The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes after being taught with the question and answer method. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach and the type of research is classroom action research consisting of 2 cycles. Data analysis uses comparative descriptive analysis techniques by comparing initial conditions with the results achieved in each cycle and qualitative descriptive analysis of observations and reflections in the first cycle and second cycle. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII-1 MTs Negeri Langsa with a total of 36 students in the class. Based on this study it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability of students to master the material of the human circulatory system by using the question and answer method in the State of Langsa State in 2015/2016. Improved student learning outcomes can be seen in the tabulation of the data obtained, namely the first cycle of 10 students (27.78%) who completed and 26 students (72.22%) did not complete. Then in Cycle II there were 35 students (97.2%) complete and 1 student (2.8%). incomplete. On this occasion the researcher wanted to give some suggestions to be conveyed as follows: The need to use methods when providing subject matter so that students are easy and the learning process becomes fun.

Data obtained in this study include: student learning outcomes taken from giving daily test questions given at the end of the cycle, the ability of teachers in learning taken from the observation sheet, student activities in learning taken from the observation sheet, and data about student reflection on lessons learned from the questionnaire at the end of each meeting. Indicators of success in this study are: (1) if ≥ 70% of the total students are categorized as complete with the criteria of completion of learning if the value of the evaluation results in cycles I and II, ≥ 70, (2) if student activities in learning ≥ 70% are measured by look at the student observation sheet. The results of the study in the first cycle showed the average value of student learning outcomes of 65.29 and the percentage of mastery learning at 58.82%. Student activity 61.36%, percentage of teacher ability 68.33%. While the results of research in the second cycle the average value of student learning outcomes by 75.88 and the percentage of mastery learning by 88.24%. Student activity 84.09%, and the percentage of teacher ability by 85%. From this study it was concluded that using the NHT learning model could improve the learning outcomes of chemistry and class X.1 student activities in semester II of the 2014/2015 academic year on the subject matter of nomenclature of compounds and reaction equations.

This is evidenced by the results of the study, which showed differences in results, before and after the action was taken. That's why researchers try mind mapping methods to overcome them. This method is quite interesting, because it uses images created by students, which can be colored and decorated as students want and can come up with ideas in writing. The results of observation during the study, showed that students looked enthusiastic once the mind mapping method was introduced to be applied to writing. When doing any task, all can collect tasks. From the results of data processing, the percentage of mastery learning obtained in Cycle I was 39%, in Cycle II it was 100%,. These results indicate an increase in each cycle. Based on these results, the researcher suggests that MTs English teachers try to use the mind mapping method for learning aspects of writing as well as other aspects of learning. Researchers believe that exceptional student creativity will be seen in the results or mind mapping picture. Besides being able to foster creativity and interest, this method also contains various methods and can generate ideas.

Reading is a window to the world, but the level of interest in reading in Indonesia is very low. This is exactly what encourages the writer to create a literacy program in schools in accordance with the GLS program that is required to be done. Reading and writing can reduce student problems and can even solve problems that are being faced by students. Students who are diligent in reading and writing will certainly have high discipline. In accordance with the vision and mission and the motto of SMP Negeri 3 Barusjahe, students are expected to be able to realize "MEKAR-BERSERI" that is to be Independent, Educative, Creative, Active and Clean Disciplined, Healthy, Neat and Beautiful. To measure the successful implementation of this GLS Program researchers used descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that literacy in the scope of schools is the ability of a student to develop what students get from reading and writing so that students become more creative, productive, competitive, characterized, and nationalist and foster good character for students. In addition, by reading and writing students can increase obedience and compliance with school rules and regulations

This study aims to uncover the program problems and extracurricular implementation in Langsa City High School. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that one of the problems of extracurricular activities at Langsa High School was that some students had not enjoyed the ideal extracurricular program offered and sought after. In extracurricular activities, there were diverse student disciplines, some of them were always absent, less enthusiastic about participating in activities. Extracurricular achievements have not been evenly distributed between high schools. Motivation and enthusiasm of students have not developed significantly. Not all high schools develop supporting factors for maximal extracurricular progress. Supervision and assessment have not been developed by the coach as a whole. Suggestions submitted are pleasing high schools in Langsa City, working together to develop quality programs and implementations for the development of students' interests and talents.

This research departs from the background of the need for renewal in improving the creativity of teaching teachers in the PKN learning process in junior high schools in response to increasing the shortcomings of students learning. In learning activities, both in the process and learning products can improve understanding. The learning process will run well if it is supported by several things, including student discipline in school as the order, ethics, and norms that must be upheld to succeed the learning objectives. Educators must apply wisdom in choosing and using the most appropriate method. Among them there is enough by example and advice, so there is no need for punishment for him. But psychologically the students were not all the same, some of them also needed to be raped or punished, namely those who made mistakes. The assumption that has developed so far in society is that every mistake must be punished; God also punishes everyone who is guilty. From one logical path that theory has a point. It is logical, everyone who is guilty must be punished; every person who does good must be rewarded. Actually punishment does not always have to have a negative connotation which results in misery for the convicted but can also be positive.

In MTs Negeri Langsa many students of class VII who find it difficult to write monologue text in the form of descriptive. This is due to the lack of memorized vocabulary and its meaning and lack of grammar or grammar mastery. This happens because most students are less interested in English subjects. After all, they consider English as a difficult and uninteresting subject. The purpose of this study to find out the use of the Mind Mapping method can improve the ability of Grade VII.1 MTsN students in writing texts. descriptive. The methodology used is class action research (CAR). The research subject was class VII I MTsN Langsa. The observations during the study showed that students seemed enthusiastic as soon as the mind mapping method was introduced until it was applied to writing. When working on assignments, everyone can collect tasks. From the results of processing the data, the percentage of mastery learning in Cycle I was 39%, in Cycle II it was 100%. These results indicate an increase in each cycle. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested that English Language MTs teachers use the mind mapping method for learning aspects of writing and other aspects of learning. In addition to being able to grow creativity and attractiveness, this method also contains various methods and can generate ideas.

The purpose of this study was to determine teacher strategies in improving the quality of teaching during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method using a naturalistic qualitative approach, data were collected through observation and interviews. The subjects are the principal and teacher. The results showed that online learning made it easier for teachers to transfer information in various situations and conditions because online learning was supported by various platforms ranging from discussions to face-to-face virtually. However, this needs to be evaluated and adjusted to local conditions, given the ability of parents to provide different online learning facilities. The key is to maximize the ability of students to learn in a pandemic like this.

The purpose of this study is to determine the role and rights of women in Islamic and Western views. Islam is a grace to all nature and although we know that women are created from male ribs, Islam never states that women’s degrees are below men. The methodology used literature studies. As for the research results that the role of women is said to be important because of the many heavy loads it has to deal with, even the burdens that men should have been imposing. Women have equal and equal rights in Islam in contrast to those prosecuted by Western women who demand equality and identification between men and women in every respect. The point of departure they use in this is that their rights must be equal, identical and comparable. There is no privilege and primacy for either of them. Equations are different from those of the identities. The gender equations many westerners had buzzed, evidently having permeated into the body of these Muslims' Muslims. They had been fooled by the thoughts of the westerners, not even a few of whom were to screech the thought. Natural law is fixed in nature to have regulated gender relations in society. So, when in society there is and there is a female subordination phenomenon, it is due to female biological factors. Some answers about the low role of public dissector women due to biological constraints, such as menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding. All of them became women's inhibitors to play a significant role in society.
