Abstract

All these digital products can be downloaded easily. And can be exchanged with services such as e-mail. One way to protect multimedia copyrights is to embed information into the multimedia data (watermarking) as a digital signature of the legal owner of the multimedia product. Thus, the embedded watermark does not damage the protected digital data. So that the person who opens the multimedia product knows about the ownership of the maker. Digital data that will be applied in this research is only data in the form of digital images. Currently there are several watermarking methods that can be applied to digital images, such as: Least Significant Bit Coding, Patchwork (introduced by Bender), Pitas and Kaskalis, Caroni, Cox, Randomly Sequenced Pulse Position Modulated Code (RSPPMC), and others. However, the authors are interested in methods that utilize the characteristics of the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT).

The Covid-19 pandemic caused learning activities to stop offline for some time and switch to using an online learning system to reduce the spread of the virus. Online learning has many challenges, among which the focus of cadets is less effective because the process of delivering material is not done directly or face-to-face. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects of this study were three hundred and twenty-six Sidoarjo Marine and Fisheries Polytechnic. Based on the results of the study, it shows that lecturers have carried out online learning activities well. This is indicated by the cadets' statements, that the lecturers can explain the material well and the cadets easily understand it. Lecturers also utilize technology well to support online learning. The results showed that most cadets have been able to use learning tools well so as to reduce the obstacles that occur during lectures. Effectiveness is a guideline for the success of a learning activity. The results showed that 41.1% of cadets felt 'quite' with the statement. The author interprets that informants still do not feel the benefits of the positive impact and also feel the negative impact of this online learning. Abstract

The application of the Waterfall technique to the development of sales information systems in small organizations is one way to increase sales process efficiency and effectiveness. The Waterfall technique is an organized and sequential approach to software development that begins with an analysis of user requirements and proceeds to system design. In this study, the Waterfall method is applied to the development of a sales information system determined by specifications for a small business with a relatively simple business process, namely the sales transaction process related to improving services in business transactions and the process of ordering items related to the inventory of items in the warehouse to be able to control whether items need to be restocked. The design employs a structured method, the Data Flow Diagram (DFD), beginning with the context diagram, DFD level, table design with the Conceptual Data Model (CDM), and interface design for the sales transaction process and arranging transactions.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to build a decision support system (Decision Support System) that can aid in the evaluation of lecturer performance at the International Women's University. This study employs the balanced scorecard method for analyzing system requirements, which is based on four perspectives: the customer perspective (institutional customers), the financial perspective (college financing profile), the internal process perspective (assessing and measuring lecturer performance), and the growth perspective (understanding and measuring lecturer productivity). These are the findings of this study: 1) Determining strategic objectives from the financial, customer, internal process, and learning and growth process perspectives, based on UWI Bandung's vision, purpose, and strategy. 2) Determine the measurements and weights for evaluating performance indicators in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that align with the vision, purpose, and strategy of UWI Bandung. 3) Analyze data requirements and related components by integrating current systems, which can be utilized to analyze decision support systems for evaluating lecturer performance.
