Abstract

Organizations need to reinvent strategies to face rapid changes in the digital era. A key challenge for companies is how they can take advantage of the opportunities emerging from this digital disruption by accelerating the company's digital transformation, which should be led by digital leadership capabilities. This research aims to analyze and design an IT governance framework that focuses on communication as a critical element in supporting effective digital leadership. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results highlight the importance of digital leadership and the integration of communication-centered IT governance in facing the challenges of digital transformation. Research shows that digital leaders need to articulate a vision focused on leveraging technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational communications. Forming cross-departmental teams or committees is key to integrating efforts between IT and communications. In addition, IT policy designs that cover communication aspects need to pay attention to security standards and data governance, in accordance with the organization's communication values. Policy dissemination and regular training are essential to ensure the necessary understanding and skills across the organization. Regular evaluation of the implementation of the IT governance framework shows that adaptability and responsiveness to changes in the organization and the external environment are the keys to long-term success.

Abstract

In the criminal justice system, efficiency and justice are often two sides of a coin that are difficult to unite. Koneksitas is a mechanism in criminal procedure law that regulates court procedures for criminal offences, where the case falls within the jurisdiction of two different judicial institutions, namely the General Court and the Military Court. This research aims to explore how this concept can be adapted and applied in the modern legal context, taking into account the need for efficiency of the legal process and justice for all parties involved. The research method used is normative juridical. The result of this research is that connectivity court in Indonesia, regulated in KUHAP and related regulations, is important to handle cross-jurisdictional cases efficiently and consistently, but needs to maintain the rights of the defendant. KUHAP reforms and legal adaptations are needed to address these challenges, improve the legal system, and strengthen public trust. Managing inter-agency and cross-sectoral relationships within the justice system is key to ensuring fairness and integrity in law enforcement.

Abstract

An online and responsive (multiplatform) information system that is able to support the work of all employees of cosmetics and medicine distributors who have hundreds of regular customers (shops) in Bandung. Debtors in this company feel that there is a need to update the information system, where the current system still has many shortcomings, and is still semi-manual, thus hampering the performance of employees. This company has sections, each of which has its own separate system. and not integrated, so the flow of business processes often experiences obstacles, for example to issue an invoice, the operator has to use 3 different applications, all three of which still use outdated technology. Salesmen who work in the field need information technology support to support their performance, currently they still use paper lists that are vulnerable to rain. Debtors who still carry out manual matching and recording, and many more. In this report, a new system is described that will be proposed through design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), which generally consists of Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams . The system built will implement a Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, which is a concept for planning and managing a company's resources. ERP is an integrated system that aims to summarize existing business processes so that they become an efficient and effective collaboration. This Drug and Cosmetic Distribution Information System was developed using the Laravel framework which is based on the PHP web programming language, development media and MySql for the storage database. Model system development carried out using the waterfall model. The MJM online information system version 2.0 will be able to integrate all parts of the company, and support and facilitate the work of all working parties.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of the world of information technology has resulted in legal relations in the midst of society which has given rise to various crimes and other legal activities that have not yet been regulated because the modes used are new modes of crime in the world of law. regarding these legal relationships in the world of technology. This research aims to determine the influence of technological developments on the criminal law system in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research with a statutory approach. The results of this research highlight the significant role of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE) in regulating and protecting security in cyberspace. The ITE Law not only creates a legal framework for electronic transactions, but also becomes an instrument for law enforcement against cybercrime. Nevertheless, implementation challenges in the field, increasing the capacity of law enforcement officials, and cross-sector collaboration remain the main focus in dealing with legal and technological complexity. This research highlights Indonesia's efforts to form a responsive and dynamic legal system, taking into account the values of Pancasila as the ideological foundation.

Abstract

Social media viral status refers to statuses, pictures, photos, videos, and all other information that spreads quickly and widely, so that viral information is widely known by the wider community, and has become a topic of discussion by many netizens or netizens in cyberspace. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social media viral status on accelerating the criminal justice process in Indonesia, as well as solutions for the community regarding the viral social media status. The method in this study uses qualitative analysis methods. The data collection technique in this study was for primary data by means of documentary studies and interviews and for secondary data by studies of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results in this study state that there is an influence of social media viral status on the acceleration of the criminal justice process in Indonesia. As well as solutions for law enforcement agencies such as the police in fixing the public complaint system, namely Improving the Complaint Acceptance System, Training and awareness for officers, Building an Evaluation and Monitoring System, Strengthening collaboration with social media, Increasing Transparency and Public Communication, and internal evaluation and system improvement.

