Abstract

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan insurance participants always increase, but the level of user satisfaction always shows unstable. The level of service quality applied by BPJS has not optimal it can be seen from the level of complaints to BPJS services and also the BPJS?s awareness index ranks to be lowest. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan must rebuild the company's image to become top of mind in the community due to the transformation process. That kind of condition can obstruct the company development and also affect the company's image. This research aimed to determine the effect of service quality and corporate image on service satisfaction of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. This study was a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. This study has conducted a survey using questionnaires as the research instrument to gather the data. The population of this study was BPJS Ketenagakerjaan costumers who were ever visited and used the facilities at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office. The total sample of this study were 300 respondents employing incidental sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. This study found that there is a positive correlation between service quality and company image. There is also a significant partial effect of satisfaction on service quality. There is a partial effect of the company image on service satisfaction. Then, there is a significant and positive simultaneous effect of service quality and company image on the service satisfaction of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Abstract

The research was conducted on the basis of a range of common problems in capital markets activities in Indonesia, the increasing development of alternative investment and to invest, investors should be better at determining the investment option. It is taken into consideration is the investor return and risk. In principle, investors expect high returns with minimal risk. Establishment LQ 45 is a superior collection of 45 stocks to facilitate investors in choosing. Public interest in increasing sharia-based economy, then formed the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) to respond to the needs of information that meets the requirements of Shariah. It made an interesting study of comparison between stock returns and risk and non-Islamic sharia. Researchers use this type of survey research in the analysis. Using purposive sampling, researchers select stocks during the period of observation is always good listings on LQ 45 and JII. Each sample wascalculated return and risk to findout which one gives the stock return and risk greater.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Investment (ROI) on Dividend Per Share (Study at Property and Real Estate Company listed in BEI). Multiple regression analysis used to analyze data. Secondary data was taken from 68 respondents in the BEI (Indonesian Capital Market Directory, KSEI, and www.idx.co.id) and the oobservation period from 2009 to 2012. The result indicated that current ratio, cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on investment have simultaneously efect on dividend per share. Partially, Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Return on Investment have a negative effect on Dividend Per Share. While Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect to Dividend Per Share. Abstract

PT Pulau Sambu Guntung was a company engaged in the plantation sector, industry and trade, companies that process raw materials into a cream of coconut and palm oil producing strain.In the supply of raw materials, the company acquired by purchase from the supplier, and the company has a coconut plantation which is only taken 10% of the plantation area.Because it will be exported to Europe then came the problem because in Europe the standard is set too high, the ISO shall not be granted and must make improvements.This study aimed to analyze the application and the requirements of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015.The analysis tool used is descriptive analysis.The results showed that the clause was appropriate and meet the target, but there is a clause that is appropriate but not running optimally.Therefore still needs to be improved continuously in order to run optimally.

To measure the attitudes toward onlineshopping, attributes associated to online shopping are used. Moreover, the websites revisits andshopping intensity through alternative channels are used to measure the behaviour of the respondentsvisiting intensity to shop online. Partial least square are used to analysis primary data attitudestoward online shopping, purpose to gather information online, shopping intention and shoppingbehaviour. The data was collected by using a questionnaire distributed to online shopping consumersthrough electronic mail. Sample size includes 100 respondents with judgmental sampling technique.The sample?s respondents are members of an online fashion store, online shopping purchasebetween July and September 2011. The result of T-test shows that the attitude towards online shoppinghas positive effect on information searching intention and online shopping intention. Furthermore,the findings show that the purpose the respondent gathers information online has positiveeffect on online shopping intention. Lastly, shopping intention has significant effect on shoppingbehavior. The Q-square score resulted from the study is 0.9275. It means that the model in the studyhas the capacity to predict the possible correlation among the analyzed variables that consist ofattitude, information gathering intention, shopping intention and shopping behavior.Keywords: attitude toward online shopping, information searching intention, online shopping intentionand online shopping behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to examine effects of brand image and perceived quality simultaneously and partially on brand loyalty Indosat card users. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The sample size consisted of 125 respondents taken by accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using a range of scales and ordinary least squares (OLS). The results show the brand image and perceived quality have influence simultaneously and partially on brand loyalty with the determination coefficient is 71,9%. This means that if the brand image and perceived quality, brand loyalty is high then high, and vice versa. Variable brand image dominant influence on brand loyalty Indosat card users.

Abstract

PT. Dwikarya Indonesia MandiriE-mail: novipl_biru2511@yahoo.co.idABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of whether the acquirers perform earningsmanagement prior to implementation of the acquisition. This type of research is a comparative studywhich compares the financial performance before and after the company making acquisitions. Analysisof financial performance is using financial ratios, including profitability, and activity. The results ofdata analysis shows that there was no indication of earnings management before the acquisitions conductedby the acquirer with Increasing income accruals. Furthermore, the company?s financial performanceas measured by the ratio of total asset turnover, net profit margin, returns on assets after theacquisition has a difference in the negative direction. The conclusion is that the acquirers before theacquisition are not convicted of earnings management with increasing income accrual. Acquirer?s financialperformance before and after the acquisitions have a difference, but the condition of thecompany is in sound condition.Keywords: Acquisitions, earnings management, financial performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study had identify and analyze the youth lifestyle Smartphone users in Malang. The usefulness of this research can be used as the basis for the company's consideration in developing Smartphone products produced and tailored to the consumer'lifestyle. Population in this study is that consumers Smartphone users in Malang, with characteristics that respondents who have entered in the category of age and adolescents, using judgmental sampling techniques can then be determined as many as 100 sample. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of the cluster. From the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the cluster I have a characteristic that is the willingness of respondents to support the work ruitn performed, work or routine activities are carried out, the development of information media, the activities undertaken by a person as a source of income, neighborhood closest to a person , always had a desire to buy the latest products, more priority to the purchase of  goods after the wants rather than needs, support penampilandan add relationships / peer. Cluster III has the characteristic that the respondent wishes to keep up with technology, where it makes the respondent is always working to get information lengkao by utilizing technological developments.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine lodging house feasibility in Malang. Feasibility study includes marketing aspects, technical, economic and social, management, legal, environmental, and financial aspects. Analysis tools used are Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Method of Average Rate of Return (ARR), Method Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index (PI). The results show that ARR is 24% (more than 17% minimum requirement), PP is 6.2 year (less than 15 year proposed), NPV is 485.041 (more than 0), IRR is 17.013% (more than 17% ARR), and PI is 1.0007287 (more than > 1).  All the feasiblity requirement are eligible. It means that the lodging house project is feasible.

Abstract

Consumer switching behaviour factors included customer service, knowledgeable employees,waiting time to get the customer service, error billing, network coverage, frequent network problem, newscheme, plan for different age,value added service, call rates, hidden charges, short message service charges,internet charges, recharge facilities, offered by competitor family and friend, fancy number, and rechargecost. Consumer switching behaviour in cellular card seen during the last six months. Respondents were cardusers who have used cellular card at least 6 months. The sum of respondent are 100 users who are selectedby purposive sampling. Data were collected by using questionnaires. The data analysed by using logisticregression enter method and backward stepwise. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis exemplifiedthat the constant significance value was less than 0.05. This meant that the factors of consumerswitching behaviour had a significant effect in cellular card. The factors affect consumer switching behaviourhad influenced at 37.6%, and 62.4% influenced by other factors outside this study. Finnaly, the fancy numberwas the most dominant factors which could influence consumer switching behaviour.Keywords: cellular card user, consumer behavior, switching behavior
