Abstract

In effort to meet their needs, a person will choose a product that can provide the highest satisfaction and quality of life. The purpose of this study is to determine whether lifestyle and motivation affect purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought an Nmax motorcycle in Bima City. The sample used was 100 people with this technique the sampling used in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, linear regression test staying up late, determination test, t test and f test. The results showed that lifestyle and motivation had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for NMax motorcycle products, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Village Apparatus Competence, Community Participation and Internal Control System on Village Fund Accountability in Beringin District. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted in 11 villages located in the District of Beringin. The population and sample in this study consisted of 55 people, each of which was the village head, village secretary, BPD village treasurer and the community of the 11 villages studied. The sampling technique used total sampling. Sources of data used in this study is primary data obtained by using a questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale. While the data analysis method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis carried out with the help of computer software, namely the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS 25). The results in this study indicate that: Village Apparatus Competence partially and significantly has no effect on Village Fund Accountability. Community participation partially and significantly has no effect on Village Fund Accountability. The Internal Control System partially and significantly affects Village Fund Accountability. Competence of Village Apparatus, Community Participation and Internal Control System simultaneously and significantly affect Village Fund Accountability.

Abstract

This study aims to choose an analysis of stock investment decisions on the IDX. The research design is an associative research that is equipped with an in-depth description of the stock price model produced in this study. Observation data is in the form of panel data, namely 2017-2020 and 21 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. The fundamental model [stock price=f(NPM, ROI and ROE) was built with 84 observational data, while the model with the explanatory factor was technical (stock price(t-1)) , including when initially entering the EPS variable using 63 observational data. The findings show that the stock price model with an explanatory variable in the form of fundamental factors cannot be used as a decision-making tool, because the independent variables are highly correlated (the implication is that the t-test with Ha criteria is accepted, but in the F-test the criteria H0 is accepted). The final model produced is an explanatory factor in the form of stock price (t-1) to stock price (stock price = f(share price (t-1), where stock price can be explained at the level of 68.60%. This study confirms for investors stocks that lead to professionals to explore the various theories that exist in technical analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, price, product quality, and distribution on decisions in purchasing products from Fiesta Chicken Nugget (Smarco Superstore, Medan City). The results of the multiple linear regression test Y= 1.409 + 0.102X1 - (-0.045) X2 + 0.711X3 + 0.127X4+e. The results showed that partially Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, and Distribution, on the Purchase Decision of Fiesta Chicken nuggets. And the results of the study simultaneously showed that Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, and Distribution, had a significant and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The coefficient of determination obtained for the partial effect of Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, and Distribution, on Purchase Decisions is obtained by 70%, while the remaining 30% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of board of characteristics indicators on ROA, as well as educational and experiential moderation tests on these influences. Trade, service and investment sector companies registered with ISSI are used as a population. The secondary data used, namely ROA, size, gender, and independence of the board of directors, as well as education and experience as moderation variables, were obtained from the Annual Financial Statements for the period 2018-2020. The analysis methods used are model output, inner model and hypothesis testing with Warp Pls 7.0. The result of this study is that the size of the board of directors and independent directors affects the ROA but is not able to be moderated by education and experience. Female directors have no effect on ROA and are incapable of being moderated by experience but can be moderated by education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and workload on performance mediated by compensation for teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan. The research method used is quantitative research, where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. The number of samples in this study were 34 teachers of SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan. Data collection techniques used in this research are document studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart-PLS. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Leadership has no significant effect on teacher performance at SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan. (2) Directly leadership has no significant effect on compensation at SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan. (3) Directly workload does not significantly affect teacher performance at SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan. (4) Directly workload has a significant effect on compensation at SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan. (5) Directly compensation has a significant effect on performance at SD Muhammadiyah 18 Medan. (6) indirectly leadership has no significant effect on performance through compensation. (7) indirectly the workload has no significant effect on performance through compensation.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau. and analyze the most influential variables on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau, as many as 54 people and using the formula from Issac Michael as the sample was 47.22 rounded up to 47 respondents. The problem of this research is that the services provided to customers are not yet optimal, and the employee's performance is not yet optimal in terms of developing public service programs that are in accordance with the needs of the community .By using descriptive quantitative method. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded: Organizational Commitment (X1) and Organizational Climate (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that it supports Ha. It is known that the results of the study can be seen that the Fcount value is 31,090 with a significant level of 0.000 while Ftable with =5% and (nk-1) or (47-2-1) = 44. And the numerator (k-2) is 3,209 . Fcount (31.090) > Ftable (3.209), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant effect between Organizational Commitment and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance. With the commitment between employees and a harmonious organizational climate, it will maximize the performance achieved by employees so far.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of village apparatus competence, internal control, and organizational commitment to the potential for fraud in the management of village funds in Serdang Bedagai Regency. This type of data in this study is quantitative data using a questionnaire as a means of obtaining data. This research was conducted in the village of Perbaungan sub-district Serdang Bedagai Regency as many as 24 villages. The population and sample in this study were 120 people, 5 people each in each village. The data analysis method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis carried out with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study found that apparatus competence have a significant influence on the potential for fraud in the management of village funds in Serdang Bedagai Regency. While internal control and organizational commitment have no effect on the potential for fraud in the management of village funds in Serdang Bedagai Regency. On other results, it can be seen that simultaneously all independent variables have a significant influence on the potential for fraud in the management of village funds in Serdang Bedagai Regency.

Abstract

Many companies have stumbled on financial cases, the impact of which has resulted in a decline in the level of investor confidence so that it affects the value of the company. The value of the company reflects the assets owned by the company. Good CSR disclosure leads to higher consumer loyalty so that it has an impact on increasing sales. Every company whose company value is known must have company risk, the purpose of finding company value can lead to minimizing the company's risk that will be faced. This study aims to: 1) explain the effect of CSR disclosure on firm value, 2) explain the effect of ERM disclosure on firm value. The research subjects are 32 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2020. CSR disclosure uses the Global Reporting Initiative 4 standard. ERM disclosure uses COSO 2017 guidelines. Firm value uses Price to Book Value. Data analysis using multiple regression with Stata version 16 program. The results obtained: 1) CSR has an effect on firm value. The existence of CSR disclosure affects the value of the company. The increase or decrease in the value of the company is influenced by the value of CSR. Investors can use CSR disclosure as the basis for making investment decisions so that CSR is considered to be profitable; 2) ERM has an influence on firm value. The existence of ERM disclosure has an effect on firm value. Investors use risk management information in making decisions to invest .

Abstract

The study was conducted on 150 respondents as MSME customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Branch Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai District, North Sumatra. Respondents are customers having microfinance with current collectibility. Sampling was taken with accidental sampling method. Research model used SEM, and data processing used PLS 3.0 smart software. The results of the study answered the research objectives; perception influences financing decisions, brand awareness affects financing decisions, and brand awareness does not become a mediating variable in influencing perceptions of financial decisions.
