Abstract

Euthanasia case is a new case that often occurs in the middle of the Indonesian people, but sometimes people are not aware of it. This action is an act of euthanasia to hasten death in order to attain the good of the patients and their families. An action that is obtained from a physician diagnoses a patient who claims there is no hope for recovery and even life. Despite treatment, efforts continue to be made by the hospital, but that didn't produce results. Seeing the euthanasia case, researchers feel motivated to examine this case using the approach mashlahah mursalah to achieve maqhashidu ash-Shari'ah. One of the arguments used mashdar (source) within dig Islamic law.

Abstract

Services as stipulated in Article 1 point 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, services are any services in the form of work or achievements that are made available to the public to be utilized by consumers. Services are business products, both in the form of work and achievements from business actors to provide a service to consumers with the aim of obtaining a profit. So in this case all negative consequences that harm consumers from using these services are the responsibility of the business actor. The responsibility of parking service business actors in providing and providing the best service to consumers is a very important part of the framework of taking responsibility in the event of loss of goods due to the negligence of parking service business actors.

Abstract

The cultivation of these creative economic values can be transformed to anyone, it can be in the community, including in Islamic boarding schools. Along with the times and technological advances that are increasingly advanced, Islamic boarding schools must innovate by providing business mentality or entrepreneurship. Providing entrepreneurial provisions trains students to be entrepreneurs in actualizing their abilities as entrepreneurs or entrepreneurship. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach that aims to describe the strategy carried out by the Al-Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School Kapu, Sama Guna Village, Tanjong District, North Lombok Regency in the transformation of creative values in students. The subjects of this study were the managers of the al-Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School and the informants of 4 students, ustadz and ustadzah. The data collection method used consisted of interviews, documents, and observation. The data analysis method used is by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

between religion and the state towards the existence of Islamic banking, although at first glance this paper seems to touch on the realm of state administration, in essence, this paper focuses on discussing the scope of muamalah in the context of Islamic banking. Basically, the state is present in the interests of religion, including the realm of sharia-based economics, through this sharia-based banking institution, the sharia economy can develop and become a new alternative for the majority of Indonesian who are Muslim, through Islamic banking products that apply the concept with the provisions of Islamic law. What is meant by the presence of the state in the context of sharia banking is of course in the realm of providing clear regulations or a legal system in the form of laws and regulations on Islamic banking activities, both from the provision of banking legal legality rules in the context of operations and related to all forms of Islamic banking products. which is applied according to the concept of sharia. Thus the presence of the state can guarantee legal certainty in the context of a sharia-based economy. This paper uses an analytical study method with a literature research model from primary and secondary data sources with a juridical normative approach.

Abstract

The annual process of buying and selling land in the Karang Anyar East Pagesangan neighborhood of Mataram City has been an activity that has been going on for years, but problems arise when the current season's harvest is uncertain, those who have rented agricultural land or rice fields to someone for a long period of time certain time while the rental period has expired. This incident is still a problem in the Karang Anyar community, because some owners ask for additional or unilateral compensation from tenants for excess time and other parties prefer to continue the transaction process until the harvest arrives.

Abstract

Bartering paddy for rice is an exchange that often occurs among people, for example they exchange paddy for rice and vice versa. Meanwhile, paddy and rice are the same basic food ingredients. The only thing that differentiates paddy from rice is the processing process. Problems like this are still often experienced by people in the subdistrict where researchers carry out research because the community has its own considerations so they exchange similar food ingredients.
