<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the number of employees and the number of Islamic bank offices on the growth of total assets in Islamic banking (BUS, UUS, and SRB) in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. The study uses secondary data in the form of monthly data from the number of workers, number of offices, and the number of Islamic banking assets (BUS, UUS, and SRB) from January 2014 to October 2018, sourced from Bank Indonesia Sharia Banking Statistics and the Financial Services Authority. Tested with multiple linear regression, Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of the study concluded that the number of workers and the number of Islamic banking offices have a positiv effect on the growth of the number of assets in Islamic banking. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the R Square value is 0.553. That is, the magnitude of the effect of the number of workers and the number of offices on the total growth of Islamic banking assets is 55.3%. While 45.7% is influenced by other variables.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose in this study is 1) to know the effect of accountability on the awareness of muzakki paying zakat. 2) To know the effect of the quality of service on the quality of service affects the awareness of muzakki paying zakat. 3) To know the effect of the quality of service moderating the effect of ability on the awareness of musakki paying zakat Data analysis techniques using the Partial Least Squart (PLS) based Structure Equation Model (SEM) method of SmartPls software version 3 for windows. The result of accountability is affected by the awareness of muzakki paying zakat the better and the better the quality of service will increase the awareness of muzakki in paying zakat to the zakat management institution. For management of zakat institution is always pay attention to the accountability of zakat management because it has a significant effect on the awareness of paying zakat, for researchers who want to continue this research to pay attention to variables and populations in this study in order to be developed.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the correlation of Principal Leadership and Conductive School Culture with Teacher Productivity at SMP Negeri Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. This research was conducted on teachers at the State Junior High School, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. The data are collected by distributing questionnaire. To analyze the data, descriptive and Multiple Linear Regression are used. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between Principal Leadership and Conductive School Culture with Teacher Productivity at SMP Negeri Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. The magnitude of the relationship between the Principal's Leadership on productivity is 38.7%, the magnitude of the conducive school culture relationship is 40.9%, and the joint relationship is 79.3%.]]>

<![CDATA[PT.Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Simalingkar merupakan lembaga perkreditan uang yang memiliki tujuan khusus yaitu penyaluran kreditkepada masyarakat luas. Jenis kredit yang diberikan di PT. Pegadaian (Persero) diantaranya yaitu Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA). Tujuanyang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahu sistem informasi akuntansi Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) pada PT.Pegadaian(Persero) UPC Simalingkar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi.Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dala penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasanyang berkaitan dengan rumusan masalah dengan peneltian ini, sistem informasi akuntansi Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) padaPT.Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Simalingkar secara umum sudah berjalan dengan baik karena telah melakukan beberapa tahapan yaitutahapan permintaan kredit, tahapan analisis atau penaksiran barang, tahapan pencairan kredit. Sistem Informasi Akuntansi KreditCepat Aman (KCA) pada PT.Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Simalingkar juga didukung dengan penerapan pengendalian intern dengancukup baik, hal ini terbukti dari dokumen dan catatan kredit yang digunakan PT. <![CDATA[This research suggests a connection between Sharia banking and Sharia governance, particularly in Indonesia. The qualitative data for the study were gathered using the library approach. In this study, secondary data from books and articles on the subject that were gathered from reputable research publications were utilized. The necessity for Sharia banking services as well as the expanding diversity of products are what are driving the growth of the Sharia banking business. The findings of the literature research indicate that the Islamic banking sector must understand how popular it is becoming. All organizations under oppression need Islamic governance because it promotes and upholds Islamic banking and finance. The findings of this study suggest that Bank Indonesia laws control the application of Islamic Sharia in Indonesia. Indonesian Sharia banking must comply with Sharia principles and is governed by several laws and regulations about the conduct of transactions. However, Indonesian Islamic banks have not yet been able to incorporate Islamic governance into their day-to-day activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This article was written as a note in responding to the mainstreaming of religious moderation in Indonesia by examining the dynamics and challenges in the midst of social change in the digital era. This research used literature study. The findings of this research showed that religious expressions shown by adherents of religions cannot be avoided from the tendency to come into contact with digital technology. Religious people, in turn, come into contact with contradictory of digital cultures that give rise to fragmentation and contestation. Moderation campaigns in the digital space to sow messages of peace between religions are now faced with the phenomenon of religious disruption, especially in the digital space. This phenomenon clearly has social implications for social harmony because the scale does not only occur at the internal level of religious communities but also between religious communities. This study recommends revitalizing digital literacy the idea of religious moderation as a process of forming awareness of religious moderation in Indonesian society in the era of digital society.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this study aims to evaluate the direct & indirect effects of organizational structure changes & organizational culture on employee performance, mediated by employee satisfaction, within the UPT Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Office, Directorate General of Post & Information Resources & Equipment, Ministry of Communication & Information. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected from employees at six Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring UPT Offices across the Sulawesi region. The study employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis on a total sample of 111 respondents. Data were gathered through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The study finds that : (1) Organizational changes have a positive & significant effect on employee performance at the UPT Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Office; (2) Organizational culture significantly & positively influences employee performance; (3) Organizational changes significantly & positively impact employee satisfaction; (4) Organizational culture has a positive & significant effect on employee satisfaction; (5) Employee satisfaction positively & significantly affects employee performance; (6) Organizational changes positively influence employee performance through the mediating role of employee satisfaction; & (7) Organizational culture positively affects employee performance, mediated by employee satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to optimize production at the Belva Busana convection shop using a linear programming method with a simplex approach. This study considers production constraints such as raw material availability, working hours, and labor capacity, and focuses on maximizing profits. Data were collected through online interviews with the production team for six days, from October 27 to November 3, 2024. The linear programming model built showed optimization results with an optimal production composition of 9.6 shirts and 19.2 housedresses, resulting in a maximum profit of IDR 300,000. The results of the study prove that the simplex method is effective in allocating resources efficiently, reducing waste, and increasing productivity. This method has also proven to be practical in making production decisions to increase efficiency and profitability]]>

<![CDATA[Having tourist attractions in one area will benefit the area in terms of business transaction turnover, where visitors from outside the area will come to places where tourism can attract foreign residents. The presence of foreign residents entering the area will certainly help the regional economy, especially in tourism management areas. The research analysis method used in this research is linear regression with a moderating model. There are three ways to test regression with moderating variables, namely the interaction test, absolute difference test and residual test. The population in this study is tourist visitors who come from outside the Karo district with age criteria of 20 to 50 years with a research sample of 185 people, social media is able to moderate the significant influence of the government's tourism strategy on tourism progress, the government's tourism strategy directly has a significant influence on the progress of regional tourism, social media is able to moderate the significant influence of the role of local youth on the progress of regional tourism, the role of local youth directly has a significant influence on progress regional tourism, social media directly has a significant influence on the progress of tourism in the Sidebuk-Debuk region of Karo Regency.]]>
