Abstract

This study explains China's economic development through the calculation of sectoral shares to GDP. This study applies correlational principles with quantitative data and the variables used in this study are industry, services and agriculture. Starting from the agricultural sector, then becoming very weak due to the industrialization program but in 2010, more than 70% of China's FDI was channeled into the service sector and since 1999 China has been active as a lender for other countries which makes it easier to do trade in various countries. The influence of China's industrial sector has never been separated from the sector that dominates GDP, although this sector still does not dominate due to the real dominance of the trade sector, which is included in the service sector. Author recommends that China should offer loans with more terms and offer many benefits for people moving from the agricultural sector to the industrial sector.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the mainstay sectors in Indonesia. There are so many areas that have tourism potential. And also the tourism sector is one of the sectors that the local government relies on, so the Padang city government of West Sumatra is required to be able to manage its tourism potential. This study aims to determine how the influence of tourism developing in Padang City to increase the city's economy. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the number of tourists visiting tourist attractions in Padang City on the PDRB. The research method that the writer does is with a quantitative approach because the data processing method used is writing based on the philosophy of positivism which is used to examine certain populations and samples. The results of this study are an increase in the PDRB of the city of Padang through the tourism industry.

Abstract

The decline in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the recession in Indonesia due to the pandemic succeeded in attracting the author's attention to thoroughly analyze the causes and solutions for the decline in GDP. After going through the observation process, the authors managed to find and conclude that the decline in GDP and this recession was preceded by a decrease in corporate and public income due to policies established by the government to contain the spread of the virus. This decrease in income has a domino effect for all sectors of the economy. Therefore, the Indonesian government and Bank Indonesia implemented an expansionary fiscal and monetary policy in an effort to restore a recessionary economy and increase Indonesia's GDP.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pembangunan ekonomi PDRB di Provinsi Jawa Barat melalui kegiatan ekspor-impor merupakan gambaran hasil kerja pemerintah dalam mensejahterakan rakyatnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan PDRB Provinsi Jawa Barat yang dipengaruhi oleh kegiatan ekspor-impor periode 2019 hingga Juni 2020, dimana data bahan olahan diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS). Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa neraca perdagangan bulan Juni 2020 berada pada posisi defisit yang merupakan salah satu penyebab turunnya PDRB Provinsi Jawa Barat pada triwulan II, sehingga hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara neraca perdagangan terhadap PDRB suatu daerah atau PDB suatu negara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact on Small business, Workforce, and Investments on Indonesia Economic Growth, specifically in the city Batam. This type of research is a type of analysis of quantitative data that was collected from various sources through official website online. Based on our study that was conducted, At the year 2016 through 2019 Economic growth on Indonesia and Batam has experienced growth for the past years. At the year 2019 through 2020 Economic growth on Indonesia, and Batam has experienced a huge decline on its GDP. From Small business, Workforce, and Investments all have been affected massively through the year, and was caused by the impact of the recent Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

The ongoing covid pandemic has hampered economic activity. One of them is the food supply chain. Food is a basic need that must be fulfilled and cannot be postponed. During the current pandemic, business people need to pay attention to the existing situation and conditions, especially the limitation of economic activity in several regions. The purpose of this study was to determine the food supply chain during the Covid pandemic in terms of location and distribution factors. This research is qualitative research using secondary data with data collection using library research. Data analysis techniques are used through data collection, data reduction stage, data presentation, and the last is the stage of drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that based on the location factor of the area that is in the red zone, the food supply chain can still be carried out but it is necessary to ensure that suppliers are in healthy condition and proper delivery procedures such as maintaining cleanliness and safety to avoid the risk of transmission. Based on distribution factors, business actors need to consider various things such as distribution objectives, the status of distribution goals to be aimed at based on the distribution map of covid, distribution access, transportation modes, and areas where the massive distribution of covid distribution is carried out with certain time restrictions and strict health protocols.

Abstract

Produk Domestik Bruto digunakan untuk mengukur pertumbuhan dan perkembangan suatu daerah berdasarkan nilai PDRBnya. Tujuan dari penulisan makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui laju pertumbuhan PDRB Kota Batam dengan pendekatan pengeluaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk penulisan ini adalah studi pustaka dengan menggunakan kerangka waktu 2010-2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Ekspor Neto Barang dan Jasa, Pengeluaran Konsumsi Rumah Tangga dan Pembentukan Modal Tetap Bruto berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan PDRB Kota Batam.

Abstract

Based on reports from the Aceh Central Statistics Agency (BPS), open unemployment is dominated by college graduates. The results showed that the application of an effective entrepreneurship curriculum can foster student interest in entrepreneurial activities. This is indicated by the evidence that 57 percent of students taking entrepreneurship courses in this study have opened a business since college and 21.8 percent will start a business less than 1 year after graduating from college. This research was conducted in May-June 2020 with the method of statistical descriptive and analysis crosstabs. The population is the Kutaraja Banda Aceh Polytechnic students and a sample of all study program students who have taken entrepreneurship courses. This study confirms previous research that found entrepreneurship curriculum to be effective in reducing college graduate unemployment.

Abstract

Kebijakan pemerintah untuk merger tiga perusahaan BUMN perbankan syariah yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS), dan bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS) menjadi bank raksasa syariah atau yang dikenal sebagai Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) adalah untuk memperluas pangsa pasar BSI secara global dan menjadi katalis pertumbuhan ekonomi Syariah di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan menganalisis perkembangan profitabilitas BSM, BRIS, dan BNIS sebelum dan sesudah merger menjadi BSI. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan analisis data menggunakan rasio profitabilitas OPM, NPM, ROA, ROE, dan ROI. Selain itu, analisis data rasio profitabilitas menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif perhitungan mean. Hasil penelitian adalah adanya perkembangan profitabilitas bulanan pada Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) dan Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS), sedangkan pada Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS) rasio yang mengalami peningkatan hanya OPM dan NPM, dan penurunan rasio ROA dan ROE dari sebelum dan sesudah merger menjadi Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan unsur terpenting dalam instansi pemerintahan yang tugasnya menggerakkan dan mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasi pemerintahan. Namun, masih banyak ditemukan keluhan dari karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Padang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 PNS. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan Independent-Sample T-Test dengan program SPSS versi 16. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi dan motivasi menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan.
