Abstract

Zakat expected to help solve one of the big problems in Indonesia, namely poverty. Seeing the potential of zakat which is quite large and one of the aims of its use to reduce poverty, it is very important to know the level of influence of zakat on poverty alleviation efforts. This study uses a simple regression method to determine the relationship between zakat and poverty. The data used are secondary data from BAZNAS Yogyakarta and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2012-2016. Data were tested first with the normality test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov model and Shapiro-Wilk model as a controller) and autocorrelation test (Durbin-Watson model), before using ANOVA. The results showed that the influence of zakat on poverty was 3.7%, while the rest was influenced by other variables. There is no significant effect of the Zakat variable on the Poverty variable. Simple regression test results show that the value is far greater than the standard, so H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The regression equation shows that the coefficient of zakat is -0.014, which states the influence of zakat is negative on the value of poverty.

Abstract

Keputusan nasabah untuk menabung di suatu bank syariah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, tiga di antaranya adalah faktor edukasi, faktor religiusitas, dan faktor sikap. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung faktor edukasi dan faktor religiusitas terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung di BNI Syariah Cabang Yogyakarta dengan faktor sikap sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dari sampel sejumlah 100 responden yang ditetapkan secara nonprobability quota purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teknik path analysis dan memperoleh temuan bahwa jalur pengaruh langsung antara variabel edukasi (0.278<0.341) dan variabel religiusitas (0.087<0.098) dengan variabel keputusan nasabah lebih kecil dari jalur pengaruh tidak langsung. Sementara uji hipotesis, menerima H1, artinya ada peran mediasi variabel sikap pada pengaruh variabel edukasi dan variabel religiusitas terhadap variabel keputusan nasabah (0.000).

Abstract

Mutu pelayanan (service quality) dalam lingkar bisnis jasa merupakan satu nilai yang dipertukaran antara penjual dan pembeli, dalam hal ini antara lembaga keuangan (KSPPS) dengan nasabah (anggota, mitra). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh empat dimensi quality service: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy terhadap kepuasan mitra di KSPPS BMT Binamas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif dengan 100 responden yang diambil dari “nasabah” mitra secara purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa seluruh hipotersis kerja (H1) memiliki nilai signifikansi <0.05, artinya baik secara parsial maupun simultan tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan amphaty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mitra KSPPS BMT Binamas dengan besar pengaruh sebagaimana persamaan: Y = -1.534 + 0,154X1 +0,109X2 + 0,141X3+ 0,491X4+0,238 X5. Sementara analisis perspektif Islami dilakukan melalui desain instrumen penelitian.

Abstract

The result is a branding on the savings product (Tabungan) in Syariah Bank and the cooperative Save Sharia Financing (KSPPS). There are two principles of distribution of business results that are declared by the National Sharia Council (DSN) can be implemented, namely Profit Sharing and Revenue Sharing.This research aims to reviewing the aspect of sharia compliance for the distribution of the Mudharabah stale of deposits in KSPPS Binamas Purworejo using the principle of Profit Sharing. The Sharia reference used in this research is Fatwa No. 15/DSN-MUI/IX/2000 and PSAK No. 105 Article 11.This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with the methods of data collection interviews and documentation studies. The analysis tool uses comparation approach, by comparing the accounting structure for the calculation of the results on KSPPS Binamas with Sharia reference in this research. The results found that the calculation of distribution for the results on Mudharabah deposits in KSPPS Binamas Purworejo Sharia compliant or has fulfilled Sharia compliance.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the number of employees and the number of Islamic bank offices on the growth of total assets in Islamic banking (BUS, UUS, and SRB) in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. The study uses secondary data in the form of monthly data from the number of workers, number of offices, and the number of Islamic banking assets (BUS, UUS, and SRB) from January 2014 to October 2018, sourced from Bank Indonesia Sharia Banking Statistics and the Financial Services Authority. Tested with multiple linear regression, Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of the study concluded that the number of workers and the number of Islamic banking offices have a positiv effect on the growth of the number of assets in Islamic banking. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the R Square value is 0.553. That is, the magnitude of the effect of the number of workers and the number of offices on the total growth of Islamic banking assets is 55.3%. While 45.7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

One of the indicators of the financial performance of a banking was the level of profitability. Each organization is geared towards maintaining its financial performance, by running their business efficiently. The higher profitability of a bank, could be seen on financial performance. The size of financial performance is measured by several variables: return on asset (ROA), current asset ratio (CAR), non performing financing (NPF), financial debt ratio (FDR), biaya operasional pokok organisasi (BOPO) and firms size (Size). This research is a quantitative study, the type of data used is secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the type of data used time series data that is financial data of Sharia General bank year 2012-2016 from 5 sharia banks In Indonesia. The data analysis tools used are multiple regression analyses with SPSS 17.0. Data analysis results confirm that ROA, CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO, and Size generally influence the profitability of Sharia general Bank in Indonesia. A partial CAR dan FDR does not have any effect on ROA, while NPF, BOPO and size have been affected by ROA.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the position and strategic recommendations of STEI Hamfara. The research method uses a qualitative approach with TOWS analysis and stakeholder analysis. The conclusion of this research is that STEI Hamfara has a unique concept of education and boarding campus which is potential to be developed as a source of excellence and positioning, as well as stakeholder support to take advantage of opportunities and eliminate their weaknesses.

Abstract

Today's business world is being led to be able to create product advertisements more creatively and innovatively, this makes celebrities an interesting spotlight to be able to introduce these products. Introducing products to the community will make people aware of the existence of these brands, and can be an alternative for people in choosing similar products. Celebrity endorser and Brand Awareness are part of the factors that influence Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Awareness on the Jogja Cushy Cheese Consumer Purchase Decision process. This research is a quantitative study using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, data collected by questioner from 100 respondents.. The results obtained that Celebrity Endorser and Brand Awareness have a significant and partial effect simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions. And the most influential variable on consumer purchasing decisions is variable brand awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Store Layout, Service Quality and Rational Motivation Against Purchase Decision. This research desaigned associative or causality. Sampling in this study using Non Probability Sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, about 100 respondents. Using multiple linear regression data analysis with SPSS 17 for Windows program. Result of t test show rational motivation have a significant effect to purchase decision variable, with t value 3,973> from t value of table 1,98, then sig value. 0.000 <from 0.05. While the variable store layout and service quality showed a not significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Based on the F test, jointly variable store layout, service quality, and rational motivation have significant influence to purchase decision, supported by coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 0,253, which means 25,3% consumer purchasing decision influenced by variable store layout , service quality, and rational motivation. While the rest equal to 74.7% influenced by factors or other variables outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of Islam is to achieve the benefit, one of which is the benefit that is dharuriyat. Covered in the Shariah maqasid, making this study a discussion related to the practice of the shariah maqasid in the business world that is currently increasing. Different types of businesses make economic activity for Muslims diverse. This study aims to describe in detail and comprehensively the practice of maqasid shariah in the home industry in the city of Jombang. The researcher used a qualitative approach with exploratory, literary and phenomenological methods, the data in this study were primary data obtained from interviews with stakeholders, while secondary data were obtained from literature studies for the basic concepts in this study. The results of this study are the practice of maqashid shariah in business activities in the home industry, namely the maintenance of religion is at the provision of time for praying, guarding the mind in the form of employee training, guarding offspring in the form of maternity leave, the maintenance of life in the form of the environment and safe and non-threatening business production tools lives, guarding assets in the form of increased income of employees after working in the home industry.
