Abstract

The performance of a retail company is inseparable from the performance attributes of the marketing mix used by retail companies. The marketing mix is generally called on a retail company with ritailing mix. Attribute of ritailing mix consists of product, price, place, promotion, presentation and personnel (6 p). The ritailing mix is also believed to affect the satisfaction of the company's retail customers. So in this study is intended to determine the influence of ritailing mix consisting of attributes of the product, price, place, promotion, presentation and personnel against modern retail customer satisfaction. This research is the research of causality, which aims to explain the influence of the change of variable values in a common variation to the changing value of the variation in one or more other variables. Methods of analysis used in the study are using the multiple linear regression method with sampling purposive sampling method. Data from the questionnaire distributed to 100 customers a minimart Indomaret Sawojajar Housing I Malang became the primary data source. Based on the results of data analysis conducted, it was concluded that a variable price, promotion and presentation which is an attribute of ritailing mix affect significantly to customer satisfaction. While the variable product, place, and influential significance level personnel with a different. This research also concluded that an attribute of ritailing mix are jointly contributing significantly to customer satisfaction with the value of significance 0,000, and has the value of the influence of 58.6% of customer satisfaction and the rest is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine several dimensions of indirect compensation of on the job break, hazard protection, service programs, legal payments and health insurance is a dimension of indirect compensationThe population in the study were all employees of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Sadyha Mukti Parama, there are 16 employees. This study used questionnaire to be answered the analysis and the data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the analysis of data in this study show that the compensation indirect positive effect on employee loyalty. Substantially the results showed that the strongest indicator that supports variable indirect compensation to the loyalty of the employees are the programs of the employees. The programs of employees in the opinion of the respondents is paramount, this is because employees of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Sadyha Mukti Parama already find facilities such as a break on the Job, protection against danger, service programs, payment of legal and health insurance was considered enough to meet the needs. This study provides some theoretical implications indicate that the compensation does not directly provide a significant impact on employee loyalty Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Sadyha Parama Mukti and the results show that the indirect compensation variable dimensions are on the job break, hazard protection, service programs, legal payments and health insurance have a significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

Pension Fund ofUMM optimized investment activity yet, due to the nature was still very conservative. The first phaseresearch was to evaluate the performance of investments by analyzing the value of ROI, look at thepattern of risk of each investment instrument (Standard Deviation), and calculate the average risk forfinancial assets which was invested with the VaR. The second was to develop a simulation of investmentscenario, which previously had projected prior average annual returns for various types of investments.After developing, the evaluation of simulation scenarios by analyzing the ROI and calculatedthe average risk (VaR). The results based on optimalizing investment scenarios III, by leveraging newinvestment opportunities to maximize the full potential of investments that might be made . On the thirdscenario, the ROI achieved at the value of 9.7% VaR of 0.3% in the level confidence of 99%. It means,there would be 1% chance of loss that more than 0.3%. At these scenarios, there was a change increasesthe yield of 5.4%, and was followed by increased average risk of -0.25%. Abstract

This study aimed (1) to determine the risk of forex investments and (2) to figure out the implementation of risk management on forex. This study used descriptive method to examine a brokerage firm located in Malang named PT Best Profit Future Malang. Based on the results, it was found that the risks in forex investment were a floating risk of market circumstances, price change, overnight, interest rates and political event. The analysis used to determine the volatility of the forex market were technical and fundamental analysis. Technical analysis used an accurate historical rates and calculations whereas fundamental analysis used information and market news. Forex investment had a high investment risk if market volatility was not favorable, so the risk management was urgently required. Therefore, there were five risk managements; hold, aver4age, limit loss/locking, switching, and cut loss.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of variable free cash flow (FCF), debt (DAR) and earnings (EPS) of dividends (DPR), and determine which variables are most effect on the dividend. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach and using multiple regression analysis with a sample of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that cash dividends for three years, have complete data, and does not have a negative net income during the years 2012-2014. Based on the results of the research indicated that the variable free cash flow (FCF), debt (DAR) and earnings (EPS) significantly affects the dividend (DPR), which is reinforced by F test and t test. The results of the f test (simultaneous) indicate that third variable indepen (free cash flow, debt and profit) together affect dividends significantly. The results of the t test (partial) indicates that the variable free cash flow positive effect is not significantly to dividends. Variable debt negative effect is not significanly to dividend and variable profit significant positive effect on the dividend. The variables that most influence on dividends are variable profit.

Analysis tool used ClusterAnalysis. Its using two assumptions as the benchmark of a good cluster that is to have an internalhomogeneity (within clusters); the similarities between member in one cluster and external heterogeneity(the between clusters), i.e. the difference between a single cluster with the other clusters. Analysislifestyle Blackberry cell phone users conducted on students at Muhammadiyah University ofMalang used questionnaires. The results shows three lifestyle groups, namely fulfilled, believer andmaker groups. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the response of impulse buying, response to discount on Matahari Department store and  the effect of  discount on impulse buying on visitors. The population in were the visitors at Matahari Department Store, the number of samples 100 visitors who were collected by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique was descriptive analysis and the simple linear regression. The result of descriptive analysis shows that the response of impulse buying was positive and the response of discount was also positive. The result of simple linear regression show that impulse buying was influenced by discounted price (discount) on Matahari Department Store. The positive results  tend to be weak indicated by the results of adjusted R-square. This mean that  the impulse buying in Matahari Department Store was also  influenced by other variables outside of this research

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the results of Raw Material Inventory Control evaluation with Material Requirement Planning method in May 2014, so the company Home Industry Sarana Bersih " Lima "can minimize inventory costs. Analysis tool used is a method of inventory control with materials requirement planning (MRP) engineering approach. MRP method is a mathematical method or technique that is used to assist managers in making decisions regarding the amount of inventory, production planning schedule, the schedule ordering, and inventory costs. Based on the analysis by using the method of Material Requirement Planning it can be seen that the results of the cost incurred by the company on the stock in May is 1.220.000 rupiah. There are savings of 293.400 rupiah of the total cost of 1.513.400 rupiah.Keywords: Inventory, Inventory control, Material Requirement Planning.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) have a very important role in an organization.Of course, by processing good human resources can drive the performance of an organization. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, a company in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of employee engagement, organizational culture conditions and performance at the company. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research is descriptive and causal research. The population in this study were employees of the PT. XYZ. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple regression analysis. The findings in this study concluded that employee engagement and organizational culture had a positive and significant influence partially on performance. In addition, it can be concluded that employee engagement and organizational culture have a significant simultaneous influence on performance.
