuk memahami Agama dan kemampuan masyarakat untuk menjalankan pekerjaan ketat sehubungan dengan pemahaman tentang Quran kurang bagus di level ini. Satu lagi komponen mengapa sifat pemahaman masyarakat dalam Alquran tidak ideal adalah tidak adanya inspirasi dari keluarga dan motivasi untuk melakukan latihan yang benar, untuk berbaur dan lebih mengembangkan perilaku agama.]]>

<![CDATA[Dusun 1 Desa Bantan, Kecamatan Dolok Masihul, Kabupaten Serdang merupakan salah satu organisasi persekolahan konvensional yang berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama. Visi dan misi tersebut antara lain membingkai siswa yang ketat dan menyelesaikan latihan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu penanda yang harus dipenuhi untuk menjadi pribadi yang tegas adalah memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami dan melaksanakan hal-hal yang terkandung dalam kitab surgawi Al-Qur'an. Kebutuhan mutlak untuk memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami substansi seseorang harus memiliki pilihan untuk memahaminya. Dengan landasan tersebut, kajian ini berpusat pada tiga hal: (1) Bagaimana menggambarkan kemampuan anak dalam membaca Al-Qur'an, (2) Apa itu? cara yang paling umum untuk mengasimilasi siswa dalam keadaan mereka saat ini, terutama orang-orang yang tidak bisa membaca Al-Qur'an, dan (3) Apa upaya penghuni terdekat dalam menangani anak-anak yang tidak bisa membaca Al-Qur'an. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini bersifat kualitatif, yaitu salah satu jenis eksplorasi yang berarti menggambarkan dan menangkap kekhasan tertentu. Secara khusus mengungkap suatu keganjilan dengan memanfaatkan informasi yang tercipta di wilayah lokal yang lebih luas.]]>

<![CDATA[Al-Qur'an adalah ekspresi mulia Allah, setiap orang yang mengaku menerima dan tunduk kepada Allah Ta'ala dan Rasul-Nya memiliki komitmen untuk membaca dengan teliti, mempelajari, dan mengamalkan item dalam Al-Qur'an. Menghafal Al-Qur'an dari awal harus tuntas sejak awal, namun kenyataannya masih banyak anak-anak yang tidak bisa membaca Al-Qur'an. Faktor yang berbeda adalah motivasi di balik mengapa anak-anak tidak memiliki pilihan untuk membaca Al-Qur'an, dan salah satu faktor mendasar adalah tidak adanya pekerjaan orang tua dalam mengajar anak-anak. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the effect of compensation on employee performance. (2) The effect of work motivation on employee performance. (3) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. (4) job satisfaction mediates the effect of motivation on employee performance. (5) job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on employee performance. This research is a type of quantitative research, with a population of all employees of Oppio Coffee Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study is a non-probability sampling technique where the technique used is saturated sampling (census). The number of samples in this study were 53 employees of Oppio Coffee Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, descriptive test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and Sobel test. Data analysis was conducted to identify the independent variables that affect the dependent variable.The results showed that (1) compensation had no positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Compensation has no positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) job satisfaction as a mediating variable of the effect of compensation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect. (5) Job satisfaction as a mediating variable the effect of work motivation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect. <![CDATA[eaching and learning activities have now begun to be carried out face-to-face/offline. This is because the condition has begun to recover from Covid-19. The Regular Community Service KKN held in Jorong Batang Gunung, Kenagarian Koto Gunung, Lembah Melintang District, West Pasaman Regency has the aim of providing knowledge and understanding to the local community about the importance of education and health in the current situation. The programs that support it are teaching in elementary schools, Let’s Study activities and Keeping Clean activities to foster learning motivation in children. The method used in this program is to provide exclusive assistance in the learning process and apply fun learning methods, for example by providing and presenting material through songs, games, quizzes and so on.
