This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance Licensing Agency for the Promotion of Regional Investment South Sumatra Province, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive method with multiple regression analysis techniques. The data source is the Whole Employee Promotion Board and Licensing Investment South Sumatra Province. The research population is Employee Promotion Board and Licensing Investment South Sumatra Province, totaling 60 people. The results of this study showed that simultaneous organizational culture and organizational commitment has influence on employee performance and Licensing Agency for the Promotion of Regional Investment South Sumatra Province. Partially organizational culture and organizational commitment has influence on employee performance and Licensing Agency for the Promotion of Regional Investment South Sumatra Province. Variable organizational culture has a dominant influence on employee performance and Licensing Agency for the Promotion of Regional Investment South Sumatra Province.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) Implementation of structural education and training (training) within the Rejan Lebong Regency Regional Secretariat, (2) Performance of Bureaucratic Services within the Rejang Lebong Regency Regional Secretariat, (3) Influence between education and training (training) structural with the performance of bureaucratic services within the Rejang Lebong Regency Regional Secretariat. This type of research is a descriptive analytical study. The population in this study were all civil servants / employees who had participated in structural education and training within the Rejang Lebong Regency Regional Secretariat, amounting to 48 people. The sample used in this study is a total sample. Data analysis was performed descriptively quantitative and qualitative, using the computer program SPSS Version 11.0. Before analyzing the data to test the research hypothesis, the researcher first conducted a Data Normality Test, which included: Validity Test and Reliability Test. Hypothesis testing, using statistical calculations and analysis using the T Test and Regression Analysis. The results of this study are Structural Education and Training within the Rejang Lebong Regional Secretariat in the excellent category, which was stated by 62.5% of respondents. While 37.5% of respondents stated good. The performance of bureaucratic services within the Rejang Lebong Regency Regional Secretariat is in the good category stated by 66.6% of respondents. While 33.3% of respondents stated very good. There is a significant influence between structural education and training and the performance of bureaucratic services within the Rejang Lebong Regency Regional Secretariat. This is evidenced by the results of data analysis which states that t arithmetic is greater than t table (7.943> 2.013). The results of the r count also prove that 57.8% of the performance of bureaucratic services in the Rejang Lebong Regency Regional Secretariat is influenced by the variable education and structural training. Whereas 42.2% are again influenced by other variables not yet examined in this study.

Lack of community participation in nature conservation, especially forest preservation, is a separate problem using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques used by interviews, with 11 informants in total using triangulation analysis techniques. Results of research Participation of local communities, especially those living in and around the Kerinci Seblat national park (TNKS), have a high level of dependency or level of need for potential in the KSNP area, related to community participation in the management of the KSNP area in Sungai Telang Hamlet Bathin III Ulu Subdistrict Bungo Regency Sungai Telang Sub-District Bathin III Ulu Subdistrict Bungo District is still not optimal and can be said to be still low. management of forest resources in the KSNP area besides the community also does not understand the boundaries of the area including TNKS forest, the implementation of forest resource management in the TNKS area, especially with villages that directly border the TNKS area such as Sungai Telang Hamlet, Bathin III District Bungu Ulu District, in this case management tends to safeguard and protect forests carried out by conducting patrols with the community, especially the Forestry Partner Community as a form of community participation, due to the zones contained in the Sungai Telang sub-village TNKS including the jungle zone and core zones that need safeguards and protection from forest destruction activities carried out by unscrupulous people.

Hypebeast is an online-based digital media that focuses on the fashion of young people in streetwear style. Hypebeast also produces magazines that discuss lifestyle or trends in urban areas. With the power of social media, Marketing activities could be well conducted by Instagram. @hypebeast account became a phenomenon in the style of streetwear dress especially among young people even though some the products they uploaded on their Instagram account were premium or somewhat expensive. A qualitative interpretive approach aims to find out the role of the phenomenon of the use of Instagram @hypebeast account in the development of fashion in Indonesia. In addition, this study also aims to find out what factors make young people in Indonesia render @hypebeast as a standard to dressing up. This research refers to the theory of perception phenomenology by Maurice Marleau-Ponty. Primary data in this study were obtained by conducting interviews with 10 sources. The results of the research obtained differ from each source. Perception or what is meant about Instagram @hypebeast account can be distinguished from the background of the source. Students interpret the account as a fashion account that uploads the latest information about trends in the fashion world of streetwear style. While practitioners interpret the account is not just fashion but broader that is an attractive lifestyle which then leads to sales of Hypebeast magazine sales.

Learning is a process of changing behaviour towards a better direction. In the learning process, individual needs independence in order to achieve effective and efficient learning goals. But in this case, there are still students get the problem in the learning independence.The goals of this research is to find out how the interpersonal communication skills of lecturers in increasing of learning independence to the student in broadcasting islamic communication program in communication and dakwah faculty, State islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang. The method are used in this research namely qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and observations. In this case researcher use qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The result of this research includes: (1)interpersonal communication skills which apllied by lecturers to increase students learning independence which including, (a)openness, (b) empathy, (c)supportive attitude, (d)positive attitude and also(equality); and (2)The learning independence of the students of islamic broadcasting communication program, dakwah faculty of communication in state islamic university raden fatah palembang has gotten the increasing to many aspects (a)confidence, (b)learning activeness, (c) discipline in learning, and (d) responsible in learning.

The development of technology and information in the global world continues to increase. Expansion of the results of technological and information development in the form of gadget communication tools and an internal set not only entering urban communities but rural communities, so that they have a direct impact both positive and negative aspects that can be easily accessed by people who slowly change people's thinking and lifestyle rural. Lack of preparedness of parents in facing the challenges of technological and information development provides changes in the development of children's behavior when children use gadgets. This study aims to determine the behavior of children of gadget users in Legoksari Village, Tlogomulyo District, Temanggung Regency. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the results of data obtained from the field. Data collection uses interviews and observation.The results of this study are 1) Family sub system: The characteristics of parenting in implementing discipline will shape the awareness behavior of children in using gadgets. 2) Peer Sub System: children who have strong interactions with peer groups who use gadgets, will lead to the habit of using gadgets and will experiment with the results of interactions in peers. 3) Sub-system of cultural environment: Changes in the behavior of children using gadgets occur because of changes in the cultural environment that is increasingly consumptive to the development of technology and information.

The research titled Implementation of Women's Lending and Saving Program Program in Muara Lakitan Sub-district of Musi Rawas Regency aims to explain the implementation of Women's Lending Program Group, timely and late group groups and to identify factors that support the Program. Based on Ripley and Franklin's theory, there are three factors that influence the success of policy implementation, such as the dimension of compliance level, smoothness of routine and absence of problems, past performance and impact. This research according to data type used is mix method research, sequential explanatory strategy, with the population is poor housewife using SPP revolving fund. Samples of the research were 95 respondents of the group on time and late which spread in 15 village. Based on observations and interviews, the delay in fund disbursement was caused by the number of Verification Team executors only 1 person. In addition, the means of transportation used by the Private Verification Team without the assistance of accommodation during the disbursement of funds in Lubuk Linggau. Some respondents claimed that they were not supervised by the executor during the business because they already have a business with a good enough income, which never experienced delinquency. Obstacles in loan repayment due to fluctuating monthly income. However, this barrier can be overcome by the UPK in the District. Further factors supporting the success of program implementation in Muara Lakitan are Compliance executor and membe, capability of group implementer of borrower, and also community participation.