Abstract

Utilization of Supply Chain Management (MRP) has become a crucial strategy in increasing a company's competitive advantage in the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition. This research digs deeper into how companies can utilize MRP effectively to achieve and maintain competitive advantage. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) has a significant positive impact on the company. Through effective supply chain management, companies can increase customer satisfaction, optimize production and distribution costs, and achieve targeted financial goals. Utilization of technology in SCM supports improved employee performance and ensures good involvement in the supply chain process. Apart from that, SCM not only acts as a logistics tool, but also as an effective marketing strategy to respond to market needs and build close relationships with consumers. Overall, the implementation of SCM provides opportunities for companies to grow sustainably and gain competitive advantage in a dynamic market.

Abstract

The digital era brings changes in architectural paradigms, presenting new challenges in the interpretation and understanding of architectural aesthetics. This research aims to explore the meaning and symbolism in digital architecture in the era of information and communication technology. This research method includes semiotic analysis of virtual building structures, considering visual, audio and interactive elements. Data collection was carried out through literature studies with a qualitative approach. The results of this research state that the application of architectural semiotic concepts in the digital era has a significant impact on the way users interact and understand digital spaces. In this context, visual elements such as icons, symbols and colors not only function as aesthetic elements, but also as a language that provides instructions and information to users. Likewise, the use of sound and music is identified as a semiotic element that can create additional atmosphere and emotions in digital environments. This integration of semiotics not only improves the clarity and readability of information, but also creates a richer and more contextual user experience.

Abstract

A strong brand has a positive impact on customer perception, loyalty and a company's market share. This research will analyze marketing strategies through branding strategies that have proven successful in creating, managing and strengthening brands. This research uses a qualitative approach through descriptive methods. The research results show that building a strong brand involves a number of key strategies. Implementing an easy-to-understand logo, instilling value in the product, innovation, market research and competitor monitoring are important factors. Identifying brand barriers helps companies to improve their image and understand customer needs. A good positioning strategy plays a central role in creating brand uniqueness in the minds of consumers. Apart from that, creating a website is a modern element that supports brand visibility and interaction with customers online. By combining these approaches, companies can build a strong brand, expand market reach, and maintain competitiveness in a dynamic marketplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal consequences of misuse of notary authority to make deeds. Notaries in carrying out the duties of their office must be careful and careful in making deeds, so that the deeds they make are not legally defective because they must be accountable to the general public and so as not to harm others. This research uses a conceptual approach and a legal approach. Using a conceptual approach, researchers refer to legal principles related to the concept of the state of letters in the case of forgery of letters. The legal approach is carried out by reviewing related laws and regulations. This research is analytical in nature that studies the purpose of law, the values of justice, the truth of the rule of law, legal concepts and legal norms according to the position of deeds in relation to the implementation of the duties of unscrupulous authentic deed makers . The results of this study conclude that the criteria for a notary deed to become an authentic deed have been regulated in the law, so that Notaries who are officials who are authorized to make authentic deeds must always pay attention to the procedures for making deeds in accordance with applicable laws. When the deed loses its evidentiary power, it can be relegated to a deed under hand, or become invalid or become null and void. So the Notary Public must be responsible for his negligence in exercising his authority. If the authentic deed in its making is a legal defect caused solely by the fault of the Notary and then the deed in Court is declared inauthentic, or invalid, or becomes null and void or relegated to a deed under hand, then the Notary must be concerned be liable for the error caused by the forgery of the deed.

This industry has grown rapidly and become a major pillar in the global economy, with dynamic changes in technology and ever-growing market demand. This research aims to investigate and analyze effective operational management practices in the context of creative industries in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the implementation of operational management that is responsive to change, supported by technology and automation systems, has a positive impact in increasing the efficiency of the creative and digital industries. Managing creativity as a key asset, together with holistic skills training, has been proven to make a significant contribution to innovation in products and services. Data analysis is becoming a valuable tool in forecasting market trends and supporting data-driven decisions for sustainable growth. Additionally, partnerships with technology companies and educational institutions open new opportunities for collaboration, access additional resources, and stimulate innovation. Thus, the research results confirm that a holistic approach to operational management, which combines creative and operational aspects, plays a key role in creating an environment that supports sustainable growth and excellence in creative and digital industries.
