<![CDATA[In this digital era, the recommendation system is an important tool in helping users to make decisions, including choosing tourist destinations. This study aims to implement the K-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) algorithm in determining the recommendation pattern for tourist destinations. The k-NN algorithm was chosen because of its ability to classify based on the closest neighbor of a point, so that it can obtain recommendation patterns that are more personal and relevant to user preferences. This implementation method involves data collection, data preparation, model building, classification process, model evaluation, and finally implementation of the model in a recommendation system. The results of this study indicate that a recommendation system based on the k-NN algorithm is able to provide suggestions for tourist destinations that are more in line with user preferences, thus potentially increasing user satisfaction and making a positive contribution to the tourism industry. However, the effectiveness of this model is highly dependent on the quality and quantity of data used. Therefore, good data collection and preparation is very important in the implementation of this algorithm. This research opens opportunities for further research and development in the field of tourist destination recommendation systems using other algorithms or combining several algorithms to obtain more optimal results. <![CDATA[Evaluation of data visualization using the RapidMiner application and the C4.5 algorithm is an important research area to gain a better understanding of patterns and trends in data. RapidMiner, as a well-known science and data analysis platform, provides a wide range of data analysis and visualization tools and techniques. The C4.5 algorithm is a method used to generate decision trees and is used in many machine learning applications for classification. This study aims to evaluate how these two technologies can be used together for data analysis and visualization. The research methodology involves data collection, pre-processing, application of the C4.5 algorithm, data visualization, and results evaluation. The results of this study indicate that using RapidMiner and the C4.5 algorithm simultaneously can produce informative and easy-to-understand data visualizations. This allows researchers and professionals to better understand patterns and trends in data, and aids in data-driven decision making. However, this study also found that there are challenges in understanding and implementing the C4.5 algorithm in the context of RapidMiner, which requires specific knowledge and expertise. Overall, this research makes an important contribution to the field of data science, providing guidance and recommendations for the use of RapidMiner and the C4.5 algorithm in the context of data analysis and visualization.]]>

<![CDATA[Public awareness to utilize palm fronds into sticks as part of an effort to grow the economic vibrancy of village communities in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency provides opportunities for entrepreneurs to open handicraft businesses by utilizing palm fronds into sticks to be processed into various forms of high-value handicrafts. Crafts by processing palm sticks have very good prospects if you use the right strategy and the right advice if you reach the right target market. This study aims to see how the prospects and strategies carried out by palm oil handicraft business actors in helping the economic growth of rural communities in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. This study uses the SWOT analysis method. After conducting research, the palm oil handicraft (handcraft) business carried out by the village community in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency has very good prospects and is able to grow rapidly in terms of increasing turnover, the number of consumer interests and a wide market share. Utilization of palm oil sticks into handicrafts has prospects in helping the community's economic growth. Therefore, one of the strategies that can be implemented is to open a Production Cooperative unit in order to improve service, and also increase the quality and consumer confidence in products produced from palm oil sticks. In addition, this palm oil stick craft business is considered creative and productive because it can open jobs for the community, so it can help increase the community's economic growth.]]>

<![CDATA[Era 4.0 is marked by significant developments in digital technology, changing the business, social and cultural landscape globally. In this context, local wisdom leadership becomes increasingly important in dealing with complex and rapid changes. The purpose of this research is to analyze the challenges faced by local wisdom leadership in dealing with the dynamics of Era 4.0. A qualitative approach is used to collect data through in-depth interviews with local leaders who have successfully integrated local values into their leadership. The results of this study reveal that local wisdom leadership in Indonesia comes from the excavation of the noble values of the Indonesian people which are contained in Pancasila values which include religious values, kinship, harmony, democracy and justice. This research also shows that local wisdom-based leadership in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era faced challenges to values and culture due to technology and globalization. Leaders must strike a balance between traditional values and technological developments, while dealing with technological disruption, skills shortages and global competition. Complex communication challenges and value conflicts also arise. On the other hand, leaders need to maintain local cultural heritage in a sustainable development strategy that incorporates economic growth, social justice and environmental protection. In facing this challenge, leaders must adapt, integrate local values, and design a balanced and sustainable strategy.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to test and expand upon existing literature concerning the effect of workplace discipline on employee performance. Based on this description, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of work-life balance and work discipline on employee performance while working from home. This research comprises quantitative investigation of causal links between variables by evaluating hypotheses. Employees from Investment and One Stop Service compose the sample for this study. The SmartPls software is used for path analysis in data analysis. In addition, a Different Test utilizing One-Way ANOVA was conducted to examine differences in work-life balance, work discipline, and performance between WFH and WFO personnel. The results of the study indicate that work life balance has a positive and substantial effect on employee performance, and that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. There is a considerable difference between WFH and WFO employees in terms of work-life balance, but there is no significant difference in terms of work discipline and performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The increasing use of information technology to support human work in various activities related to computers as a medium, so security and privacy issues are a very important aspect of information systems for data, messages and information. Encryption is the best way to protect information and device data. This research aims to produce a chat application using ElGamal Algorithm in text message security. The method used to encrypt the original text message that will be processed by the system so that the encrypted message results appear in the database not in the form of the original text or original message. Where the encryption process goes through many initial processes, namely the generation of keys represented by various numbers, then enter the encryption stage with the process using the public key for the encryption process. For the next stage, namely the decryption stage of the message encryption results so that it can be seen and read by the recipient. The results of this research are: Group Chat that is able to apply the Elgamal cryptographic algorithm in securing communication in the process of inputting messages to the database and displaying messages from the database to the application interface.]]>

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on a company's business practices. This research methodology entails the collection of qualitative data through the utilization of descriptive methodologies.
