Adolescence is a period of transition. At that time, there was a process leading to intellectual, spiritual and physical maturation in order to form a clear identity when facing doubts who their realities, resulting in emotional turmoil and mental stress. So to know the prevention of promiscuity in adolescence needs to be studied approaches to the development of their spiritual intelligence. The results of the study show that ways to deal with promiscuity are pursued by providing assistance to adolescents to formulate their life goals, short-term, medium-term life goals to long-term life goals, tell exemplary stories, interesting and memorable stories, such as the stories of the prophets, or another hero, discussing issues with a spiritual perspective, involving youth in religious rituals, bringing youth to people who suffer, and visiting the procession of death will make teens sensitive to each other so as to encourage youth to do good for others, teach the Qur'an and explain their meaning in their life.

This article will explain the efforts to improve the ability of teachers in the use of learning methods through clinical supervision in the Extraordinary School (SLB) of Pembina Blangkejeran, Gayo Lues Regency. This action research uses a qualitative approach as a form of research that focuses on meaning through learning to observe people by interacting in a natural state by using three kinds of data collection methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation studies. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of school action research by implementing clinical supervision is needed as an effort in order to improve the ability of teachers to use learning methods, because it contains strategies so that students can learn effectively and accurately. Improving the ability of teachers to use learning methods through clinical supervision is one solution that is quite effective. This can be seen from the final results of the study where the teacher can master the existing indicators in determining learning methods and looking for methods that are truly appropriate and in accordance with the learning objectives and the conditions of the classroom environment and the school environment itself which further provides benefits for improving student learning achievement and improving the quality of learning in school.

To embody the spirit of liberalism, Rogers has been lowered into a more practical method of learning, while Islam does not have the concept of ( practical method) education that truly reflects liberal education. However, the differences and advantages of one another, not hinder to combine these two concepts . Because if the two concepts are combined, then education will produce high-quality output : master common knowledge (non - religious) and religious knowledge, capable of autonomous thinking, creative, wise and able to resolve any problems faced . Merging these two concepts should not be exhaustive, but merely complementary. Islamic education is already mempuyai spirit of liberalism, the philosophy and objectives clear, no need to adopt the goals and spirit of liberalism offered Rogers. In contrast, the Islamic education system must adopt a way of teaching (practical method) of educational liberalism Rogers.

Teachers are required to have four competencies in carrying out education. The four competencies are closely related to the quality of education. This study highlights one of four competencies, namely personality competence. The purpose of this study is to see how much influence the teacher's personal competence on student motivation. This type of research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. This study uses simple regression analysis to see the effect of variable (X) on variable (Y). The results showed that the influence of teacher personality competencies on student motivation. Although the effect is not strong, but it concludes that one way to increase student motivation is to improve the teacher's personal competence.

Character education has become a plemic in various countrie. Views of the pros and cons coloring the character education discourse. Character education is an essential part of school work, but so farhas been lacking attention. Character education is defined as the deliberate us of all demision of school life to foster optimal character development. This means that to support the development of student character must involve all components in the school both from the aspect of curriculum content, the procces of instruction, the quality of relationships, the handling of discipline, implementation of co-curricular activities and ethos throughout the school environment. Islam is the teaching of Allah swt to manind through his messenger, from Adam as to the prophet Muhammad saw. In the generation of prophets Muhammad saw the teaching is in the Al-Qur’an. That is why Allah swt positioned the Al-Qur’an as a guide for mankid and the prophet Muhammad saw in the position of Allah swt as an ideal model because he is considered by Allah swt as a person who has a perfect character( insan kamil).

Social media is the most popular service at the moment. Its users can communicate with each other, interact, share, network, and various other activities. Currently, one of the social media that can be used easily by students is WhatsApp. More effort is needed to find creative ways to increase students’ activity in learning. Looking the development of technology and the increasing number of users, the use of social media such as WhatsApp is very appropriate to be applied in the learning process. The use of WhatsApp in the learning process will give students the ability to get more information, lecturers, to be connected with study groups and other education systems with the same topics and problems, will make the learning process more interesting. This research was conducted to look the role of whatsApp as a leraning media in studying research methodology to increase student learning activities. The purposes of this research is to know to what extent knowing the media based on WhatsApp instant messaging application can be used to improve activity learning in studying research methodology. The data was analysed using descriptive statistical method by using percentage. There is 94 % of student improve their learning outcome in studying research methodology. The result of data analyzes shown there are significant effects of the role of WhatsApp as a learning media in studying research methodology to increase student learning activities.
