Abstract

An Confidentiality of data is of greater concern to all of us, to ensure that stored information cannot be read, opened or even accessed by unauthorized parties, it is necessary to secure and protect the integrity of the documents sent. So to minimize these actions, a system is needed to provide protection and security so that it is difficult to solve by irresponsible people. Some methods that can be used to do this are AES-128 and RC4, a combination of which creates a high level of data security. Based on testing AES-128 and RC4 are able to increase the level of data security in the form of documents by way of encryption and still maintain the original documents when the results of the decryption process.

Abstract

Effective leadership styles and the level of welfare of military personnel can be key factors in improving their performance in training and service tasks in the village environment. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and welfare on the performance of Village Supervisory Officers in the context of the village environment. This research method involves collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Village Development Officers in various villages. The collected data was analyzed using statistical techniques, including regression analysis, to assess the relationship between the leadership style applied by their superiors, the level of welfare of the personnel, and their performance in village development tasks. The results of the research show that leadership style has a positive and significant influence on the performance of village development non-commissioned officer personnel . Meanwhile, welfare has a positive and significant influence on the performance of village supervisory non-commissioned officers. Finally, leadership style and welfare together have a positive and significant influence on the performance of village development non-commissioned officer personnel.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and document the policy network involved in implementing the Ecovillage program in Palasari Village, Subang Regency. The ecovillage program aims to create villages/villages/sub-districts with a participatory and independent environmental culture, with the hope of having an impact on improving community welfare. The main focus of this research is to understand the structure and dynamics of the policy network that supports the implementation of the Ecovillage program and how interactions between stakeholders influence the success of the program. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data collection was carried out by purposive sampling from relevant stakeholders. The instruments used for data collection were interviews, observation, document techniques and literature studies. The results of research conducted on the Ecovillage Program in Palasari Village show that the implementation of this program has had a positive impact on environmental preservation and sustainable development at the village level. This study found that through the implementation of an effective policy network between the West Java Provincial Government, the Palasari Village Government, and the local community, Palasari Village has succeeded in developing various environmental activities which include waste management, natural resource conservation, and community empowerment in independent environmental management.

Abstract

The public's highest expectation for its police is the diligent execution of professional responsibilities with utmost professionalism. The National Police's repeated failures, which tarnish its reputation in society, can be attributed to the persistently low level of emotional intelligence inside the organization. The objective of this study is to establish the correlation between Emotional Intelligence and the Capacity to Exercise Police Discretion. This study will employ survey and interview methodologies to gather data from police officers working in the Samapta Unit of the Tasikmalaya City Police Resort. The data collection in this study involved the utilization of the Police Discretion Scale and the Emotional Intelligence Scale, which were administered to a sample of 70 participants. The analysis reveals a strong and statistically significant positive correlation (rxy = 0.501, p = 0.000, p<0.05) between emotional intelligence and discretion in police. Therefore, the hypothesis suggesting a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and discretion in the police Samapta function is supported.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of marketing innovation as a strategic tool capable of creating competitive advantages for companies in the global market. Technological developments and globalization have accelerated changes in the business environment, forcing companies to continuously adapt to these changes in order to remain competitive. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature analysis and case studies to identify marketing innovation practices that are effective in gaining and maintaining competitive advantage in the global market. The research results show that marketing innovation has a crucial role in creating competitive advantages for companies in the global market. Through adopting the right marketing innovations, companies are able to develop unique products or services, respond more effectively to consumer needs, and expand their market share. In addition, marketing innovation also allows companies to build stronger relationships with customers through better experiences and more responsive service. Thus, marketing innovation is recognized as a key element in business growth and success strategies in the modern era full of challenges.

Abstract

Good governance is the main focus of sustainable development in various countries, with the principles of transparency, accountability and obedience to the law. Public service ethics, as moral values related to the public interest, play a crucial role in directing the behavior and decisions of actors regarding the General Election. This research aims to explore the important role of public ethics in realizing good governance. This research method includes literature analysis, case studies, and interviews with stakeholders related to good governance. The results of this research show that the role of public service ethics is very important in improving good governance in holding general elections in Indonesia. Public service ethics provide a moral foundation for election administrators to carry out their duties with integrity, transparency and openness. In the context of accountability, public service ethics is the basis for being responsible for every action and decision taken during the general election process. Compliance with the law, as part of public service ethics, has also proven important in maintaining the integrity and fairness of the entire process.

Abstract

Global Geopolitics amidst the Threat of the Covid-19 Pandemic has become the focus of this research to understand the impact of the pandemic on the dynamics of international relations. The research background includes shifts in global political, economic and security forces influenced by the spread of the virus. The aim of the research is to analyze countries' responses to the pandemic in a geopolitical context, as well as identify collaboration and conflict strategies that emerge amidst the crisis. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The research results show that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought about significant changes in global geopolitics. Some Asian countries showed impressive resilience in responding to the crisis, while countries with traditional global leadership faced challenges. The dynamics of government, both democratic and authoritarian, in responding to the pandemic are the focus of debate. International cooperation and the role of international organizations, especially WHO, are recognized as important in dealing with global health threats. At the regional level, Southeast Asia is faced with the need to increase unity and resilience in order to maintain relevance on the international stage .

Abstract

Democracy as a form of government that involves active community participation requires a strong role for political parties as mediators between community interests and the decision-making process. Political parties in Indonesia contribute to maintaining democratic values and maintaining the balance of power between the executive, legislative and judiciary. This research aims to analyze the main role of political parties in strengthening and maintaining the health of democracy in Indonesia. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this research reveal that the role of political parties as enforcers of democracy in Indonesia is very significant in various aspects. Political parties act as representatives of society, forming and maintaining a democratic system through participation in general elections, and being actively involved in policy making. However, the findings also highlight challenges, such as the risk of elitism and abuse of power, that need to be addressed so that the role of political parties can be more effective in realizing inclusive and sustainable democracy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a necessity in the modern business world to increase company efficiency and competitiveness. This research aims to investigate the challenges and opportunities faced by companies in adopting digital transformation, especially in the context of operational management. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that digital transformation in company management brings a number of challenges and opportunities that need to be considered. Key challenges include employee resistance to change, increasingly critical data security, significant implementation costs, and the complexity of integrating new technology with existing systems. However, on the other hand, great opportunities also open up with the ability to increase operational efficiency through process automation, personalization of customer service, and responsiveness to market changes with real-time data analysis. Digital transformation also provides flexibility and scalability, allowing companies to adapt operations to changing needs and better deal with business growth. Therefore, companies need to be wise in overcoming challenges, maximizing opportunities, and taking strategic steps to successfully adopt digital transformation in their operational management.

Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of information and communication technology, conventional approaches in biology learning need to be reconsidered in order to utilize the potential of existing technology. This research aims to investigate and analyze the importance of technology integration in biology learning in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the integration of technology in biology learning increases engagement and learning effectiveness. The use of simulation software, interactive videos, and learning applications motivates students and provides an immersive learning experience. Personalization of learning through digital platforms and adaptive learning improves student understanding. Online learning data provides targeted feedback, while collaborative projects and virtual interactions build collaboration skills. Overall, technology integration creates an adaptive, interactive, and relevant learning environment in the digital era.
