Abstract

This study aims to determine marketing communication strategies in attracting customers to use Bess Finance multipurpose financing services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The in-depth interviews were conducted with 3 speakers who were internal parties of PT. Bess Finance which is directly related to the implementation of marketing communications at the service company and 2 customers who are domiciled in Palembang. Based on the analysis of the concept of the AIDA model, the results show that how the marketing process by introducing the services offered is able to influence customer interest in making decisions to trust and use Bess Finance multipurpose financing services.

Abstract

Since the outbreak of Covid-19, many virtual communication platforms has been increasingly used. One of them is as a substitute for direct learning to students. This activity is known as online learning which is usually done through Zoom, Cisco Webex, Whatsapp Group (WAG), Google Meet, etc. Although the use of this virtual communication platform supports learning, one day its existence actually made students tired. This condition is known as zoom fatigue. Meanwhile, the social functioning of each person should also be taken into account in this pandemic, especially if he experiences zoom fatigue. In connection with this, this research is directed to find out how the social functioning of students after experiencing zoom fatigue. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed that students experienced difficulties both in fulfilling their basic needs, carrying out their social roles, and in overcoming their problem

Abstract

Permendes (Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Areas, and Transmigration) Number 19 of 2017 regulates priorities for the use of village funds in 2018.The determination of priority for the use of village funds aims to serve as a guideline and reference for the implementation of authority, a reference for Regency / City Government in preparing technical guidelines for the use of village funds and a reference for the Central Government in monitoring. and evaluation of the implementation of the use of village funds. This study used qualitative methods and was conducted to study the implementation problems of Permendes No. 19 of 2017 and recommendations in the form of concrete steps that need to be taken by the government in Barito Kuala Regency. The findings and recommendations in this study resulted from a normative review of policies related to the Permendes No. 19 of 2017 as well as empirical studies on the use of village funds in eight selected villages in various sub-districts in Barito Kuala Regency. Through this research it is known that communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure greatly determine how the implementation of the Permendes in determining village fund priorities. Village funds received in all villages in Barito Kuala Regency are generally prioritized for infrastructure development, which absorbs about 70% of the total funds. Through this research, it is hoped that there will be a design model for determining the priority of the use of village funds which is possible to reduce the rural poverty rate in Barito Kuala Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance in the North Banjarmasin District Office. It is hoped that this study will be useful for government organizations in the form of data related to the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with respect to employee performance in the North Banjarmasin District Office. This study is an associative research with quantitative methods. Data was collected using field survey methods and distributed questionnaires to all employees of the North Banjarmasin District Office. Theory references from the internal organs regarding the factors that influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The results of data analysis in this study using validity and reliability tests with the SPSS version 22 program are valid and reliable. The information is analyzed using simple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test and the t test. It can be concluded that there is an influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of employees in the North Banjarmasin District Office. This can be evidenced by the significance of a = 0.05 which where the test results and their significance t = 6.203 <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) means that the hypothesis can be said that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. So, the conclusion is that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant effect on employee performance in the North Banjarmasin District Office. Suggestions from this study are expected to be able to create a culture of behavior and conditions Organizational Citizenship Behavior for employee(OCB) in order to increase the productivity of human resources in increasing productivity.

Abstract

The research with the title Analysis of the Implementation of Youth Organization Work Program in Medium Villages, Suek Tapeh District, Banyuasin Regency. that the implementation of the youth organization's work program in development has not been optimal and there is a lack of attention and motivation from the village government. aiming at knowing the youth organization's work program and knowing the factors that hamper the work implementation program of the youth organization. based on Damayanty 2012 the role of youth or the young generation as pillars, drivers and guardians of the path of reform and development is highly expected, the younger generation are adolescents who will later become sprouts of hope and capital for future nation-building. this study uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques with evaluative methods, qualitative methodology is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people and observed behavior. the research informants were 9 respondents. results the development process brings the participation of village community leaders and organizations for implementing youth organizations in development, indicating that the role of karang taruna has a very important role in the ongoing process of infrastructure development, the efforts of karang taruna in development, namely through coordination in planning and submitting development proposals. Village office and coordinations of land provision for devlepment and supervision of development in the cummunity feeals the (responsivness) of the vellage apparatus to commonity compalints.

Abstract

The study aims to measure service quality in five dimensions of service quality (Servqual), namely physical dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This research is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 65 pregnant women who use services. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Service clinic and pharmacy, this value indicates that the quality of health services for pregnant women at Swasti Saba Puskesmas is not good. Factors that affect the quality of pregnant women's health services at the registration counter of the Swasti Saba Puskesmas are the availability of infrastructure / facilities at the Puskesmas, the availability of a comfortable waiting room, the registration process is computerized, the availability of an overview of the service flow installed at the front of the counter and human resources. In service poly, namely the availability of infrastructure / service facilities at the KIA Poly, including the availability of complete and modern examination equipment, a comfortable poly waiting room, available operational standards for services in the poly room, and a comfortable and closed maternal health service room, the competence and responsiveness of midwives in poly MCH in providing services to pregnant women. Factors that affect Pharmacy services are the availability of infrastructure / service facilities in a comfortable pharmacy waiting room, besides the availability of drugs for pregnant women that are complete with good packaging and clear rules of use and the human resources of pharmacy staff in this case related to existence, competence and power responsive pharmacy officers in providing pharmaceutical services.

Abstract

Balaputra Dewa Museum is one of the state Museums in South Sumatra province, which is grouped into 5 (five) major exhibitions and holds various kinds of collections. As for the identification of the problem of lack of facilities in promoting Museums, lack of maintenance and supervision of Museums, lack of public interest in knowing past history, lack of provision of souvenirs in Museums. This research aims to find out how the Museum's strategy of Balaputra Dewa is developed so that it can be maximized and what obstacles are faced. Data collected by the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The strategy formulation stage begins with internal and external analysis. The next stage is the SWOT Matrix analysis stage. The result of the analysis shows that the national Museum development strategy of Balaputra Dewa goes into the third step of the SWOT Matrix. The alternative strategy used is a strategy that minimizes weaknesses to take advantage of opportunities (Opportunities) that must be used to minimize weaknesses and be used to reduce external threats. This strategy is the answer to research to overcome problems in the Balaputra Dewa Museum so that development in Museum can be applied optimally.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of Social Affairs of Ogan Ilir Regency which is relevant to the problems in this study. Researchers collected data by observation, documentation, and interviews with selected informants related to the implementation of the Street Children Development Program by the Ogan Ilir District Social Service. The research design used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study by relying on empirical data and supported by qualitative data. The results of the research conducted show [1] The implementation of the Social Service Development Program for Street Children in Indralaya City is basically providing assistance in terms of coaching overcoming the problems of street children which are ultimately directed into the form of data collection and psychological guidance (counseling) on ​​the importance of education and facilitating meeting with his family. [2] The quality of coaching street children so far is still low due to the lack of concrete action in implementing the street children guidance program. But basically the Social Service of Ogan Ilir Regency has made every effort to reduce the growth rate of street children, where the main obstacle faced is that the Indralaya City as a transit area allows children or any kind of people to stop by in this area. This certainly makes it difficult in terms of data collection, continuing their schooling and even opening job vacancies for those with limited funds.
