Abstract

This study aims to determine the inhibition power of Trichoderma spp. isolate of Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan to Colletotricum spp. And to know the difference in the ability to inhibit Trichoderma spp., Based on the location of the soil (rice field, moor and pepper crops) in Kapuas District. Trichoderma spp capability testing against Colletotrichum spp. performed on PDA media, with a double culture technique, ie by growing in pairs Trichoderma spp and Colletotrichum spp. Based on the data of the analysis of variance, the applied treatment did not give effect to the percentage of pathogen resistance of Colletotrichum spp., But Trichoderma spp. of various isolates were able to inhibit Colletotrichum spp. percentage of inhibition of Colletotrichum spp. the smallest is in the application of Trichoderma spp. isolate soil location B (TCSB) and then followed by Trichoderma spp. field A soil isolates (TCSA). While the percentage of inhibition of Colletotrichum spp. the largest is in the application of Trichoderma spp. soil isolates of B (TCCB) chili plants followed by Trichoderma spp. chili plant ground isolate A (TCCA).

Abstract

Tidal marshland constitute sub optimal land that progressively important which is role in increasing effort of rice productions. However, in effort for exploit tidal marshland had a severally limitation. Therefore, new high yield rice variety is necessary that is possess high yield potential and broadly adaptation capacity. This research is a experiment that is be done on sour sulphate land with type B water overflowing by using agglomerate random design (RAK) one factor with 16 treatment, 2 replication and 32 unit experiment. The treatment consists of a 14 M7 lines and as comparator variety is local rice variety Cantik and high yield rice mutation result (Bestari). Observational result indicate growth of M7 line on high of plant, amount of tiller, flowering age, and harvest age having better performance than comparator variety. The performance yield component of M7 line on meaty grain, total grain, weight of grain per panicle, and weight of grain per hectare consistis low yield until equivalent. However, in weight of 1000 seeds M7 line strains did not differ from high yield rice mutation result (Bestari), but all the strains showed a weight of 1000 seeds heavier than local rice variety Cantik.

Abstract

Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is an important food source in Indonesia, namely as a source of vegetable protein. Then to develop the production of this plant is need for media/fertilizer that is able to deliver growth and good results. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the granting baglog waste white Oyster Mushrooms cropping of some chemical properties of soil and growth of peanut plants. This research is the research in a pot/polybag with use (RAL) one factor, with five treatment rooms, four replicates and 20 units of the experiment. with IE giving of waste baglog white Oyster mushrooms in incubation for ± 2 weeks in soil samples, namely: K0 = 0 t ha-1 as control, K1 = 20 t ha-1 or the equivalent of 50 g, K2 = 40 t ha-1 or the equivalent of 100 g, K3 = 60 t ha-1 or the equivalent of 150 g , K4 = 80 t ha-1 or the equivalent of 200 g. Results of the research showed that giving waste white Oyster Mushrooms cropping media gives influence soil chemical properties such as: soil pH, available N-, P-available and provide high growth effect on plants , and results such as: the number of pods, and heavy seeds.

Abstract

This research is to know the effect of interaction and the best combination of giving trichokompos and NPK on growth and yield of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.). This research used polybag with factorial randomized block design (RAK) of two factors. The first factor was 4 levels of trichokompos dose treatment (T): t1 = 150 gram / polybag, t2 = 300 gram / polybag, t3 = 450 gram / polybag, t4 = 600 gram / polybag, and the second factor is 4 levels dose treatment of NPK (N) n0 = 0 gram / polybag, n1 = 60 gram / polybag, n2 = 120 gram / polybag, n3 = 180 gram / polybag. The result of the research showed trichokompos and NPK giving interaction effect on plant height 14 hst, while at plant height 21, 28, 35, and 42 hst, number of branch books, the number of fruit crops, and the weight of fruit crops, interaction of trichokompos fertilizer and NPK has no significant effect. The single treatment of NPK dosage influenced the number of branch book, the number of fruit crops, and the weight of the crops, while the single trichocompos treatment did not affect all observed variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) to the dosage of green manure and bokashi kirinyuh on ultisol soil and to know the dose of green manure or bokashi kirinyuh which gives growth and yield of the highest lettuce plant. Performed At Greenhouse with Native Design. Factor A (type of fertilizer) is the type of green manure and bokashi while factor B (dose in the type of fertilizer) ie dose 125, 250 and 375 grams. So there are 6 treatments and repeated 4 times, so obtained 24 units of experiments and multiplied by 2 polybags, so there are 48 plants. In the observation of consumption harvest (40 days after planting) type of fertilizer affect the number of leaves and dry weight of the top of the plant. The dose in the fertilizer has a very significant effect on the wet weight of the upper part of the plant during the consumption harvest and the wet weight as the initial observation of the appearance of the flower. Bokashi with a dose of 375 grams yields the highest average against the wet weight of the upper part of the crop at the time of consumption harvest and at the onset of interest. The dose of 250 grams of bokashi is the best dose against the average wet weight of the top of the plant at the beginning of the flower
